After I look nearby to see if the men are following me, when I deem it safe enough, I land near a forest with a lake nearby.

Mizi got off my back as she rested nearby under a familiar palm tree while I just went to the lake nearby to clean myself. Even if this is not my body, I still must clean it off.

Mizi stared at the lake filled with fish carcasses floating on the surface, appearing one by one while an electric current was going off in the water. Mizi stared at the dead fish, dumbfounded.

"You ask where home is? We live near sand and forests. I like going to a lake filled with brown fish to clean myself."

Something clicked in my mind immediately when the lizard man talked about the lake and the brown fish perfectly describing the lake near me.

*We are exactly where the lizard man described, we must be very close to their hometown.*

"But master, how will you get back to the kingdom?"

*Don't worry about mm, I can just fly myself over to find it, and Oh yeah I have something to say to you we get back.*

I ended the telepathy as the holographic image quickly disappeared, leaving nothing behind.

Mizi hopped on my back as I started to fly to the sky to search for the lizard man's hometown if it was nearby.

*Hmm, nothing so far. just mostly desert and forest.*

"Wait master! I saw a wooden structure over there.”

Mizi pointed into a forest area with no sighting of the wooden structure until I realized the leaves and moss were camouflaging it.

*Could that be the lizard man's hometown? No wonder it was hard to find them.*

"Ehehe, You can count on me for scouting master!"

We get closer to the lizard man settlement, as I can now see them clearly with all the dirty rags displayed in their entrance.

*Hold on tight; I will be landing in front of their entrance.*

I dive down in midair toward the ground in front of the entrance as Mizi closes her eye.

*BAAM!*

We land in fashion as dust appears in the landing sight, and the sound attracts the nearby lizardmen, making them alerted.

A lizard man nearby shouted, "What is that sound?!" as they rushed to the scene.

The dust settled to reveal a girl riding on a big lizard creature as the Lizard Man pointed their weapon at us.

A large commander lizard man appeared behind the lizard man soldier, saying,

"Who are you?"

"How dare you trespass into our home?"

Since Mizi can't understand their language, I instead take charge of the talking here, so I immediately clear the misunderstanding right away with my telepathy before we get misunderstood and they view us as hostile monstee.

*We meant no harm, we just wanted to ask one question.*

The big lizard man didn't freak out about the telepathy voice in his head and instead asked,

"What question do you want to ask us?"

The commander was surprised by the name, which made him very mad. He shouted to his squadron,

All the lizard men agree to their command as the lizard man charged at us with all sorts of weapons, including a sword, spear, and dagger. I tried to clear up the misunderstanding with my words.

The lizard man didn't even want to hear my word as they tried to kill Mizi and me in every direction just to missed. I mean, I did hear from Nina that Lizard Men are very easy to misunderstand and have quite the bad temper when trying to talk to them.

"Master what happens to them!"

"Why did they become hostile?"

*They misunderstand us for the kidnapper! Now they think we was the one who capture their children.*

"Now what are we going to do?"

*We have no choice but to beat them all up until they listen to us.*

"Okay!"

Mizi unsheathed her sword and charged at the attacking lizardman. Mizi also made sure to not kill the lizard man but instead injure them.

Mizi slashes the oncoming lizard man running toward her,

"Mana slash!"

"Agh!"

The lizard man fell unconscious, but was not really dead, while the other lizard man continued going to Mizi regardless of their fallen comrade.

I also did my part, as I covered Mizi's back by showering them with my now-enchanted magic after consuming the dragon magic orb.

*Fireball*

A large fireball emerged from my mouth as it exploded in a large area, knocking some of the lizard men unconscious while the rest charged on. Some of them managed to get on my body to try to attack it, but it was not effective due to my very durable scales negate most of them. If they are on my body, I use my powerful tail to swipe them off, knocking them to the ground pass out very far away.

*How do you like that?*

The lizard men started to feel fear for the first time after we defeated 100+ of them already, and because of that, their morale went down, making them easier to defeat. When things turn to our favor, the commander steps into the battle.

"DO NOT FALL! "WE NEED TO SAVE OUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN FROM THE EVIL MONSTER."

"YES!"

The call of the commander made the soldier very motivated, causing them to do stronger hits and not fall down easily.

*Mizi Let's show them our full power!*

"Yes!"

Mizi used 100% of her power this time as she slashed the lizard man very easily and without a problem, even if they were boosted by the commander, and mine was the same as my fireball had a bigger aoe and I also started to use other magic.

*Mana Slash* *Lightning Bolt* *Fireball* *Whirlpool*

I cast multiple spells, causing havoc in the area as the lizard men fell down, group by group.

The only lizard man standing was the commander lizard man, as he prepared to fight me with his large sword.

The commander lizard man charged in right away to slash Mizi, only to be stopped by a mysterious voice.

"STOP IT KRITTOUT!"

Before I could defend myself against the attack, suddenly the lizard man stopped his swing as he looked behind him to see an old lizard man. The old lizard man was slowly going down the stairs with a cane in his hand.

"You can stop now, Krittout."

"But the elders, they are probably the ones who capture our children."

"Shut it. How much time do I have to remind you to keep your emotions in check?”

"I know that your child is missing, but that doesn't mean you have to kill every human without questioning them!"

The old lizard man was pointing his cane angrily toward Krittout, making him very quiet as he stood there like a puppy that didn't get his food.

The lizard man commander bowed down and said, silently accepting his defeat,

"Sorry."

*Wow, who is he? He can even make someone strong bow down and apologize immediately!*

The old lizard man began to teach Krittout not to attack anybody without listening to the story, and after that, he punished him by making him do pushups 1000 times, which is an absurd amount. The old lizard man looked at us with an apologetic tone after he finished punishing Krittout.

"I’m very sorry for what my tribe has done to you. Recently, a lot of the tribe's children began to disappear from their house in the middle of the night. That is why the member was on high alert in case another one went missing.”

*That is fine, I understand your member's intention. *

The old lizard man opened his left eye and looked at me.

"Hmm, a talking lizard monster?"

"That is very rare to see."

"Anyway, let's talk about it in my hut, shall we?"
