The proposal I told Elder Maya is outrageous but simple.

It should also ensure people's safety resulting in people being thankful to me.
Well I don’t think Byun Baek would simply agree to the proposal.

It was given that they would not dare attack the Fiend Pirate crew since they might lose quite a formidable amount of force and they didn't have much force in Yan kingdom.
'Lord wishes will be upheld; I will prepare the contract within an hour.' Byun Baek half-heartedly answers.
"We will not waste your time as I know the value of time. Provincial leader has already prepared the contract. You just need to sign it and the contract will become binding and come into effect." I articulate, subtly influencing the situation.

I finally take a rest and rest assured that we came to an agreement without the need for me to use my authority, charm, or any form of coercion.
The reason I previously told the Provincial leader to say these lines and put pressure on Byun Baek and made him sign the contract on the spot was very simple.
