It was a normal morning one month after I became three years old. My mother and father approached me and said, "Ryul, you have to start going to school or start doing warrior training. You can try to become a magus but you cant take the test for a few more years."
I wanted to learn everything so I said, "Can I do the warrior training and go to school?"
My parents both obviously surprised by what I said looked at each other and then said, "Ryul, we don't think that you will be able to keep up with both of them at the same time. They are both very hard, so you will be too tired to do both of them."
I decided upon a good choice and said, "Okay, then I will finish school by the time I'm five and then I'll do my warrior training and become a magus, too."
My parents, knowing how hard the school would be because usually kids would only graduate at the age of twelve had no choice but to agree.
The next day I went to school for the first time in this world. Surprisingly they had a grade system, so it wasn't just every kid in one classroom. My only problem was that the first year's lessons were only the basic and intermediate levels of addition, subtraction, reading and spelling. Since I knew how to do all of this, I applied to advance a grade.
The teacher reluctantly gave me the test because she thought I wasn't going to get even one question right, but I passes with flawless marks. Starting the next day I was in the same class as the second years and they were taught the advanced levels of addition, subtraction, reading and spelling, as well as the basic levels of history, geography, multiplication and division.
For the next four months I listened attentively to the geography and history lessons, but as soon as I was done learning all of them for the current level I applied to advance another grade. I got flawless marks again, which didn't surprise the teacher considering the last time I took the advancement test I got flawless marks, too. The third years studied intermediate and advanced history, geography, multiplication and division,
as well as all the levels of common knowledge and magic knowledge. Third years also start doing physical training so we have at least a bit of strength and stamina.
After six months, I finished my third and final year of school, so I decided to ask my parents one of my previous questions.
My family finally gathered in the dining room after I asked them to come ten minutes ago.
My dad spoke first, "Ryul, what do you need to tell us?"
I decided to put my master plan into action, so I said, "I want to become a magus and a warrior."
(Master Plan=Conquering the world.)
My mom and dad looked a little bit irritated and said, "Ryul, why would you want to start training, before you have finished school?"
I completely forgot that for whatever reason, they weren't notified about me finishing school. I decided to say, "Oops, forgot to tell you guys, I completed school a few days ago."
My parents and my sister were surprised, but before they could say anything I quickly added, "Since I have finished school, can I start training to become a warrior? And also, can I take the test to become a magus, I have a feeling that I'll pass."
My mom quickly regained her composure and said, "Wait, you finished your school, but usually kids don't graduate until they're at least ten?"
Since my mom said this, my dad noticed something and said, "Yeah, that would make our son a genius, wouldn't it?"
Before they could continue on this I said, "So, can I take the test and start the training or not?"
They, noticing what I said, seemed to forgot what they were just saying and said, "Sure," almost on reflex.
Over the next month, I started my warrior training so I could get used to it before I go and take my magus test. Because if I pass the test then I will have to do twice the amount of training, so I wouldn't be able to handle it unless I was used to the training already.
The warrior training consisted of running for an hour, then doing strength exercises like pull ups and push ups, inner-mana training and sparring. It was very difficult especially the running because I have the body of a four year old! It was actually quite easy after the first two weeks of it, even though I thought it would take at least three or four times longer than that.
(Inner mana=Self strength enhancing and fighting spirit;outer mana=magic and magic stuff.....basically magic missile and fireball)
So, after my one month of getting used to warrior training, I went to the nearest city where they could check if I meet the requirements to be a magus or not. The trip was really boring, all we did was walk and walk and walk and sleep.
When we got to the city I was impressed by the architecture and overall efficiency of things. A person from Earth would suspect that this was a very wealthy city, when in fact it is actually no where near being wealthy.

When we got to the testing place there were at least a hundred people, which I didn't expect, but it turns out that the test is only open four times a year. My rough estimation was only of the test takers, there were at least a hundred more people, probably here to recruit people to their respective organisations, kingdoms and such. The warrior training I did was actually just me biding my time until the test, which I figured out based on my information.
An old guy who looks eerily close to Gandalf then spoke in an old, weathered voice, "We will now begin the testing, please for into five lines of equal number."
I scurried off to the third line because third times the charm. Of course that wasn't my actual reason, I just like the number three so I went there.
We then began, but what I noticed as my turn got closer, everyone in my line was failing. All I thought of it was, imagine the looks on there faces when I pass this thing. Before when I was farther back, I didn't notice, but now I do, the orb glows brighter, the more mana you have. Finally about ten people before my turn, someone passed and when it was announced a lot of people ran over with offers to join their groups. The person was gloating a bit because he got so many offers and was one of the six people who have passed thus far. But, what I noticed was that there were a few individuals not offering stuff, so I thought that they were form the more powerful groups, so they aren't interested in weak people.
About fifteen minutes after the person in my line passed, it was my turn. I walked up to the orb and tried to put my hand on it, but it f***ing exploded, getting the glass shards all in my hand.
(Why did it take so long? Seriously that one guys took like twenty seconds to finish.)
"Ow, my hand! Agh, why did it do that!?!? It hurts, can one of you heal me or something!?!?"
After I yelled this someone snapped out of their shock and healed my hand.
After my hand finished healing, the test taker said, "The orb seems to have malfunctioned, so we will let you take the test again."
Hearing this I carefully walked over to another orb and reluctantly stretched out my hand...only for the orb to explode again, but this time I was prepared, so I jumped back quickly avoiding injury.
The head tester was the only one who knew what happened so he quickly said, "Calm down everyone." Before anybody could start to panic.
He then proceeded to say, "This is the first time this has happened, but I conclude that this kid's current magic capacity........is that of a really, really, really lesser god."
Even with the way he said it, the representatives of the various groups rushed to me with there offers. I knew that I had this much power because my souls level was very high and apparently a really, really, really lesser god's magic capacity is a huge deal.
My escorts came to get me out of the horde of people, but not before I heard an offer that I decided to accept.
An old man with a raspy, powerful voice said, "Young man, would you like to enroll in Salabar Academy."
Hearing this the horde backed off because Salabar Academy is backed by a kingdom, unlike their petty groups.
I shook the escorts off and went to the old man and said, "I will accept if you follow my conditions," this made him look surprised but he kept quiet, "I want to be a special student of you academy, I want to not have to pay to attend, I want to do the training I want to do and lastly, I want access to level 8 library materials."
He just nodded in acceptance to all my demands, but on the last one he said, "H..ho...how d-did you know a-about those?" With a scared look on his face.
I din't know about their library materials, but I wouldn't let him know that, "Let's just say I have my sources." (You mean guessing right?)
The old man then straightened up and said, "Okay, but to look at anything above level 4, you will have to check with the principal."
I just nodded because I will get what I want even if I have to blackmail people.
The old man then summoned a contract and said, "Sign this, then everything will be finished."
I quickly looked over the contract and signed it.
As he was leaving, the old man said, "School starts in two months, please be there on time."
***Old Man's POV***
I just walked out the door when I realized something, that kid didn't even look to be five. That would make him the youngest student ever to enroll in the academy, right?
I ignored the thought as I left back to the academy.
