Awakening from my slumber, I noticed something different today I felt heavy I don't really understand how to explain the sensation other than. Think of it like swimming underwater except I could breathe it didn't actually make me any heavier as I could see from moving around my arms. More of I like noticing something I never knew was there. Questioning my sanity I decided to try and forget about it for now I think I would send Emilia or Jessica to the library if there was one hopefully to get me books on the subject of magic.
Yesterday I'm sure that’s what the feeling was when I felt the power rush to my eyes, I gained a skill and I don't know why but I was certain I could activate it again. Even though I had the skill I needed to know how exactly I could replicate that effect with different parts of my body, if power was truly my goal I felt this was the place to start.
I looked around the room for the two girls, only to find them sleeping on the floor hmm this bed was huge I didn't see a real reason for them to be there, but I guess that would be too much even for them. Yesterday I let them shower in the noble bath which they already disagreed with me on, seeing them sleep on the floor is kind of bothering me though. Deciding on bringing up the matter later I let it go for now.
Going to the bookshelf I swapped out the book of the first hero for a book titled, 'Tales of the northern country' once again going to lay on the bed I opened the first page.
' The northern country, shrouded in mystery this ancient land is unconquered. Nearly 300 years have passed since the discovery of the passage leading to the northern country yet no one knows what truly lies behind the mystery of these lands. Strange tales have come forth from people that have traveled there and come back alive. Most see it as plain insanity some of the things spewed from the mouth of these old souls have long been forgotten. Let this book be a container for all these strange tales.'
Once again my eyesight sharpened and the information flowed into me this time however, I tried to hold back the amount it took out of me as the last time this happened I blacked out straight after. Willing the pool around me to use less and less, my goal was accomplished with ease thankfully as I could feel my body growing weaker. Going from page to page I the stories some of the travelers told were unbelievable but, something inside of me told me they had to be true.
'One explorer of the northern continent spoke complete nonsense to most, but if one listened closely to his tales you would hear of a world no one could imagine. Races of giant trees guarding forest, Dragons roaming the skies but, the most interesting of them all was his tale of a village not large in size but neither small.
"The village among all of these monsters one would think would be destroyed in a night, what you ignorant young brats don''t understand is that the world is large. Very large at that, in this village I was not allowed entry what was required to enter was you to be in your 5th class advancement. Something only heard of in legends, my best guess is that those in that village were strong enough to fight these monsters of Myth and Legend. Sadly I am too old now I cannot go back oh how I long to see the sights once more."
Those gathered around to hear his tale could only laugh at the old man thinking he had gone completely insane. Something in me when hearing this story told me what the man said was true, whether it be the tear in his eye or the sadness on his face I believed this old man you reading this book what do you think.'
More entries like this followed throughout the entirety of the book, honestly speaking I did not have words to quite explain how I felt about this. Part of me wanted to go and explore this place but, I knew if left this palace as I am. More than likely I would die, right now having no idea what an Enchanter was either wasn't helping. Controlling this power that helps me read faster the only conclusion I've come to is that it is mana.
During all my struggling the someone knocked on the door, I immediately gave a response.
Soon enough a maid holding a cage entered the room, what I saw seemed to be a normal fox inside the cage.
Setting down the cage she gave a light bow and then left in a hurry. Even if they say for me to tame well I had no idea how to actually accomplish that. Soon I heard stirring from the two sisters still sleeping on the floor, not giving it any attention I once again looked back towards the monster that seemed no different from an everyday fox to me. Bringing my face closer to the bars I saw something that caught my eye, This fox its eyes we foggy but, from what I could tell it wasn't blind another thing of note were its ears. They were quite long at least twice the size of a fennec fox back on earth.
Thinking of a way to tame this creature I got an idea, I closed my eyes and searched for this unknown energy inside me willing it to come to my fingertips I felt it. The power coursing through my arm slowly I brought it to the fox, not fighting back it accepted my touch. Pouring my energy into the fox I tried making it flow as steady as possible, I heard the fox Yelp however, I was determined to continue at this point. Going forward with the process I felt a connection start to form slowly but surely I saw myself through the eyes of this strange creature until finally a message appeared.
[Jocia tamed]
[Skill Taming unlocked]
Feeling light headed I made sure to open the cage before once more going to lay in bed, I felt weak as if I'd gone days without eating. My eyelids feeling heavier and heavier I couldn’t fight it, before I once again fell into darkness I thought of something. Feeling like an idiot for never thinking of this before, if I was receiving messages like this there had to be a status screen of sorts cursing at myself for being so dumb I fell asleep once more.

