Prologue
Thinking back, I might have screwed up a bit. Granted it not all my fault mind you just wrong place at the wrong time.
Well should tell you about myself first, I used to be Kuro Samuel Bones. Well before anyone asks yes I am American I just have an Japanese mother, so that why my first name Japanese while the last name is English. I was a normal 5’ 6” short dark haired youth. I was fit with a solid build due to taking Taekwondo since I was 9 years old. I grew up in a fairly normal household and school life till the end of middle school. That’s when I started to play video games and PnP RP's. I like to think I got pretty good at pen and paper ones like D&D, Shadowrun and the like.
Once I started High school, I hung out with the ‘freak’ crowd, semi Goth looking game playing odd balls. They got me in to play some of those on-line games so we grouped up and started our own guild. We kept on the top of the server ranking for all of high school even thought we kept our numbers low. We only trusted ourselves and kept over powering other players when they attacked us.
Sadly I stopped playing for a while once high school ended since I had to work hard for a living. After a year of working full time, I decided I do some I always wanted to try and joined the military. Therefore, I went to the local recruiters office and took a few test. It seemed that I am fairly smart and well suited 25B MOS. I took a little time and deiced to join the military.
Once i joined the Army, I took all the extra courses i liked and later offered to change MOS to 18x, or a special forces candidate. It helped I did a lot of range time until I was 39/40 every time with the basic rifles and able to hit a targets well over 300 meters away. Other courses I took where martial arts, survival and some hand to hands weapon classes. I also read up on a few thing like swords most due D&D perked my interest in them.
It all happened one day as I was on leave and hanging out at a friend’s place in LA. Nice place if you not mind fires, floods, and the random earthquakes. Anyway, I just was coming back from roaming the town after getting a new RPG game. That is when my life took a turn for the worst. You ever see the cliche in manga where someone walking and gets hit by a random truck? Well guess what, seems it happens in the US also. I was just walking along side of the road, happy planning what to do in my new game; When I saw a kid playing soccer and waved. As I walked down hill a bit closer I saw him playing by himself, maybe too hot out for his friends? As I got nearer to him I noticed a shadow behind me, and then my heart dropped as I saw the kid run in to the road chasing after his ball. Knowing that if I did nothing, I would see the child life end I rushed forward putting my 11 min 2 mile run time to work, might even broke my own person record for the dash. I then grabbed him and pulled the kid to me just before I pushed him away with everything I could muster in a explosive burst of strength throwing it to where I was standing.
Now I know it sounds cliché but I joined the army to protect people, and how could I let some poor kid die in front of me? Now normally people in the manga and light novels die on impact and never suffer. Sadly, I did not die on impact; I even had enough focus to note it was a gas cargo truck that hit me. I guess he was dazed out but as soon as he hit me he hit the brakes, but it seem hitting my body burst the line. I saw the driver try to control the semi for a while before he jumped out and likely broke a arm at least. Now if you been to LA in some places there are large storm canals for when it floods. The truck I was stuck on did a swan dive off the raised wall(give it 5 point for form) and crashed to the bottom. Then it blew up in flames which finally killed me. So came to a end my short 24 years on life in a literal blaze, sadly not of glory.. Oh well what can you do.
After my death I waited wondering if I see angles, demons or I just fade away. So I just waited where suddenly something popped up before my eyes

Kruo “huh ?, what the hell ?”
System Error !Unknow soul Detected.
Kruo: “well this not what I thought the afterlife be like, great I’m in IT hell” sighed deeply.
???: “no your are not” a deep voice booms behind me.
Kruo:” um, I hear you but cannot see anything, could I get help on what happening?”
???: ” Well it is what you think, you died. however you were not the one that was suppose to die. That why the Error was showing up. The kid your saved was supposed to die and then reincarnate into a different world. However, due to you stepping it has thrown things off some.”
A circle of light appeared around me, each light a bit different in size and color.
Red light “ so what you think ?”
Blue “well he might do.. but if it’s her..”
Green:” well we have not other options now..”
Kuro:” ummm can I ask who are you and what’s going on? And who is Her?”
A Bright light blue light talked, I recognize as the first voice I heard here
L. Blue:”first all are what you would call Gods in your world, we are deciding if we pass you on to the Goddess that next to get a Hero. You see since Earth has so many souls born to it. Therefore, to help reduce the strain on the world we move some souls to other worlds that have a lot lower populations. They are lower mostly with the lack of science and the high death counts. However, with the lack of science they are much more fluent in using what you call Magic.”
Kuro:” so there magic on some worlds?”
L. Blue:”there is magi in your world too but it not as abundant as it is in other worlds. So very few area allow its use. In the newer worlds, it many times stronger and most people use it for day to day task; like starting fire and looking down to healing the sick. You will gain the option to use magic once you reincarnate.”
Kruo:”I see, well how long I got to wait then ?”
L. Blue:”well time here moves as we want it so it be shortly now.”
As they walked suddenly a strong violet light popped in to being and started to talk.
Violet:” Well now where is they hero soul I was promised? I need to get the cute thing trained how I want him quickly.”
L. Blue:
Violet:”what? You did not get the one I picked out?” I could feel her looking at me now, “well what can I doing do with this older one he not what I like, he’ll just end up ruining my collection.”
*oh great I got some sort of shota loving goddess.* Kuro thought to himself
Voilet:” Well since I have to take it, I will be grateful to service me Kohena goddess of beauty. However since your ruined my collection I think I’ll send you to the far end of my realm as payment.”
Kuro:”what will I did ruin your plan that does not make ti right just to punish me for saving a life..”
Voilet:” well since I’m one of the major gods you have no right to decline, since you old and ugly I let you be reincarnated in to a form that matches. As a bonus I’m removing any help besides the most basic blessing the hero systems give so all you can do talk any language and understand it.”
Now I am not what someone thinks as a pretty boy types but I am far from ugly or so I have been told, I have a strong set of hazel eyes, firm jaw and a good mix of feature form my parents.
Kuro:”Hey wait a minute!” as I yelled out a flash of light blinded me and all I saw was darkness.
On a continent, know as the Demon lands something twitched before eyes of crimson flames flicked in to existence.
