Demon king

  I was an ordinary student you know. I had a job, a home, a loving family, and everything else I would need. But my unlucky ass decided to get hit by a truck. Usually in these types of stories people die saving another person's life. How did I die? I forgot to check for cars when crossing the road.

  Anyways, this brings me to my summoning. After literally having my body squashed like roadkill I was summoned to another world. In most stories I would be a hero summoned to defeat the Demon King. Guess what I got summoned as? A fucking Demon King. It really made my day when I saw a bunch of robed members around a summoning table chanting some unkown language. Anyways, I figured in these types of games you usually have a status or something. So I decided to yell out

"Status!"

  I'm not going to lie, I felt really stupid when nothing appeared. After yelling that I get a bunch of confused looks by the robed people. They start discussing something in another language I couldn't understand. After their terribly long discussion, they start chanting some more words, and something actually does appear.

  The pop up was in a transparent red text and said something about a "Universal Language." Shortly after that pop up, another window appeared.

  I decided to check my status and hope I got hero or something.

  Yeahhhhhhh that's not hero. I guess I have decide what to do from here. To start off I should probably escape from my kidnappers. Unfortunately that isn't gonna be easy. Seeing how they surrounded me and all. I think I should lay low for a while by pretending to sleep or something.

~1 hour later~

  So they finally left me alone. Unfortunately that isn't a good thing seeing as how before they left they decided to saying something very disturbing.

"The sacrifice is almost ready"

  Like COME ON you really expect me to stay still after hearing that. You gave me the power to understand your language you know? Pretty sure that is anti-productive or whatever but it ain't my loss. I should probably get going now. So I decide to take a look around the room they summoned me in. It was pretty dark but I could make out 3 wooden doors. I think they went towards the door in front of me so I should probably pick the one to the right or left. Deciding to pick the left one I took a run for it. As I ran I noticed my hands.

  They were made of black scales and tried their best to resemble a regular human's hands. Yeah I am not gonna lie I was like one second away from screaming. As I opened the left door I am greeted by a blinding light with a big field of grass in front of me. In the distance I make out a palace. I decide that going there is my best bet. As long as no one knows my job.
