Luo Kai was called by the City Lord to his palace and was escorted by the Royal Guards. He was brought to a hall where few strongmen are sitting more so for the person who were sitting in the furthermost part of the table and the only person in the middle.

“I guess that person is the City Lord?! The one who hold the most authority here. A strong man who can manage such a big city. A master who isn’t just strong but also capable of managing such a prosperous city. A person deserve respect.”

The City Lord was staring at Luo Kai intently. Scouring and gauging him.

“Is that the kid from the God Race, he isn’t much older than my kids but he’s already almost at Axis Phase. Although he look older because of his built but after examining his bone age he is just around 7 years old, 8 years old at most. This talent really lives up to the name of God Race. I heard he came here to look for his comrades. If I could let my little kids train under him they could improve significantly.”

Ronan : “……….. Are you the Young Master from God Race? Exceptional indeed.”

Luo Kai : “I don’t know about being a Young Master but I am indeed from the God Race.”

Ronan : “?! Being humble while being arrogant at the same time?! HAHAHA! Indeed only God Race are capable of that!!”

Luo Kai : “Heh, I’ll take that as a compliment.”

Ronan : “………………. I heard you were looking for your companion?”

Luo Kai : “Your people came to provoke my comrades and used their family’s authority to imprison them at the building called Punishment Pavilion.”

Ronan : “Hm?! Elder Liu, is that true?!”

Ronan : “Since Elder Liu have already spoken, Young Master can just rest assured that your comrades will be safe. And with me here you can rest easy, I’ll take care of it personally if something happen.”

Luo Kai : “Then I’ll remember City Lord’s words. But if anything happens to any one of them, I’ll make sure that in the name of God Race, this city won’t see another dawn.”

Ronan : “Young Master is too serious, I just want to ease your worry.”

Ronan : “I have prepared a banquet for the Young Master, why don’t you grace us with your presence and I’ll have Elder Liu fetch your comrades and they will join us later? How about it?”

Lou Kai : “…………………… Alright.”

“God Race people really are arrogant. This kid didn’t even put me in his eyes and he even dared to threaten me by wiping out my city overnight while standing in that same city I own!. This people are all lunatics.”

After the City Lord’s announcement of a God Race individual arriving at the city gossips and rumors spread like wild fire. High officials, rich merchants, strong masters, prestigious families, hidden masters, mountain hermits, and even high class individuals and families from nearby territories came to attend. Each had their own agenda but everyone is for sure wants to establish a friendly and positive relationship with the elusive God Race.

The banquet hall would not be enough to accommodate all the people coming and decided to held the banquet outside the Palace. Liam : “Woah! Look at all this people! They are all famous people from different places. There are even strong people whom I haven’t seen since. I didn’t know there are so many master hidden in this region. Grandfather is right. There really are so many masters hidden and only show themselves when something big happens. Then I guess a God Race is really considered something big.”

Liam : “Then I’ll have to work hard to impress and the God Race, then I’ll take a chance to become their comrade. Then I’ll gain fame and be known throughout the Azure Moon Continent hell even being known in the whole Mother Plane would not be out of reach.”

City Lord’s Butler : “The City Lord is entering!”

All : “We greet the City Lord! All hail the City Lord!”

Ronan : “As you were.”

Ronan : “Everyone I am overjoyed with all your support to this little gathering I proposed in a rush. I didn’t expect so many people would gather on such a short notice. It is my utmost pleasure to host this banquet for everyone especially to host this event for our special guest that everyone is waiting for. Young Master, and a prodigy of God Race. Young Master Luo Kai.”

Luo Kai entered the hall in black robe especially prepared by the city lord. An Artifact at the Peak Cosmos Level that could even block an all-out attack from a low level Sovereign Phase. One of city Lord’s favorite among his collection, if not for Luo Kai’s special identity Ronan would never let this treasure that he prepared for his son. He took the risk of letting this precious treasure go in hopes of getting in good terms with Luo Kai and getting his son to be one of his comrades. For him and for everyone else present, getting the favor of the God Race is far more valuable than any treasure, that’s also true in regards to offending them.

“The city lord really gave e a precious treasure this time, it seems like he really want me to take his kid with me. But I haven’t seen his child since coming here. I though he would be right beside me with I enter the banquet hall to show everyone that he had won me, I guess he want everyone to have a fair chance, a really upright and honest man. If his child would be the same as him, I had no qualms taking him under me.”

After his introduction, everyone started giving off their gifts in hopes to be noticed by Luo Kai, due to the sheer amount of people present, City Lord Ronan asked his trusted subordinates to managed and supervise the gifts Luo Kai receives.

