The police launch an extensive interrogation of Jones Yu, hoping to extract clues and truths from her. However, her responses frustrate and infuriate the officers. She evades questions with cryptic answers, taunting and ridiculing the police's incompetence.
Police Officer (angrily): You beast! We're investigating your crimes, give us a straight answer!
Jones Yu (maniacal laughter): A straight answer? Hmph, you ignorant cops wouldn't understand an iota of the meaning behind my art! You're nothing but a bunch of clueless clowns!
An enraged police officer points at Jones Yu, her smiling mask infuriatingly mocking.
Police Officer (mockingly): You know what? Behind that ridiculous mask, there must be an incredibly ugly face!
Jones Yu (contemptuously): Hahaha, how amusing! It's simply so I can see what I want to see from my tiny eyes. You poor souls will never comprehend my beauty!
Angered by Jones Yu's response, the police officer removes his own mask and stares at her.
Police Officer (astonished): What?!
The police officer is taken aback, witnessing a remarkably attractive face before him. But soon, that beauty twists into a manic and grotesque visage. Jones Yu descends into hysteria, furiously cursing and threatening the unmasked officer, vowing to gouge out their eyes.
Jones Yu (hysterically): You wretched creatures! How dare you see my true face? I'll make you pay, gouge out your eyes!

This scene sends shivers down the spines of the officers, who begin to realize the depth of Jones Yu's madness and malevolence. They understand that the struggle against her will be far from easy, requiring a resolute stance and unwavering action to combat this psychologically twisted killer.
An officer hands Jones Yu's mask to Detective Natasha, who gazes at the now subdued Jones Yu. She notices a prominent scar above Jones Yu's left eye, leading her to believe that Jones Yu has a hidden, unfortunate past. Determined, Natasha enters the interrogation room and initiates a conversation with Jones Yu.
Natasha: Jones Yu, I'm Detective Natasha. I know you've experienced pain in your past, and if you're willing, we can talk. Perhaps we can find some explanations for your actions.
Natasha engages in a lengthy conversation with Jones Yu. She is surprised to discover a side of Jones Yu that is unexpectedly composed and cooperative, beyond the threats and violence. Jones Yu recounts the story of her and her twin sister, Jones Lin.
Jones Yu: My twin sister and I grew up in an orphanage, living carefree lives. We both had exceptional artistic talents – I loved to paint, and my sister, Lin, enjoyed sculpture. Our art brought the orphanage numerous honors and awards. However, fate took an unexpected turn when a seemingly friendly yet mentally ill couple arrived at the orphanage to adopt us. Lin sensed their malevolence and we agreed to tamper with their adoption documents one night.
She continues her story, describing how the couple eventually took her and a girl identical to her sister, Lin, to their new home. There, they endured a hellish life of abuse and oppression. The other girl eventually couldn't bear the torment and ran away. Filled with anger and confusion, Jones Yu couldn't comprehend why her sister had deceived her and struggled to endure the torment in their new home.
As Jones Yu's emotions and tone escalate, she repeatedly insists that "it's all Lin's fault," growing increasingly agitated. She tightly grips Natasha's throat.
Jones Yu: Lin's fault, Lin's fault, it's all Lin's fault!
Struggling to breathe, Natasha is nearly choked when medical personnel arrive just in time to rescue her. They administer a sedative, prying Jones Yu's hands away from Natasha's neck.
