Thank you so much for the comments so far on my first every story. I am but an amateur so I will need a few guidance by those experience. Please do comment on my mistakes and what I could improve with. I also need to talk about how I don’t really have any specific days on when I will upload or update my story.

Chapter 2 : Unknown Foe
“Uuu…” Whoever’s touching me, please stop. Let me get some sleep.
*Poke*
“...wake up, princess. Your mom is finally awake,” Zen’non whispered.
I looked at him with eyes saying, I wanna be carried because I feel sleepy. And so my dear father gently wrapped his arms around me and lifted me off my bedding.
If you’re wondering about what has happened to my dear mother, it seems she has exhausted her power on giving birth to me. I’m not surprised, after all, she had to stay in one spot while waiting for me to bloom or I might have died. Is that even the proper wording or explanation for my birth? Is “blooming” really the right word? Well back to her condition. Mother must be pretty tired for waiting two years until I’ve fully been born.
I can’t wait to finally properly greet my mother. A mother! I’ve never had one before and I am so excited.
Surprisingly though, I never noticed her when I was awake and still in the egg-like shape, in other words, the bud. She must have been in a death-like state since that was the only explanation I could come up with. I need to have a talk with mother if I want to know more and hopefully get a better elucidation.
By the way, it’s been five days since I came to this world and feels amazing. I can feel the breeze and the warmth of the sun’s rays. Who would have thought that the sun gave such a warm and cozy feeling while the wind was like a cool bristle against my frail and soft skin. The home I’m currently in is made up of a huge tree which I never noticed until my father told me in great detail.
Father said that the tree has a very blue and pink glow that is used to illuminate the area around us which is similar to weeping willow trees. The leaves of the tree would droop down, giving a look of lit-up drapes. Not only are the leaves like crystals but the bark had glyphs all over it. The glyphs symbolized things I could not really understand but it gave a mysterious feeling, emphasizing the magnificent look of the leaves. Everything, even the slightest bit of detail, made the tree look complete.
As we traveled towards the deepest part of the tree, a huge double door was present. The door also had similar glyphs to the bark it was created from. Father gently pushed the door with one of his hands, to create the tiniest creaking sound it could have made.
Upon entry, a silent sleeping figure could be seen on top of a intricate pattern of wood and vines that made up the base. A soft, colored cream sheet was placed upon the base with fluffy clouds used as pillows.
That figure atop of the bed was my mother. She was stunning...no, breathtaking. And I thought father was perfect but she was even more so. With curves shaped like an hourglass, a body that would make anyone want to steal her away. Not only her body but her face was so breathtaking. Her hair was a unique white color. With cherry colored lips and silvery-green eyes, she looked towards our direction.
Father and I just kept on staring as we stood by the door. Seeing our behavior, she made giggles that sounded like bells jingling in your ears.
Finally getting out his trance, Father introduces me to my so-called Mother.
“This is our daughter dear.” Father said happily.
Giving the both of us a warm smile, she said, “Bring her closer, I wish to have a better look at my daughter.”
“Yes dear.”
Father walks forward stopping next to the bed mother is in.
“You haven’t named her without me now did you?” Mother said in a teasing way.
Father roared a hearty laugh, “of course not! I have waited until you have awoken so that we shall decide the name of our bundle of joy.”
“Hehe, now then what name would befit a daughter of one of the most powerful beings in this world?
“I believe Zemorit would be a beautiful and strong name for her.”
“Why so?” Mother queried, full of curiosity.
“I combined both of our names together. With this, she shall remember us through her name and never forget about us.” He said with confidence.
“I do not believe she will ever forget about us but it is a unique and dignified name. I like it.”
Mother looked straight into my eyes and said, “You shall be named Zemorit. Welcome to our world beautiful.”
To show my gratitude for giving me such a beautiful name, I giggled with my baby-like voice.
[Mother’s POV, Amoret]
Greetings, I am Amoret. Once a queen of the faeries but have retired. I have found someone whom I am willing to sacrifice my entire life for. He was my husband, Zen’non. He was the very first man I have ever fallen for. Such a dignified and noble aura. Everyone would look his way in awe.
We fell in love and decided to get married but everyone in the kingdom hated such an idea. Everyone believed that dragons were nothing but violent and detestable creatures and we must never meet with one another. They were neutral at first but after revealing about my future baby, faeries in the kingdom tried to assassinate him that night, my child included. They did not want to harm me but the child.
Do not give birth of such a monstrous child! Our bloodline shall stay pure and never be contaminated by that ugly beast you call “husband!”

