Chapter 5: Basic Information
[Ding, Basic formation]
The forest host is currently in is called "Devils Forest". The reason why it's called as sush such is because of the large amount of demonic energy it has. Demonic energy is energy that originated from the Demon Realm, an evil realm that's also the birth place of all demons. Demonic energy has the characteristics of altering the genes of all creatures it comes into contact with, turning and transforming them into semi-demonic creatures, sometimes referred to by the natives as Mutants. Demonic energy exponentially increases these creatures power, but at the cost of them losing their rationality.
The highest know creature that currently resides in Devils Forest, is the Rank 6 Serpent, Devils Red-Winged Serpant. Who according to the word "Devils" in its name is also a semi-demonic creature. While there are many semi-demonic creatures in Devils Forest due to the nature of this forest. There are also some that is not contaminated by this demonic energy. Those creatures are knows as Magical creatures, as they are not only capable of resisting demonic energy, but also capable of invoking Nature's energy, best known as magic. Magic is the foundation of this world and is currently the only known energy capable of resisting demonic energy.

Suddenly carefully studying the information displayed on the panel, Jay's anger instantly died down as he became silent. "System is this all the information you have."
[Yes host, that's all the information the system currently possess]
"Aren't you suppose to be a powerful system created by Supreme Creator God Arceus. So why is there only this much information?"

[The system does not possess an ability to retrieve information automatically. So it had to, uhm kind of..maybe had to ask someone.] Listening to its host, the system replied in embarrassment, with a slightly nervous tone.
"You don't have a human form, so how did you ask someone?" Hearing this Jay grew suspicious, then asked doubtful.
[Well, the system might have accidentally..]
''System don't tell me you killed a person!" Jay shouted pretentiously.
[Of course not, the system only read his brain...which also has at least a 5℅ possibility of leaving him brain dead] The system quickly retorted, but then lowered its voice and softly said.
"So you saying brain dead is much better than dead."
[Well yes.. wait no....I meant no..]
Jay chuckled in his heart over the system's nervousness, but still showed no signs on his face. Wait, now that I think about it, how did a Rank 7 pill end up in the hand of this penniless system.
"System, where did you get the Rank 7 fake quasi-saint pill you gave me?"
Hearing his host ask about this, the system instantly panicked, but still gave an answer. [The system got it by... that person]
Not surprised by this, but fuming inside, he raised his eyebrows and asked in restraint voice. "The brain dead person just gave you a Rank 7 pill?"
[Uhm, yes...although he may not have been brain dead at that time and it may or may not have been uhm personally given, more like uhh borrow..]
"Damn it System, are you my system or the 5℅ chance brain dead person, because it's starting to feel as if that brain dead guy is the only damn resource I have in this forest full of complete damn lunatics!!!" Jay burst out his suppressed anger, questioning the system fiercely.
[..but i gave host berri....] Feeling a little overwhelmed by its host out burst, It replied with a guilt conscious.
"No!! Sold berries not gave, sold!!"

'Munch munch'
As the were having there argument, a loud chewing interrupted their hearted argument.
Listening to this sound that appeared, both the system and Jay turned their attention towards the source, but what they saw made them both speechless.
The small caterpillar that had previously stared at Jay, was now happily munching on the left over string of the Wacan Berry. Feeling as if it was being stared at, it turned around hurriedly and looked towards Jay fiercely as it protected what was left over of the Wacan berry.
"..." "..."
Looking at this scene, Jay almost let out a laugh, but still held it in and sighed as he then laid on the floor. "Sorry system, I guess I'm still a bit tense about the travelling to another world thing."
Listening to its host, the system smiled, although it would have smiled if it had a mouth or even a body for that matter. [It's good host, and I guess I'm also sorry for everything]
"No, system you don't need to be sorry as I have been treating you unfairly ever since I entered this world. So starting from now on, I'll make sure I'll be a nicer and friendlier host...hahaha..What the ouch! Ahhh damn it what's happening now!!." As Jay said this whole speech that would have changed the entire trajectory of his journey, he suddenly felt an itch, but an itch quickly turned into a dreadful stomach ache.
Rolling around on the ground, Jay screams in pain and agony, but through it all, suddenly remembers the fake quasi-saint pill and instantly shouts full of resentment before he grits his teeth.
"Damn it system, why did you not tell me the pain would be so...painful."
[Host I didn't know, but it was written on the side effects so..]
"So what, do you think I would know if you don't know. All our bloody information comes from a guy who you made brain dead and now since I can't blame a handicap person, I'm blaming you!!!!"
