“For a long time now, I thought I was just a survivor, but I'm not. I'm the winner. That's who I am. The Time Lord Victorious. “
These were the words uttered by the tenth incarnation of the renegade Time Lord known as the Doctor, after he challenged Time itself after changing a fixed point in time, by saving Captain Adelaide Brooke and her crew from the destruction of Bowie Base One, Humanity’s base on Mars, in the year 2059.
That action was completely against every single belief the Doctor had. For centuries he had defended the Laws of Time, fixing paradoxes and most of the times he violated them he wasn’t doing it on purpose.
But now, after all of this suffering during his recent travels, the Time War, losing Rose, putting Martha through hell and erasing Donna’s memories…He had enough, he finally snapped. Thanks to said snapping, he had the realisation: Who’s going to punish him for breaking the Laws of Time, if the creators of said laws, the Time Lords, weren’t alive?
And, after he saved the Bowie Base One crew, he didn’t feel guilty or regretful at breaking the laws of Time but he didn’t. He felt happy, he felt good, he felt powerful.
He can do so much more now, oh, the suffering he could avoid from happening, the Holocaust, the creation of the Daleks…Hell, he could even prevent the creation of the concept of Death itself! After all, the Laws of Time are his, and they will obey him.
So, after he pulled down the lever on the console of his trusty TARDIS, he travelled through Time and Space fixing everything he thought wrong.
He went to the past, as far as he could go, to the Dark Times, the universe’s first millennia of life, to kill the Kottoruh, creatures that sowed mortality across planets, this caused a mastodonic alteration in the timeline, weakening the Web of Time.
Thanks to that, nobody could die and face the loss of their loved ones. But, like any being given the power of a God, the more time passed, the more the power corrupted him, making him do actions not worthy of “the Doctor” and more worthy of “the Victorious”.
“The Victorious”, huh…? Yes, perhaps he should change his name to that.
However, a new problem emerged: Anyone in the universe who dared stop him has been killed, what should he do now?
----------------------------------------
By expanding his domain over the other universes, of course!
“But…How?” the Victorious thought, “Even if I’m a Time Lord, multiversal travel is extremely difficult! Unless…Yes, if I manage to use all the technology in existence in this world, I may be able to build a portal to other universes! Brilliant!” He rushed towards the TARDIS console and, instead of his usual excited and curious tone, he said with a more sinister and eerie tone:
"Allons-y."
The TARDIS dematerialised, their destination is the Doctor's beloved planet: Earth.
To take over the blue planet, the Victorious used a stratagem effective on humans: Fear and chaos.
By altering the timeline, he caused natural disasters that drastically decimated the population. Then, he started the second phase: Deceive. He launched an invasion of the planet using reprogrammed Cybermen and pretended to defeat them, therefore gaining even more support by the humans…He presented himself as a saviour, the “defender of the Human race” and many other worthless titles.
However, certain people grew suspicious of the Victorious, since this arrogant and “godlike” behaviour wasn’t common for the Doctor. Some of them were members of UNIT (United Nations Intelligence Taskforce), others were former companions of the Doctor. But it was too late, the Doctor was no more once again, only the Victorious.
And thus, the Victorious began the final act of his invasion of Earth. For that, he borrowed a strategy from his old enemy and childhood friend, the Master, when he became Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
He invited all the world leaders and UNIT high-ups to an island to discuss how to rebuild the damage caused by the Cybermen.
The Victorious nonchalantly put on a gas mask. Of course, some of them noticed it.
“Excuse me, Doctor…What is that mask for?”
"Huh? Oh, it's nothing, just for the gas." He nonchalantly said.
"What gas?" The Prime Minister asked.
"THIS GAS!"
Suddenly, tubes all over the room filled it with poisonous gas, slowly killing everyone there minus the Victorious.
"Ah…That was easy!" He thought, after everyone there finally suffocated. With a clap of his hands, the gas turned off. "Well then! Now that Earth doesn't have its leaders anymore, off we go with the invasion! But first, I need to dress for the occasion!"
In the centre of London, hordes of spaceships appear in the sky.
