Really short chapter this time around. Sorry.

“You really thought all your experimentation would have no adverse effects?”

I’m in a dark room, and all I can hear is the sound of her beautiful voice.

“Might you inform me of where I am, young miss?”

“Fufufu, your brain must be addled pretty thoroughly.”

“I’m sorry?”

“No, no, it’s nothing,” she starts laughing, “go back and talk to your new friends.”

With that I open my eyes to finally see something tangible. A woman’s naked breast. 

I bury my face further in as I obviously have too much air already.

The comfort only lasts for seconds as my head jerks back, taking with it my entire body. 

Now situated on the floor I look up to see two ruby eyes staring at me.

“How the hell are you still alive? Also, why the hell have you been calling yourself Tekkeit?”

“I’d like to ask why you were sleeping with a corpse. I’m not sure it’d work as well with a dead male.” I reply without losing a beat.

“I-I-It was j-just so your soul could find peace okay?!” She screams.

Apparently gods aren’t allowed to kill others on false pretense… but it’s okay to kill anyone who annoys you? I’m not sure if it makes too much sense to me.

“Still, you look exactly like him. Who are you?”

“I’m...I don’t really remember… that’s odd. Did I have anything on me?”

“Just your clothes, that book over there, and a ring.”

“Why am I naked then? Surely you could have clothed me.”

“It’s ripped okay?! I wasn’t going to use a dirty body pillow!”

I’m thoroughly confused but I’m too occupied with the book to respond.

“Oh, it says right here. Apparently my name is Arshavir.” Then I remember the short conversation I had with the bodiless lady. 

Guess I’ll stop experimenting on myself.

She says something but I couldn’t quite catch it.

“Sure.” I respond.

“You’ll actually abandon your mortality? Just for me?”

“Sure.” I respond still hatching a plan to abduct and experiment the new drugs en mass.

“And you promise to be mine and mine alone?”

“Got it.” I say as I finalize the last touches in my head.

She gets up and pulls me back onto the bed before sitting on top of me. She looks sheepish as she asks me to bite her nape and I oblige. ‘Why not?’ I think as I draw blood.

Then suddenly I find my eye being gouged out, and to my ever so slight discomfort, I see her do the same to one of her own. We exchange red for gold and all I can think is ‘well, this is new.’

After that’s finished the entire world starts to shimmer, and a bright glow seems to be emanating from everything around me. A light dusting can be seen in the air as well.

“I’ve finally found you,” Kalidra whispers into my ears, “we’re finally one.”

Several improper things drift through my head, but I quickly bore of them and fall asleep. My sensations feel overwhelmed.
