leaving behind my past I turned to the path ahead; my future, a new resolve ignited in me as I step into the dangerous underworld, I had no destination in sight, but there are a few objectives to accomplish for now,

the first thing to do is to find shelter and then food, I had 32'564 points for now which will be helpful enough if I use them in a smart way, unlike the other dark elve males, I was different, I wasn't indoctrinated into thinking that I was inferior to females, instead, I had a smart head over my shoulders thanks to my past life knowledge,

once I was away from the fighting and killing, I started picking up the pace, even if it created an anomaly around me as the cloak didn't adapt fast enough to the environment, but I didn't have the luxury of taking my time, the underworld is dangerous and creatures here don't rely only on vision, even I had some kind of night vision and could see with minimum light.

the journey was long and tiring for my untrained body I was already feeling exhausted from the trek, thirst and hunger started to settle in, my body is in that stage where food is of the essence as it enters a rapid growth period, so I get hungry easily,

I have walked for a long time now and didn't come across any creatures, I like to believe that they are just afraid from the battle going on a few tunnels ahead rather than me being stalked by whatever creatures living here.

I think I have walked far enough and as you can see I wasn't eaten on the way, I am currently sitting against a wall munching on a plant I checked with the system, it looks like an onion but tastes bitter, it is worth 30 points in the system and is edible, it is also very rich in water almost like a watermelon, its name is weird so I will not mention it.

until now I didn't meet any large creature except for some critter, it looks like rats with a short tail and no eyes, I tried attacking one for meat but they are very fast.

I decided to make this place my home for now, though I don't think staying in the open is ok, so I thought of a solution and the system comes to the rescue, I remember a game in my previous life where the world is made of blocks, and the player could dig with his tools blocks from anything in that world, I believe it was called Minecroft,

I was inspired by that game so I looked in the system if I can find something similar, and I did in fact, it was a G2 item for the poorest tools, the wooden ones, they are low-grade magical items worth 3'000 points the highest, it was only G2 because of its limited use otherwise it would have been higher.

thankfully there is a search bar in the system and custom filters, otherwise, I will never find what I want, guess the upside to not having an AI interacting with me, or some status screen, you know the usual system stuff instead of just the store, I can buy anything even superpowers so I am not complaining a lot,

after having my meal I started working on the wall behind me, 10 hits= 1 block of rock, when I mined the first block of rock, it shrank and floated in the spot where it was before just like the game, it was magical, to say the least, I didn't know how it works but it did,

I took the small block the size of my palm and tossed it on the ground, but it remained floating 5cm over the ground, also, the weight wasn't what you would expect from it, getting curious I walked to the block and then pushed it to the ground, and that is when the magic broke and the cube expanded to the original size, not only that but it fused with the ground as if it was part of it.

with the new discovery I had more ideas on how to use this magic tool, building structures will become way easier with it, not to mention mining that is made so much easier, so with no further delay, I continued to work on my shelter.

a few hours later and 4 pickaxes I made myself a room 3x3x2.5 meters, I left some blocks to act as a bed, some others as a table and chair and then removed some from the walls to act as shelves, and that boys and girls how you make a room in a few hours