From one of them, the Victorious came out. He wasn't wearing his usual brown striped suit and red Converse. Now, he was sporting a ceremonial Time Lord attire.
"People of the Earth!" He proclaimed, all the TVs in the world were hijacked so that the humans could listen to his speech. "Allow me to introduce myself: I am the Time Lord Victorious, and I'm here to announce important changes: All the leaders of this planet have been executed. Therefore, I declare myself as the ruler of planet Earth!"
The Victorious' voice echoed through the planet. All humans continued listening to the speech, both frightened and intrigued by it.
"Oh, right! One last thing: Just in case someone tried to oppose me…" The Victorious clapped his hands. Suddenly, thousands of Cybermen ships appeared in the sky: The invasion had begun, and with their defender being the invader, humanity couldn't stand a chance.
Screams of pain and horror and the cries of children infested every single street on the planet, the Victorious had conquered Earth.
----------------------------------------
A year later, the planet was enslaved. Of the 6.8 billion of humans, half of them got converted into Cybermen, while the remaining half became slaves for the Victorious, building the weapon he needs for his master plan, his Multiversal Gate.
For building it, the Victorious and his Cybermen used every single material from the universe, along with Time Lord technology. And at last, the Gate was ready to use.
The Victorious was relaxing in his room, at his HQs in London, admiring the view.
He had everything now, he defeated Death itself, he conquered the universe and was ruling it not as a Time Lord, but as the Lord of Time.
However, he felt something was off. He sometimes felt as if his sins were crawling on his back. Granted, all of the killings during the invasion…He doesn't even know the fate of his former companions on Earth. Sarah Jane, Martha, Tegan, Donna…
However, it was too late nonetheless, he must continue and ignore the regret.
"YOUR EXCELLENCY." a Cyberman entered the room. "THE GATE IS READY."
"Very well." He put on his mantle, "Let's begin."
The Victorious arrived at the Gate, thrilled to see it in action.
"Activate the Gate!" The Victorious ordered.
The Gate was opened, emitting an enticing rainbow glow.
The Victorious grinned like the mad man he is. "Very well!" He turned to his Cybermen. "Let's show the Multiverse our power! ALLONS-Y!"
As the Cybermen began marching inside the Gate, the Victorious officially started his rampage in the Multiverse.
He started to conquer every single universe he deemed "interesting" From a Nazi-ruled Earth, to the Zombie apocalypse…None of them stood a chance.
Or at least, until now.

The Netherworld, a dimension parallel to the Earth, where all Demons live.
The young demons here, like the younglings of many species, go to school to become proper members of their society . One of them is Babyls Demon School, where among its students there was someone who wasn't a Demon.
That person was a young Time Lord, with medium length brown hair and expressive blue eyes. Unlike the other students, he wasn't wearing a school uniform. He was wearing a black suit with a beige waistcoat, brown trousers with a blue ribbon tie and two red question marks on the lapels on his shirt.
That boy was the Doctor, or at least, not yet. For now, let's call him Theta Sigma.
Theta stole a TARDIS a couple of weeks ago, bored of the Time Lord Academy. However, due to his inexperience, he crashed in the Netherworld, where he got found by a demon as kind and curious as him. He decided to take care of him until he manages to return to his planet, making him enrol at Babyls, hoping it could make people think the young Time Lord was a normal Demon.
There, he befriended two demons: Alice Asmodeus, a young noble with short pink hair who is a master at using fire magic, and the eccentric Clara Valac, the "madwoman" of the school, without a care in the world and mainly interested in playing.
Both of them are very close to Theta, but they still aren't aware of his Time Lord nature. But nevertheless, Theta would like to tell them one day and invite them to travel through Time and Space with him.
The two flew to him
"Great Theta!" Alice said, happily.
"Thety!" Clara said.
"Ah, Alice, Clara, good morning." The young Time Lord smiled..
“Tethy!” Clara said, excited.
“Oh, Alice, Clara, good morning.” The young Time Lord smiled, “Ready for a new day at school?”
“Indeed we are, Great Theta!” Alice said, “Do you want me to carry your bag?”
“Oh, I’m fine, don’t worry about it.” Theta said, “Let’s head to the school, then.”
