‘How the fuck did my F grade aptitude change into a fucking unknown grade one? I know the the technique the elder gave me would improve my body, but he said that the improvements would be slow, I and I can feel it improving slowly as he said, though not at the pace I expected. But what I feel and what I just saw are two different things entirely, and I honestly don't know how to explain this. For fuck's sake, this is a pain in the ass, and with the continent on the brink of war, standing out was the last thing that I wanted to do.’ I thought to myself as I looked around at all the eyes that were staring at me.

Meanwhile, in some place far from where the events of the central continent.
A man with two red horns and two scaly black wings said as he walked past a throne room filled with dead bodies and sat on the throne as he pushed off the body of the man that sat on top of it lifelessly.“Ivaid, how are our plans progressing in the central continent.” he said as he looked at a white skinned man with white horns and scaly white wings that was looking out the balcony at a city in chaos, with houses on fire, people wailing as they burned alive, and buildings that fell crushing the people in and below them.
Ivaid replied as he turned his head back towards the man who now sat comfortably on the throne,“The plans are progressing magnificently well, our puppets have infiltrated deep into the systems of the major powers of the continent, and we will be receiving news from them soon.”
“Good, the elders will be happy to know of this, for we are now one step closer to reconquering the world that was once ours.” the black horned man replied as he got up and approached another man who seemed to be crawling away from the two creatures and held him by the skull before,
*squash* crushing it, killing the man as he struggled for dear life.
“It is only a matter of time general.” the white haired man replied wholly unfazed by the whole situation, only wiping off the slight bits of blood and corpse remains that splattered up to him.
With a look of disgust on his face the black horned man walked up to the balcony and put his hands behind his back to look at the hell like scene before him as he said, “I still find it hard to believe that just because we went into hibernation and hid ourselves from the world's eyes, these measly creatures seem to have forgotten about our existence.”
Waiving his head, the white horned man spoke, “To think the creature that used to worship us have forgotten our existence is truly a shitty feeling.”
Shaking his head in anger the man said, “Forget it, these creatures will soon know of us again, and worship us as gods like they once did, else they will perish like all the ones that have defied us.”
Ivaid responded with a nod, “I agree.”
stretching out his wings the black winged man said,“head strategist, we should leave now the council meeting will be held soon.”
“Yes sir” Ivaid replied in kind as he too spread his wings in preparation to leave.
But right before the two would leave, the general looked back at a black dragon, who had not yet learned how to use his humanoid form and said, “Hapi deal with this place however you wish the head strategist and I are returning to the council.”
“Yes sir.” the young dragon replied.
*flap*After a slight nod the black and white winged men started to flap their wings before they jumped and then,
*BOOM* a large boom came alone with a large gust of wind as the two men flew off into the skyline breaking the sound barrier multiple times over.
Seeing that the two men had reached out of his sight range he looked back at the other dragons behind him and said, “Now since the general has left I wonder how I should deal with this place.”
In response to Hapi’s words a blue dragon replied, “I mean we won't be needing this anyway”
After contemplating for a bit Hapi started to speak, “Hmmmm, I mean I guess, we will end up rebuilding it from the ground up any way, so let's just blow the palace up, we can leave the remnants of the city alive, we will be able to use them to fix this place later anyway.”
If you spot this narrative on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
All the remaining dragons nodded at Hapi’s words, and ‘slowly’ flew out the balcony and looked down at the massive castle from the sky.
*whoosh*
*flap flap flap flap*
After a brief second the dragons started to charge fireballs in their mouths and then started to rain them down on the castle.
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOM BOOM BOOOM BOOM* explosions covered the once majestic building and once the fire would burn out, there would be nothing that would remain of the structure.
Satisfied with the destruction, Hapi said, “Great now, my brethren let us too return home, I believe those ants have learned enough on how to fear us here.”
“Yes sir.” the dragons replied before flying off into the horizon.
*BOOM*
And with that a city that was once the capital of a great empire that was a great hub of culture and since perished from the map in the span of a single day, and only time would tell how many more cities would become like this one.