Furious, I ran away with him on an island he created with his power. Not only was the only big enough to rival the third largest continent in the world but it could float.
Happy could not describe the enormous feeling I had about being able to bore the child of the First Dragon. My one and only love, Zen’non.
The day I had to create the seed, I had to get ready to go into hibernation. Not just any hibernation but the Spiritual Slumber. A part of my soul will go into a deep sleep while the rest will nurture the seedling. Without the guidance of my soul, the seedling will not sprout.
It took a while but the seedling finally started to sprout and grow larger as the time goes by.
My slumber only felt like days but it actually took months. I feel so lonely not being with Zen’non in my spiritual state. Now then time to get--
up?
I feel so sluggish and foggy. Must have exhausted too much energy on controlling the spiritual state. That means I will have to rest and restore my energy. I must wait a little longer before I can be with my baby and husband.
“I’m sorry honey. I might have over-exhausted myself. Just...a...few...da-”
I’m sorry
****
I woke up with the sound of creaking and looked towards the noise’s direction. What I saw was my lovely husband holding our baby.
They stood there staring at me with eyes full of shock? Why? Do I look that bad? I just nervously laughed off and wryly smiled towards their direction.
The first to leave their stupor was my husband, Zen. He introduced our baby, “This is our daughter dear.”
Forgetting the looks given by them, I smiled the warmest smile I could give. “Bring her closer, I wish to have a better look at my daughter.”
“Yes dear,” he replied.
Zen’non walked closer to where I am and stopped right next to me.
“You haven’t named her without me now did you?” Teasing him.
He roared a hearty laugh, “of course not! I have waited until you have awoken so that we shall decide the name of our bundle of joy.”
“Hehe, now then what name would befit a daughter of one of the most powerful beings in this world?
“I believe Zemorit would be a beautiful and strong name for her.”
“Why so?” I wonder why he thought of such a name?
“I combined both of our names together. With this, she shall remember us through her name and never forget about us.” He said with confidence.
“I do not believe she will ever forget about us but it is a unique and dignified name. I like it.”
I feel as if he would dote on our daughter too much. Seeing how he thought she would forget about her very own parents. I just hoped that he wouldn’t kill every single boy trying to get close to her. It would be troubling for both my daughter and I. (AN : If only you knew XD)
Looking straight at my daughter’s treasure golden eyes, “You shall be named Zemorit. Welcome to our world beautiful.”
My daughter giggled just like the sound of harp being played by an angel. Awww, what a beautiful voice she has.

Zen’non and Amoret did not notice that right when their daughter was born, a huge wave of energy was felt throughout the whole planet. Whether it be good or bad, everyone has found out about the birth of a very strong individual. Only, they never found out who or where that strong energy came from because right after they felt it, the energy suddenly disappeared. It was if the signal felt from before was never there! To their surprise, the person owning such strong energy instantly forced the overflowing energy back into her body. If only it lasted a little longer, they would have found the source of such a strong presence. Those were their thoughts upon such a shocking find.
***
In a dark and damp room, filled with an ominous pressure, six faceless figures were sitting across from each other at a table. The figures themselves were just a shadow of their real body. All of the six figures were only here to discuss about the mysteriously strong energy they felt. After knowing such an individual existed, they immediately called a meeting to meet up with one another. Some of them believed that it would be dangerous to have such an individual to stay alive while the others were still contemplating about what to do.
While they were arguing with one another, a figure had appeared out of a dark purple void, only to sit at the chair placed at the front middle of the table. The figure held such dominance that every single one of the six were paralyzed. Not even a single sound nor whisper left his mouth and yet no one dared to talk, only waiting for his commands.
“Found out who or where such a strong force was being conveyed. And once you do find it...BRING IT TO ME IMMEDIATELY.”
The figure spoke in a menacing tone that made even the gods to fear such a man. He did not yell or spoke too loud but his voice was loud enough for everyone who hears to tremble in fear. Who this hooded figure is, such a dangerous person will bring upon disasters for sure.
“Yes Master!”
All of the six figures stood up and bowed so fast that their actions were not clearly perceived. Their shadows remained no more as they have disappeared as fast they could. The six figure did not wish to prolong their mission to find the source of such energy and all mentally decided at the same time to start after giving their respectful bows. Dedication for their master was everything for them and the orders given were absolute. No one could ever talk back or reject his ideals. Everyone embraced their master’s words.
Right after the six mysterious shadows left, the so-called master whispered, “Will you be an ally or enemy?” Then materialized into mist and vanished from the room.

IMPORTANT!
I decided to re-write this chapter since I truthfully did not enjoy how it was before. The original chapter was dumb and stupid in all honesty. To think I even wrote such garbage. I hope you readers would forgive my mistakes and correct me. Hope you enjoy the change though.