Among them a few noticeable gifts and people got Luo Kai’s attention.

Third, 2 drops of blood essence of a Sovereign Phase, Wolf Type Monster from an Early Sovereign Phase Vagabond Leader.

Luo Kai : “No, I can’t let that happen! Alpha how will I be able to prevent it?”

Alpha : “The Son of Plane is the main protagonist of this world. He is bound to meet all kinds of challenge and most of them are bound to be life and death situations, everything related to this world’s disaster are bound to meet with him. If you take him with you, you will also face everything that he is bound to face, it would help you prevent this disaster, but it means that you’ll have to face death not once or twice, death would also be your companion. That’s is the destiny of the Son of Plane.”

Luo Kai : “I didn’t know all those dangerous words could fit in one sentence. Still, I have you right? Is this disaster stronger than you?”

Alpha : “Hmp! Of course not, I am strong, but you’re not.”

Luo Kai : “Ah, but you’ll make me stronger. So, what’s there to be afraid of?”

Luo Kai : “It seems like he still hasn’t awaken as the Son of Plane, but once he awakens his cultivation will improve by leaps and bounds. There’s no way the protagonist of this world have such low qualification.”

Alpha : “That’s right, since he still haven’t awaken it means that it’s there’s still quite some time for the disaster occur. But it’s best if he would improve faster even before his awakening only then will you have a higher chance in preventing it.”

Luo Kai : “That’s right! I’ll have him with me, he is quite timid for a protagonist. Reminds me of someone.”

“Ken, where are you right now. We are supposed to meet but Iron Haven City got destroyed. But I am not worried since you are with that old man. Just hold on for a bit, I’ll come get you soon, I’ll prove to that old man that I can protect you from the Asura Clan.”

The Banquet continued for a whole day, Luo Kai interacted with some young people a lot of them are strong young people but few have good qualifications, most of them was only fed with lots of pills and elixirs as booster and pretty much a greenhouse flowers. But some of them are pretty interesting.

During the meet and greet one of the people who have gotten Luo Kai’s interest is Pollo, a hot blooded young man. While everyone is minding their own business a loud voice was suddenly heard on the section where the young people have gathered.

Everyone was stunned of what the young man did. A spar out of nowhere, with a God Race person nonetheless. If the young man offend the God Race people his whole family could be wiped out overnight. Everyone is anxious, specially Pollo’s father.

Luo Kai : “A spar?! Are you sure about that?!”

Luo Kai released a strong bloodlust and killing intent. And released his God Race Bloodline. Two layers of halo ring appeared in both his wrist and ankle it was glowing gold, a halo only royalties possess. His eyes turned gold, glowing a majestic light. Upon seeing the gold colored eyes and halo everyone bowed before Luo Kai.

Everyone : “We greet the great God!”

Callum ( Pollo’s Father ) : “Great God, please spare my son’s behavious. I would be sure to punish him severely for this. Please spare out lives and family. I beg you!”

Luo Kai looked at the father pleading for mercy, as an orphan from his previous life it pains him to see a father kneeling to a younger person. A kind of disgrace and insult to himself. Luo Kai calmed down after seeing such a scene he withdraw his power and accepted the father’s plead.

Pollo : “Luo Kai Young Master, I’m sorry for my behaviour previously. I ask you to punish me instead of my father!”

Callum : “……..Son..”

Luo Kai : “I’ll ask you, why did you challenge me?”

Pollo : “Ah, regarding this matter Young Master, it was instinctive. Everytime I see a strong person around my age, I ask them for spar, it eventually become a habit for me. Sorry for offending Young Master.”

Lou Kai sensed no malice and deception for Pollo’s words, it was pure honesty.

Luo Kai : “Why would you do that? Even though you know you would lose?”

Pollo : “I never aimed for a win, or prove that I am stronger. I did it to learn and become stronger in the process, challenging someone stronger, win or lose, I will definitively benefit a lot. So it’s actually a win-win for me.”

Luo Kai : “What’s your name?”

Pollo : “Young Master Luo Kai, my name is Pollo.”

Luo Kai : “Do you want to come with me? I will be fighting with lots of strong people you’ll get sick of it.”

Pollo : “F-Father… I-I….”

Callum : “Go ahead son!”

Pollo : “I will serve you with my life Young Master Luo Kai!”

Luo Kai : “Stand up, I’m not bringing you to be my servant, I can protect myself.”

After Lou Kai’s invitation to Pollo, the young people are restless in trying to impress Luo Kai. Before even facing the world’s disaster, Luo Kai faced an even more intense disaster called social gathering.