Bringing my sword down on the throat of the last ogre a sigh of relief escaped my lips. Today was extremely productive I had finished my request from the adventurer's guild to eliminate the 8 ogres that have been roaming the western side of town. The request was marked as A rank usually entailing it to be done in at least a group of 4-5 people, that did not matter to me though. Blessed with this strength although more of a curse I was an Undead.
Undead quite a vague race of different creatures ask anyone and they will tell you the same, we are created through the death of someone with strength at the peak of their 3rd class however, we never retain the strength or the memories of that person. There are a variety of differences in undead from Lichs, to Vampires, and even Ghouls falling under the category I fell under the category of Lich a better and much easier way to explain would be, I am a corpse.

We are no different from everyday humans though some of us even come from the body of elves however, there is a major difference between all of us that is our body in general can range from horribly disfigured to spotless without a blemish. Washing the blood of my blade with a cloth I always kept handy I collected the materials needed for the request the left ear of every ogre. Once done I started heading east back into town.
Taking just under 2 hours to arrive I walked into the adventurer's guild there seemed to be quite an uproar today as the door swung open the noise spell casted on the place obviously gave out.
As usual the idiocy is on full gear, ignoring the crowd gathered around 2 unknowns to me I wasted no time at skipping to the front of the line for the request turn in counter.
Saying nothing I placed the bag I had over my shoulder on the counter and showed the woman its contents.
Ignoring the last thing she said I asked her for something of mine.
Was the only reply the woman received she however, paid it no mind as anyone who knew Lunaria long enough knew she wasn't much of a talker.
Once again with the one worded reply all she got was.
Breathing a sigh she walked over towards the bar and took a seat.
Asked the gentleman attending the bar, a simple reply once again escaped her lips.
The bartender giving a slight nod as he grabbed a bottle from the back pouring it into a mug and dashing the top with cinnamon.
With that she zoned out from everyone else in the bar, cinnamon she didn't know why but it tasted so good to her even though she couldn't really taste most things. After all these years she came to the conclusion that it was something the person whose body she now inhabited liked. Even if undead didn't keep memories they couldn't change what the body itself was used to and enjoyed, forgetting about all of that Lunaria simply enjoyed her milk with cinnamon taking in the simple pleasure of it. That was soon ruined by a hand that gripped her shoulder though.
During this moment everyone in the guild was silent, this idiot of a hero just decided to grab onto the one person in here he shouldn't have.
Those two idiots that were talking when Lunaria first walked in where seen Visibly facepalming this idiot signed his death certificate. Even with all this going on though Lunaria gave no response simply continued drinking her milk unaware of the hand on her shoulder. This hero however, would not give up feeling ignored his face started visibly turning red in rage.
Slapping the cup from her hand this hero had made his final mistake.
With a swift motion and a flash Lunarias blade fastened around her waist started glowing a pale purple light she grabbed the handle and seemed to vanish from sight before quickly as she disappeared. Reappearing behind the hero.
The hero shivering in fear could only slowly nod at her, ordering her usual from the bartender once again a mug was brought out with the same milky liquid that was topped with cinnamon. Sheathing her blade she took the mug and walked over to the request counter where a certain woman was holding a bag in the air motioning her to come forward.
This time taking no time to enjoy her drink she gulped it on down in 3 huge chunks.
Her only response to this was simply but heartfelt
Making her way through the crowd and leaving from the door she entered from she made her way eastbound towards the newly discovered dungeon.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Back at the guild however, a frightened hero made his way towards the request counter.
The woman unable to answer could only reply with the response they were told to give at times like these.
Burning with rage he unsheathes his blade and pointed it towards the woman, this action was a stupid one no one would dare make. As if on que everyone else other than the hero's company drew their weapons until a fat dwarf walked forward and was the first one to break the silence.
Even though he was filled with rage from being embarrassed so earlier he knew this wasn't the right course of action. So he spoke up to those in the room after sheathing his blade.
At this everyone in the guild laughed together as if once again on que.
This once again brought on fits of laughter from the crowd, until once more the dwarf spoke.
This only seemed to fuel the hero further as he went to look at the board the sign read as follows.
Lunaria-Class S
Do not engage in combat unless willing to die we the guild hold no responsibility for your actions.
There was a portrait of her underneath it made with magic the detail was astounding, from her long black hair her pale skin and her eyes, the thing that made her stand out the most her eyes. They were a ethereal purple when looking at them they seemed to suck you in. While admiring the beauty of the portrait the hero heard the dwarf speak once again.
The hero couldn't stand it though he knew he could beat her somewhere in his mind he had not given up, he would grow stronger for the next time he met that woman would be her last time breathing. The hero had however, only tunneled on the one spot for Lunaria on that board were over 100 names and pictures and that, list were only the monsters signed up for the guild.
