It’s been an interesting day for me. That point of light that I told you about, yeah. I came out of it…literally. I was born. I’m a baby now. Is that settled? We all understand what happened? Yes? Okay, I’m never going to mention it again. Ever.

Well. Aside from my mild trauma and desire to forget that event, I am now the child of Stein and Helra. My father, Stein, appears to be a blockhead. He attempted to pick me up and damage me with his beard to an extent that can’t be repaired. Thankfully, my mother, Helra, gave him a mother’s (read Devil’s) glare and my father returned me to her loving arms. After the exciting events (I shuddered as I wrote that, I swore I wouldn’t remember that moment again) they began to talk amongst themselves. They appeared to be like the Norse people from Earth, but what they spoke sounded unlike anything from Earth. It sounded like a rhythm was being played underneath their conversation as they spoke, which was odd to experience.

Either way, the only thing I appeared to pick up from their conversation was my name, Eric, as they said it while glancing at me repeatedly. Later some more things occurred, that I will not speak of, not because of trauma or anything. It’s just that as a workaholic, I have my own pride even as a baby. This day has been exciting though, and I’m glad I’ll be able to work again. For now I will continue to work on my rest as a baby gets very sleepy. For reference, I’m finishing this up after my fifth nap of the day, and I’m feeling the sixth coming on.

Anyways, to sum up today’s journal, I am now a baby, I am somewhere with a language I’ve never heard before, and I am Norse (maybe?). Well, I’ll continue this journal tomorrow, or when enough interesting things have happened for me to write about again. So I’ll find out then, and then I’ll write it down. So, that concludes my first day here after leaving that dark place. I’m still curious what it was though…
