Hi All,

Long period of silence I know. I wanted to give you all an update. You'll notice that all previous chapters are currently down, and that's because I have decided to do a rewrite of Dungeon Ecologist. During COVID-19, I had decided to try to make the story darker than I originally intended because that's where I was mentally at that time. However, in the process I think the story quality itself suffered and that some pretty pivotal moments that already happened weren't well written. With that in mind, I'm doing a full rewrite. Here's what to expect.

Things that won't change:

1. The general plot points will not change in this rewrite.

2. No new characters will be added.

3. Abilities will not be altered, though I might improve the descriptions, but there will be no changes to function or use.

Things that will change:

1. Character dialogue, descriptions and interactions.

2. Descriptive text in general.

So what's the timeline? Tentatively aiming for June 30th for the re-release and continuation of the novel. That will hopefully allow me to both re-write and to build up a stock of chapters.