The trio went towards the school, but little did they know that yet another shenanigan will make them remember that school day.
The more the three kept walking, the more reality seemed to…glitch before their eyes.
“Huh…Guys?” Theta said, “Am I the only one who’s seeing this?”
“No, unfortunately…”’ Alice said.
“Woah…What’s happening, Thety?” Clara asked, curious.
“I don’t know, Clara…” Theta said, worried. “But whatever it is, it isn’t something lovely.”
A rainbow aura surrounded them and the trio found themselves…Still in Babyls?
However, there was something wrong with it, the walls of the school were ruined and the fields were burnt. A symbol were painted all over the place and to the young Time Lord’s horror, he recognised it. It had a striking resemblance to the Seal of Rassilon, the emblem of the Time Lords, but on it there was a strange image: Two letters in the Latin alphabet, “D” and “W”, forming the silhouette of the TARDIS.
“D and W…What can they mean, I wonder?’’ He thought, holding the lapels of his coat.
“What just happened?” Clara asked.
“That's a good question. It seems that we’re still at Babyls, but…Why is it so ruined? And where are the teachers and the students?” Alice asked.
Suddenly, the trio heard metallic footsteps coming at them, footsteps belonging to Cybermen.
“UNCONVERTED LIFEFORM LOCATED.”The Cyberman said, “PROCEEDING WITH THE CAPTURE AND CONVERSION. DO NOT WORRY, YOU WILL BE CONVERTED.”
Alice, realising the danger, immediately created a wall of flames, hiding them from the Cyberman for the moment.
“RUN!” Theta yelled and the trio ran away to the opposite direction.
The Cyberman started chasing them, passing through the wall of flame.

Alice kept creating flames to keep it at bay, while Theta thought of a plan.
“Of course, the First Year Students’ tower! Let’s hide there!” Theta said, “Alice, keep that thing away from us from the moment! Clara, use your Bloodline Magic to create something for reaching that window!”
“As you wish, Great Theta!/Okay!” his two Demon friends said in unison.
As Alice kept the Cyberman at bay, Clara used her Bloodline Magic, making come out of her pockets various stuff: Ropes, a ladder, a trampoline…Stuff like that.
Theta took the rope and by jumping on the trampoline he managed to tied it to a safe place.
“Splendid, we can now climb up! Alice, Clara! Come along!”
The trio quickly climbed up and entered the tower. Finally, they were safe.
“What…In the world…Were those things?!” Alice said, panting.
“Yeah, I’d like to know that, too…” The young Time Lord said, panting, "But now, we must find the answer to a couple of questions: "Where exactly are we?", "What are those robots?" And "If we're still at Babyls, what happened to everyone? I hope the others are fine…”
“How about we look for them? With those creatures outside, there’s a chance that they’re hiding somewhere in the school!”
“You’re right, they must be somewhere in the school. Let’s start looking in the Student Council room.”
“Excellent idea, Great Theta! Ameri- I mean, the President definitely survived! Let’s go!”
So, the trio went to the Student Council room, hoping to find survivors and/or explanations about what the hell was going on. But suddenly, yet another gash appeared under their feets, making them fall.
----------------------------------------
The Tragedy, a disastrous event that made all of Humanity fall into Despair. After the Massacre of Hope’s Peak Academy’s Student Council, everything started falling apart. Until a terrorist group, the Ultimate Despair, spread the videos of the Massacre all over the internet, causing revolts.
However, the video was “edited”, making it a brainwashing video, convincing people to spread Despair by killing, stealing…And other nasty stuff.
And a year later, the entire world was in ruins, even without the Victorious’ interference.
Among the ruins of the city of London, two people were running away from the Cyberkumas, a type of Cybermen at the service of the Ultimate Despair.
One was a Japanese preteen girl with dark hair tied in pigtails and was wearing an open pink hoodie, a red backpack, a white shirt with a pink rabbit motif, blue shorts and black thigh-highs.
The other was a short Japanese teenage boy with short, spiky brown hair, an ahoge and green eyes. He was wearing a dark green coat, green shirt, black trousers, black boots and a foulard.
These two were Hikari Naegi and the Doctor, the "Tragedy" Doctor, if you will.