Back at the academy, all the students had finished their tests, but the atmosphere around the entire school had gone weird, for after Julian another anomaly had appeared in room number 7 and the news had quickly spread throughout the school during the 15 minutes of break the applicants received before they started the 2nd test.
“Julian I never expected you to have such an insane aptitude.” Elizabeth said as she sat beside me on a bench with a surprised look on her face.
“You aren't alone in that, I'm the one who is most shocked here, I mean no one in my family has ever gotten above +A so seeing that unknown on the screen almost made me faint if I'm honest.” I replied with a forced smile.
“Hmm that does make sense, but well I guess you and duke Cavendish’s son are about to be the center of the entire empire’s eyes from now on, hahaha” Gerard said as he sat on the seat opposite to mine.
“Hahahaahaahaaaaaaaaaah” I laughed slowly which transitioned into a sigh midway, as I imagined the absolute amount of annoyance this would bring.
“That is honestly not something I am a fan of.” I said as I shook my head.
“Come on cheer up, we need to stretch up before the physical assessment starts, according to what dad told me, every one has to do it together, so there will be a lot of competition.” Elizabeth said as she patted my back to cheer me up.
“Yeah let's go, I am done brooding over this, technically this is a good thing.” I said as I let out a small breath.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the room a black haired boy with dark black eyes had been staring straight at Julian, with a confused expression.
“Is that him? Hmmm he doesn't really look like much, guess we will see in the next test how good he is.”
At the same time on one corner of the giant gymnasium, a tall blonde, and handsome looking boy had bee punching at the wall with an angry expression.
“Fuck two people above me in terms of talent, two fuckkkk, shit shit shit shit shit shit shit.”
“Uuuuuff fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh” the youth breathed out in an attempt to calm himself.
Slowly calming down he said to himself, “Haaah calm down Jason calm down, getting angry for something I can't control is useless, I just have to prove that I am better than them, once I do that I will once more be at the top.”

“Good god, two think we had 21 students in the A grade range, 13 students in the S range and 2 above that, this batch is going to be hectic.” said the principal as he sat at his desk with Andra and a tall black haired man.
The black haired man said, “Principal sir I believe you should send a letter to his highness about this, we will be needing much better security now, with this insane level of talent gathered all in one place, and I feel reviving the azure knights might be a good move to ensure that.”
With a nod and a complicated expression the principal replied,“Hmmmm, I have already sent a hologram message regarding this to the emperor, but reviving the azure knights… I am not quite sure about that, the city still has yet to heal from its wounds from their rebellion, and I can say for certain that there will be plenty who will oppose this.”
With a shake of his head the back haired man said, “I am not suggesting bringing back the old battalion, I am suggesting forming a new one with the help of the emperor, and according to the report you just showed us about the demon's invasion, I am mostly positive that there will be war, and it will not be short by any stretch of the imagination.”
“Ryan, I can see where you are coming from, but I still don't think reviving the azure knights is a good idea, as the name alone has a lot of weight, and that alone will tie them down to the point they won't be able to function” the principal said as he stroked his long beard.
andra interjected their conversation and said, “Hmm how about forming a new knight order entirely then, I mean the new order won't have the baggage of the old knights and will still secure the safety of the students.”
Shaking his head the principal replied, “I mean it is a good idea, but the traditionalists won't be liking that as the azure knights have a long history of protecting the academy, and asking the emperor for help well I doubt many in the academies board will be accepting that offer, as we have always stayed as an independent authority in the empire.”
“Do we have no other choice than?” Ryan said as he looked at the other two.
“Unfortunately I believe we don't, it is time to bring back the white lion order.” the principal said as he shook his head.
“Damn it, I guess that old bastard will be overjoyed because of this.” Andra scowled as she stomped her foot.
“Then I will prepare a proposal for the revival of the white lion order.” the principal said as he pulled out a piece of paper and a pen from his suit jacket.
