Hi, its the narrator again!
Where did we stop in the last chapter?
Oh, right!
Yes, the protagonist is coming face to face with a small green goblin.
Let’s pause and think, what could go wrong?
I mean if nothing goes wrong, what kind of entertainment could we seriously achieve?
Watching someone fail again and again just gives you the sense of thrill that nothing else can give.
You agree with me right?
So let's it out together!
1. Tim gets slaughtered
2. Tim runs and wails like a child
3. Tim man's up and attacks the goblin
Seriously, You think option three is feasible?
You could be reading stolen content. Head to the original site for the genuine story.
I wish Tim was a man of courage… but this isn’t that kind of story.
----------------------------------------
Tim staring at the goblin was frightened out of his mind.
He completely forgot about the Barista that is standing on the other side of the counter.
Tim climbed over the counter like a stumbling idiot and hid.
Yes, he hid like a fool.
He looked through the counter for some kind of weapon that he could use to defend himself.
Anything at all.
Unfortunately, the only thing he could find was a knife.
Why was there a knife in a coffee shop? Who knows. Honestly, who cares.
He slowly rose up to see the goblin.
The goblin slowly, but surely walked towards him.
Tim climbed on top of the counter when the goblin got close enough and jumped.
He jumped and attempted to stab the goblin.
Unfortunately for Tim, he missed and the goblin hit back and crushed his ribs.
He slowly felt his chest and groaned slightly while whincing a little in pain.
He knew time was of the esence. With fear and desperiration staring right in front of him, he attempted his one last hell mary.
Finally with luck on his side, he stabbed the goblin in its chest, killing it.
Suddenly Tim heard a noise in his head.
**DIIIRINNGGGG**
The next moment a pop-up screen floated in front of his face.
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU DEFEATED YOUR FIRST MONSTER!