"Those Cyberkumas keep chasing us!” Hikari said, with a mix of panic and annoyance.
“Over there! Let’s hide in that building!” the Tragedy Doctor said.
The two entered the building and the Tragedy Doctor locked the door with his sonic screwdriver.
“Great! What now?” Hikari asked.
“Let’s go to the other side, there should be an exit on the other side.” the Doctor said, as he walked away followed by the girl.
“Geez, will we ever get some rest?!” Hikari complained, “I’m tired of running away!”
“That’s how it is when you’re with me. There’s an awful lot of-"
"Lot of what? Why did you stop talk-"
The two were speechless after the Tragedy Doctor opened the door. Behind it there was a rainbow portal.
"H-Hey, Doctor…What's that?" Hikari asked.
"I don't know…It seems like some sort of gash in reality." The Tragedy Doctor scanned it with his sonic screwdriver, "The data is all over the place…Well, there's only one way to find more about it."
"Wait, you mean…?"
"Oh yeah, I mean that. It's not like we have many choices, don't we?"
The two took a deep breath and jumped inside the reality gash.

Meanwhile, in our universe, a teenage girl with short raven hair and black eyes was leaving the school building in London, 1963.
Her name was Susan Foreman, or at least, what is supposed to.
Because Susan is in fact not a human, she was a Time Lady and granddaughter of the renegade Time Lord known as the Doctor, who she had left Gallifrey with.
Susan arrived at a junkyard in 78 Totter’s Lane, where the TARDIS landed.
She opened the door and found the Doctor, at the time at his original incarnation, that of an old man with medium length white hair and piercing blue eyes, wearing black suit with a beige waistcoat, brown trousers with a blue ribbon tie, fixing the TARDIS console.
“I’m home.” She said,
“Ah, Susan! Welcome back!” the First Doctor said, “You arrived at an excellent timing, I just finished making some adjustments to the TARDIS. If my calculators are right, we should finally be able to choose where to land!”
“Really? That’s amazing, Grandfather!” Susan said.
“Well then! Let’s test it, hmm?” the First Doctor pulled the switch and the TARDIS dematerialised, making a wheezing, groaning noise. But suddenly, while the ship was in the Time Vortex, something hit it.
“S-Something is hitting us!” Susan panicked.
“Calm down, child, everything is under control.” the First Doctor said, “The TARDIS’ shields are quite powerful, we should be able to withstand the damage.”
Susan turned on the scanner to see what was hitting them. Their expressions became one of confusion and horror when they saw an identical TARDIS hitting them.
“Goodness me…” the First Doctor whispered.
“That’s the TARDIS… Our TARDIS!” Susan said.
“Yes, there’s no doubt that the TARDIS on the scanner is the same one we’re inside. But…Why are they attacking us? And who’s inside of that ship?” the First Doctor thought.
“Grandfather, look!” Susan pointed at the scanner, showing another rainbow gash in reality.
The First Doctor looked at it, and got an idea.
"My child…I think I've got an escape plan. Hold it!"
He pulled various levers and switches and the TARDIS went inside the gash.
----------------------------------------
11 regenerations after, the Twelfth Doctor, a tall old man with short grey hair and huge eyebrows, wearing a green velvet suit with a high-collar shirt and a waistcoat, was returning back to his TARDIS.
He was heading to the planet Carnathon, after being invited by a man named Rafando to execute his old frenemy and fellow Time Lord, the Master (or Missy, since they were a female incarnation), due to their species being "hard to kill".
However, something else immediately drove his attention away, another rainbow gash in the middle of the Time Vortex.
"Oh, what now?" He thought, annoyed and intrigued at the same time. "Sorry Missy, but you know me well, I'm terrible at focusing on one thing." He pulled down the lever and the TARDIS went high speed towards the gash.
----------------------------------------
In another universe, we're now in Beika, Japan, 1999. The TARDIS was outside Teitan Elementary school. Inside, a little boy with medium-length wavy brown hair and green eyes, wearing a green frock coat, a grey waistcoat, a grey cravat, blue shorts along with knee-high socks and black shoes was waiting for his companions.
