Down within the depths of the drowned city, the two would walk across the ruined streets making way to the only sight of land, Gale would attempt to create small talk with her new travel partner. "You know, while its quiet down here, if you listen closely, it sounds almost like there is a song being sung you know?"
Talia would respond having gone back to underwater communications. "It is because you can hear higher frequencies underwater, the ambiance your describing maybe miles out. However I must ask if you do not mind?"
"Hmm? What is it?" Gale would be interested in the question, having gotten bored from strolling around for a while. Talia would ask. "Are all humans like you? Outside the ability to swim, it is strange that you all have evolved in such a short time underwater, what else can you all do?"
Gale would stop for a moment thinking. "Well, outside breathing underwater, I guess, talking like I am now, and being a lot stronger than normal? I don't really know, I am not much of a biology expert." Gale would shrug.
"I see, one more question before we carry on? It maybe a little sensitive however." Talia would ask once more.
"Alright." Gale was interested in the androids curiosity, it made sense, but it was awfully nice for her to take interest in how things are.
"Do you have a family?" Talia would ask politely, however there is a clear expression that appeared immediately on Gale. "My apologies, I shouldn't have asked."
"No. Its fine, I do have family, but I guess you can say, given my issues, they don't consider me "family" for lack of better terms." Gale would rub the back of her head, her long wild spiky hair swashing around in the water. "Look, don't worry I ain't mad at you for asking, I have grown used to the idea of being cast out for my disability, since my family is Nomadic, due to the constant changes in the underwater currents along with the bandits and other tribes, as well as my weight causing my inability to keep up with them, I decided it was for the best, after hearing their constant complaints about me. Although, I don't hold it against them, its a matter of survival and I can't weigh them down."
"I understand, thank you for telling me, lets keep going-" Talia would attempt to move forward, as her scans pick up something, but before she can even perform the diagnosis of the situation, Gale would yank her back immediately.
"Shit! stay quiet!" Gale would grab Talia and rush her over into one of the ruins alleyways. Gale would then look out to see a gang of other people swimming by, they are armed with spears and harpoon guns. Talia would listen, watching along side Gale, these people also have visible changes to their bodies, gills along side their ribcages, fins, some even wearing identifiable skin of sharks as clothing. Talia would lower her volume and ask Gale. "Who are those people?"
"Pirates, they roam the water looking for people who are alone or small tribes to rob them before moving on, their like parasites in this area-" Gale would stop talking as the pirates immediately swim down, she can't see it clearly, until they rise, chasing after a teenaged boy as he desperately attempts to swim away. Gale would be quick to identify the boy. "Shit! That's one of the kids, who caused those damn birds to attack me!"
Talia would then ask. "What have pirates done to people, most of the time after robbing them." Gale would pause before looking back at Talia, Talia would then walk up to Gale her expression serious. Gale would give in and respond. "They kill witnesses, so they can continue to lay low. Leaving a trail of corpses behind to be eaten by fish."
Talia did not need to hear more than that, as she begun to step out of hiding. Gale would attempt to grab Talia, but Talia would swat away her hand. "Ms. Gale, I am happy you are concerned for my safety, but I must adhere to my programming, I am designed to protect humans at all cost, even if it risk my existence, whether it be my master... Or a stranger." Before Gale could rebuttal, Talia dashed into the open streets, she then would slam her fist into a window near by shattering it, causing a loud of enough popping sound that the Pirates turned back, the Pirates stopped chasing the boy, as they looked at Talia, they began swimming near her, they eyed her up, as if she was food.
The lead Pirate would begin to speak. "You his mother lass?" The others would begin snickering, to Talia they sounded like a bunch of Seagulls underwater, after making her assessment of them, she would respond, her mouth not opening, yet the echo of her voice ringing out at them. "No I am not his mother."
Gale watches carefully from her hiding spot, as the sound of the voice with no origin would stun the pirates. However their leader would begin to get closer to Talia. "Well if you ain't his mum, whatcha doing getting in on our business? For all ye know we may as well be the little lads family?" Talia would respond as logically as she could. "Your biodata suggest otherwise, none of your physical attributes nor mutations match one another, you are all even of different ethnicities no less." The gang would laugh at their leader, having been offended would attempt to lay a hand on Talia, Gale wanted to move immediately but didn't know what to do, however as soon as the leader would attempt to touch Talia, he would be shocked as Talia would let off a non-lethal discharge of electricity. "What the fuck!?" Talia would raise her hand above her mouth with a smug expression. "Oops~ Sorry but as some would say, opposites repel each other."
