A few hours later...

Fires were lit and celebrations were way overdue.

The sun set upon Mars, turning the blood orange sky to a dull emptying black, void of all colour.

Lighting the chilling night were the lanterns that ran along wires.

The wires dangled from building to building, leaving no room for the shadows of night.

And in these dark days you may ask why should we celebrate?

Well its the coming of a new age, an age that will truly become legend.

Sparing matches were organised, after all most commoners not just on Mars but in the whole universe fight for survival as well as entertainment.

"First lets introduce your host for the night..., my name is Salamander the famed magician" a scaled Martion spoke.

His scales burnt sienna.

While his eyes were neon orange, revealing his greed for attention.

And while he wore no clothes, a top hat made of fire and ash burned bright a top of his head.

"Technique activation: song of fire" and as Salamander spoke those words, each letter sparked a fire into the sky.

Scattering those letters into the sky above the children's heads, Salamander began to sing, each letter once again forming fire.

"It's a different feeling, i don't quite know how to describe it" Tenflame sat next to the forge brothers.

A camp fire was lit, with stones surrounding for the Hi-senshi, forge brothers and the warriors of Earth.

"Well we certainly know what this feeling is don't we brother?" Arge sparked up from his boulder.

"Yeah we do brother..., its freedom" Chi responded.

While less enthusiastic then Arge a slight almost unnoticeable smile rested upon Chi's face.

"Well I could get used to this" Tenflame dropped his sword for the first time since he joined the Red empire 5 years ago.

"Its no time to celebrate, we should be training" Flair smashed the boulder saved for her, bruising her lower leg.

"Oh come on, why not have a bit of fun before the nights over" Yari wrapped her arm around Flair's shoulder.

"Yeah it's not like you to be so serious, usually your all about having fun" Arge laughed joyfully, his stomach about to pop.

"And so our first contestants are up, both raised on Earth, but they are not Human..., no they are Zeons!" Salamander welcomed Hikaru and Shirogane to the ring.

And they both shared the same reasons for being there.

No matter your age, seeing a new level of strength is exciting.

Eager to see the Zeons who saved their village with their own eyes, the Martions edged closer to the border, risking harm to themselves.

"Don't go easy on me just because its not an actual fight Shirogane" Hikaru dragged his blackite dagger through the air, raising it in front of his chest.

"Oh don't worry I know you wouldn't let it down if you beat me, so I'm gonna have to make this an unquestionable victory" Shirogane entered a combat stance.

Raising his fists up in front of his chest, while spreading his legs making himself an immovable statue.

Hikaru wasted no time, sprinting towards his rival.

Shirogane propelled his fist forwards but...

Hikaru phased through Shirogane's body.

Appearing behind his opponent Hikaru span his dagger around, and propelled it into Shirogane's back.

And as Shirogane's back was pierced he teleported, slamming the base of his fists onto Hikaru's skull.

"Look at these monsters, no wonder the Red empire fear their strength" Salamander continued his commentary but no one was paying him any attention, as they were all captivated by the sheer god like strength the Zeons possessed.

And as Hikaru spat the blood across the barren terrain, Shirogane entered imperial two.

Followed by the activation of his technique battle endurance.

The warrior bounced towards Hikaru, and in his swift approach his fist became infused creating the move, defence tearing fist.

But just as Shirogane was swift so too was Hikaru...

Hikaru ran circles around his rival, until he entered the form cloaked with thunder only to release it into the move vibration release just as he did in his fight with Chorite.

Knocking Shirogane flying out to the ring's border.

And as Shirogane felt his feet run across the pebble border, his instincts reacted forcing him to teleport to Hikaru.

Thanks to Shirogane's battle endurance he had forgotten about Hikaru's dagger, which was stabbed deep into his back.

Hikaru threw a raw dagger towards Shirogane and at the moment of impact the blackite dagger exploded.

But thanks to Shirogane's battle instincts he was able to avoid being dangerously injured, by activating the technique point reinforcement.

Although the blast had still forced Shirogane off balance.

Which was fortunate for Hikaru's next attack.

Another vibration release!

Which knocked Shirogane flying out of the ring.

Passing the Hi-senshi and slamming against Chi and Arge, who just managed to stop his momentum.

"And tonight's victor is Hikaru, the fastest warrior in System seventeen" Salamander swung Hikaru's arm up into the air.

And as cheers filled the air a more serious matter was being discussed.

"So were free now".

"I have already said this but let me announce it to everyone, i am officially renaming gake village into supaku, and with that I also pledge that all in this city will be eternal allies of Earth" Yari rose up to shake Shirogane's hand.

And as they shook hands Hikaru appeared, escaping the crowds cheers and Salamander's influence.

"And now that you're both here its time to discuss your reward for helping us" the new ember sat back down along side her followers.

And Earth raised warriors eventually sat directly across from Yari.

"So is this when you tell us where we'll find Mirai and Daku" Hikaru's eyes pierced the forge brothers.

"Well we can give an educated guess, sin..." Yari was interrupted her voice being overwhelmed by Tenflame's.

"WAIT!, I can give more then an educated guess since I paid more attention to the empire's movements along with Pairo..., I can tell you for certain that the Kurai brothers are on Saturn".

"Then we have no time for celebrations, Hikaru lets go" Shirogane rose up, his appearance the most serious that the Martions have ever seen him.

"But you can at least stay a few more days, we could work out a plan to save even more planets, I know every planet that the Red empire has enslaved" Yari pleaded, no she begged.

"Earth comes first, my family comes first..., I understand that Uzunami has hurt more then just the people I know but I must make sure the ones I care about survive" Shirogane's fists clenched as he infused energy throughout his body.

"I've decided that at the first opportunity I will return and discuss that plan with you further Yari, but until then I got to make sure he doesn't kill himself" Hikaru flew beside Shirogane.

Both warriors travelling straight towards Saturn.
