Albert Einstein once said that space is a fiber that is manipulated by gravity.

the gravity can either keep it together, like dark matter, or can make it expand, like dark energy.

without dark matter, galaxies cannot form.

and yet, this so called dark energy, influences the universe, which is space, to an ever expanding circle.

these two work exactly like the opposite sides of a magnet.

one pulls, and the other pushes.

so here’s a theory that intrigues me.

‘what if dark energy is the universe?’

if that was the case, then it makes sense.

dark matter increases with the increase of matter.

right now, scientists say that dark matter has 5 times the gravitational force of normal matter.

now then, this dark matter keeps galaxies---us together.

what if this so called dark matter reacts a bit differently with the universe?

what if rather than keeping the universe clumped together, it pushes it away?

and with the increase of dark matter, the universe expands even faster.

this, in the end, is just a theory.

as for exactly how i came up with such a ridiculous theory.....it because of the phenomenon produced by my powers.

at start, my powers were simply of that ‘teleportation’

i can move myself and those i touched from one place to another.

quite simple, right?

wrong.

sure, it might sound simple and all, but just imagine teleporting in the middle of other matter.

like, teleporting in the middle of a wall.

its a really disastrous power that needs super human processing power.

yet, i can do it with a simple flick of a finger.

i, once, did teleport in a middle of a wall.

do you know exactly what happened?

the wall was flung at speeds beyond that of sound.

thus i came up with that theory.

normally, i would fly in the other direction as well....but it seems my gravitational power is alot higher than his.

when i realized that my power can produce such effects, i also came to the conclusion that my power influences dark energy.

since in the end, dark matter is everywhere.

there is 5 times dark matter than normal matter.

with that being said, the probability that my powers aren’t limited to teleportation opened.

with that, the realm of the ‘gods’ was flung open.

and with that realization, i’ve also knew that a counterpart is out there.

if i can control space, then there must be someone able to control time.

i began looking forward to meet such person.

i began anticipating how we would meet.

i began......holding respect for that unknown person.

then, something happened.

i’ve finally met that person.

no.....i’d rather say that that person awakened me to the realization that i even had more possibilities.

that person killed the one most important to me.

now that i think about it, i couldn’t care less now.

of course, i cried that day, and days after that as well.

meeting that person was good enough.

sure, She died.

i have come in terms with it.

after thinking long and hard about it, Michiru’s death was the will of a god.

with that thought, the weeks i spent weeping came to an end.

“In that case, why don’t you become a god and get her back to life?”

the temptation of a devil.

no....a temptation of a god.

that sweet voice then continued.

“You, who have control over space, have half of your domain of the world inside that of a black hole. then, why not get

the other half, and return her to your arms?”

at first, i couldn’t understand what she meant.

after understanding my confused expression, she gave me the final hint.

“Space is but one side of the coin.”

there, i understood.

i need control over time.

i must kill the god i respect.

i must kill the person who awoken me to the possibility of becoming a god.

i must kill the person who murdered my beloved one.

but by no means does killing him means i gain his abilities.

i must win this game and wish for a second ability.

there is but a single winner for this game.

and for that, i must kill my god.

for that, i shed out my mask.

and wore a mask that represents me.

a mask....of freedom.

the sweet voice then gave me a farewell gift.

he taught me how to create matter.

although i said ‘matter’, its just a way to reassemble existing matter.

with that....i created Love

i created......Ai.

her appearance is that of my former homeroom teacher.

because i’m the one who created her, she has similar abilities to mine.

that is, to cut anything in 「Space」

not to mention, she can also manipulate matter to a degree.

now then.....why did i bother creating her?

because Space can cancel out Time.

now that Ai have tasted the waters, and seen to what extent his abilities are.......

and i, who have proven that i can cancel out his abilities.

that’s when he muttered something, and the sword that was in his right hand was replaced by a pistol.

the thing noteworthy about the pistol was that its muzzle was that in shape of a dragon.

it looked like a gun out of a manga.

the gun looked a bit abnormal, the size was a lot bigger than usual.

even i, who doesn’t know much about guns, could guess that the recoil for such a thing must be tremendous.

he quickly rose it over the shoulder i just tapped......and fired.

“<>”

in the instant that i felt the attack, i immediately used the skill, portal.

i, myself, stepped away from Light.

the bullet that he just shot was nowhere to be seen.....until Light flew backward.

on closer inspection, you’d realize that Light’s left arm is detached from his body.

the bullet that was unseen for a few seconds flew right at Light, from his left.

he used his left hand to cover the rest of his body, which led it to be severed from the object it was protecting.

Light, quickly got back up to his feet, began looking around the surroundings.

the wound that should be bleeding heavily was nowhere to be seen, and the arm that should be somewhere in the ground is back in its place.

now then, while we fight, i need Ai to somehow get him.

although, thats the last resort.

this time around, i’ll teleport directly inside him, and force his body to dismantle.

with that, i quickly used <> on the distracted Light.

the scenery before my eyes instantly changes, which means the teleportation is done.

'Now then....did he die?'

because there’s no one in front of me, i began turning to look to the sides.

and there he was, right behind me.

expressionless.

unlike his always joyful expression.

unlike the expression of rage he showed when he tried to kill Ai.

he was.....expressionless.

a shiver ran through my spine.

this sudden change to a lack of expression is abnormal.

i quickly used teleportation again to get rid of my uneasiness.

and with that, the scenery changed again.

this time, the building in front of me that Ai was sitting on seemed a bit further than earlier.

this means that it succeeded.

i try to look around yet again for Light, but no sign of him.

'this means....is he behind me?!'

i quickly turn around....and he’s not there.

'Does this mean....i killed him?'

if that was the case, i am a bit disappointed.

i mean, with all the preparation of getting Ai to get rid of him.....but no matter.

with this, he is dead.

the last obstacle is out.

i joyfully turned around to Ai and said

“.........”

hmm?

“.........”

W-why can’t i say anything?

“................”

i quickly moved toward Ai, signaling her my inability to talk with simple gestures.

but......she isn’t reacting.

“......................”

what is happening here?

i tired pushing Ai, but she wont budge.

everything refuses to move either.

even our bags that have water and food won’t move.

“..................”

with that, i noticed that this world doesn’t have any sounds.

with that, i noticed that this world doesn’t move at all.

with that, i noticed  that this is hell.

“Phew~! With that being said, it sure took a lot of energy to do that~!”

Said an ordinary looking man, with normal jet black, short hair while cleaning his hands with a handkerchief.

the young man also had black eyes, and his figure was nothing but ordinary.

the only thing noteworthy is the fact that behind him.....stood a headless body.

the body seemed to be that of a girl in the prime of her youth.

the black leather that covered the body was unusually dyed red with blood.

looking at the young man again, there was something unordinary about him.

it was.....his demonic smile.

also note that the teleportation skill of X is way different than Alice's.

you can think that X's teleportation skill is the real thing while Alice's a ripoff.

and yes, although the title is "Space vs. time", there wasn't that much action at all.

the thing is, i never planned for Light to be that much OP.....but i like him OP better than having his struggle........and for that, i'm sorry.