That child was the Doctor, at his eighth incarnation.
A young girl with mid neck-length wavy auburn hair and blue eyes entered the console room, yawning. Her name was Shiho, and has been the Doctor's "roommate" for a while by now.
Of course, neither of them were actually children. Shiho was the creator of a poison known as APTX4869, that after ingesting it, it made Shiho shrunk back to when she was a child and the Doctor triggered a regeneration. They weren't the only ones in this peculiar situation, one of the Doctor's companions, a boy with short cowlick black hair and blue eyes, wearing a pair of glasses and a blue suit, red bowtie and red shoes named Conan Edogawa, fake identity of the famous High School Detective Shinichi Kudo, also ingested the APTX, returning back to a child.
"Oh, good morning, Shiho! I haven't heard you coming." the Child Doctor said.
"Morning." Shiho said, yawning. "Conan and the others haven't arrived yet?"
"No, they didn't. Go get changed, you don't want to fight Daleks in your pyjamas, do you?" The child-looking Time Lord said.
Conan entered the TARDIS. "Hey, guys.”
“Oh, good morning, Conan!” the Child Doctor said, “You’re the first one to arrive.”
Shiho returned to the console room after changing to her usual outfit: A lab coat, red turtleneck jumper and grey trousers.
“Well then, let’s go get the others.” the Child Doctor pulled down the lever and the TARDIS dematerialised.
But then again, another gash in the Time Vortex made the TARDIS’ flight much more turbulent.
“O-Oi! What’s going on?!?!
“Well, it seems that we’re in big trouble!” the Child Doctor said.
“Business as usual, then.” Shiho calmly commented.
“Hold on to something! It may be dangerous!”
The TARDIS flew away to a safe distance from the gash.
“What’s that?” Conan asked, looking at the scanner.
“It looks like a gash.” Shiho said.
“Yeah, it’s like something is causing a tear in the Time Vortex…” the Child Doctor said.
“That doesn’t sound pleasant at all.” Conan commented.
“What should we do then, Doctor?” Shiho asked.
“Very simple, we just do as usual: Running towards danger without a plan!” the Child Doctor pulled down the lever and the TARDIS went inside the gash.
----------------------------------------
In another universe, hordes of Daleks were killing civilians and soldiers in one of the main cities of Gallifrey. That’s right, this universe was in the middle of a Time War. However, this war started before you knew it. It was all thanks to the Doctor, at the time in his fourth incarnation, who along with his human companions Sarah Jane Smith and Dr. Henry Sullivan, completed the mission given to them by the Time Lords to destroy the Daleks during their genesis.
However, their effort to delete the Daleks from existence failed, causing the deaths of Sarah and Henry and the worsening of the Time War. The Doctor, feeling guilty for the demise of his friends, took an elixir made by the Sisterhood of Karn to make him a Warrior, causing him to regenerate.
Curiously enough, this new incarnation was identical to what would have been his sixth incarnation: a tall man in his 40s with bouffant curly blonde hair and green eyes. He weared an outfit comfortable on the battlefield, a brown leather trench coat, a double-breasted waistcoat with a fob chain attached to it and a burgundy scarf.
“EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!” The venomous yells of the Daleks echoed through the city as they brutally murdered the Gallifreyan soldiers. But one wheezing, groaning noise caught the mutants’ attention: It was the Warrior’s TARDIS.
“THE DOCTOR IS ENTERING OUR AIR FIELD!” A Dalek said.
“EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!”
“Yeah, sure. You always say that and you never manage to catch me.” the Warrior sarcastically thought, as the TARDIS destroyed various Daleks by simply hitting them at high speed. But, you guessed it, a reality gash appeared in the sky.
“Oh, now that’s interesting.” the Warrior said, “Well, it’s worth checking it out.”
The Warrior’s TARDIS gained speed and entered the gash.

Meanwhile, in his TARDIS, the Victorious observed all his alternate selves across the Multiverse.
“Brilliant, all of my other selves have entered the gashes!” he thought. “The game is set! I wonder who will win…”
The Victorious’ TARDIS left the Time Vortex, with the Time Lord being excited to meet the other Doctors.