The Leader now thoroughly annoyed would wave his associates to attack her. "Lets see how well you repel my fucking dick when I am done fucking you shitty whore!" As he began to dive into Talia, Talia was more than prepared to dodge out of the way. However Gale had enough of this, as she dashes out of the darkness of the alley, pushing herself off the ground with all her might, slamming into the leader with enough force to send him flying into one of the buildings and out the other wall. Stunning everyone, even Talia was surprised at the burst of speed that Gale was capable of. "Whose next you shitty rascals!? Gale's fiery radiating from her normally purple eyes, to the pirates its as if staring into the abyss itself, as one of the bandits would attempt to fire his harpoon gun, Talia would catch the bolt before it could nail Gale through the skull.

Gale seeing Talia's save, Gale would make use of the moment, swiping her arms together in a clapping fashion, there would be a flash as a large space would be closing in fast on the pirate, he would attempt to dodge the bubble, but he cannot turn fast enough as it explodes, destroying his harpoon gun along with burning his skin and sending him flying backwards, before he passes out, beginning to float to the surface. The other bandits do not know what to do further, they have lost their boss and the shooter. One of them speaks out. "Alright, we get it you crazy bastards! We'll leave, just let us collect our boss." Gale would respond. "Make it fast, I will fire again!" Talia would see, while the stance Gale was making would seem threatening as if she was going to fire, Talia would clearly see that Gale hands were burnt from the force of her own attack. However, she said nothing as the Pirates would swim by them, collecting their buddies and proceed to swim away. Once out of sight Talia would take Gale's hands. Gale would be surprised. "What the hell!?"
Talia would see that Gale has burned her hands, the skin is tearing off, but for the amount of force and heat generated from her attack, Talia is surprised to see that Gale's arms are still fully intact and not broken. "Stop moving for a moment, I am going to heal you." Talia would state, grasping Gale's exposed muscle.
[Medical Function: Enabled, dispensing Nanomachines.]
Gale would feel a slimy texture, trickle down her forearms to her hands. She can't help me squeal a little from this new feeling. Soon after, Talia would let go, to Gale's own eyes, she watches as her skin and tissue begin to massively accelerate its healing process, as the slime is slowly absorbed into arms. "What? How did you do that?!" Gale would be surprised. "Us Generation 3 Models are designed purely out of Nanomachines, however, we use synthetic material akin to human skin on our outer layer to feel more human like, which is managed by the Nanomachines, we naturally can produce stem cells that assist in healing our masters." Talia would let off a prideful huff. Gale would look dumbfounded. "I don't know anything of what you just said but thanks for healing me, wow, this, I never felt my skin feel so smooth before." She rubs her arm across her face, pretty happy with the smoothness.
Talia would also look around, trying to identify if the child was still around. "Where did that boy go?" She questions. Gale would respond "Don't expect a thank you, especially down here, to people here now a days, getting away from danger by using others as bait is a usual thing."
"I see. However do you always burn your arms whenever you use something like that when you protect yourself?" Talia would look concerned. Gale would look at Talia, looking down at her newly regenerated arms. "Yeah, I tend to always burn them, when I do that, its really powerful, but I get hurt a lot when doing it. I just grew used to it, when I first did It, the muscles in my arms would look like they would fall off my bones." Talia would be shocked at this, however. She decided to change priorities. "I have made a new decision, I am going to show you some underwater tricks like that, maybe you can figure out a way how to not harm yourself. I would dislike it, if we had to stop and heal you every time we get attacked." Talia would mutter on the last part.
"Wait. Seriously!? There is more than just that?" Gale's eyes would light up with the idea of learning some new tricks. Talia is surprised with Gale's enthusiasm, something Gale hasn't shown until now, it was awfully bright expression that even made Talia uncomfortable, but never the less. Talia would demonstrate. "My Master use to do a lot of marine work, she had so many videos of her performing some really unique things underwater, that would even scare off ocean predators. Like this." Talia would quickly push down her arm, creating a small pocket of air, before motioning her arms in a pushing manner, launching a rather large bubble ring, Gale would watch as the graceful bubble like attack would float by, before slamming into one of the nearby buildings, causing the windows to rupture from the vibration of the attack. As Talia looked back, Gale's eyes gleamed with amazement. "You need to show me everything!"
Talia would smile at Gale's genuine attitude towards wanting to learn. "Very well, let us put our movement on hold a little bit, so I can show you some stuff, I have videos that I recorded of some stuff my master used to do." Talia was happy, she found someone who found interest in the same things she had. "I know a spot where you can show me, come on!" Gale would grasp Talia's arm and lead her down the alley's in the town heading to her favourite spot.
In the distance, the boy who the two saved would appear, looking back at the two as they made their way to the junkyard of the submerged city. "That's them." The boy would state to a group of people behind him.
