The World of Pokémon is a vast and strange place filled with fantastic creatures and sights of beauty and majesty unlike anywhere else, so when a denizen of Earth finds herself in that world, she’s elated and surprised at how different and yet similar the two worlds were. Convergent evolution is the independent evolution of similar features in species of different periods and epochs in time.
