[Judgment]
[Judgment: Dream]
In the crypt beneath the desert, a goblin merchant finds rest.
I watch him as he pulverizes, worried about his caravan.
“Don't worry,” I smile and give him one last bow.
The crypt falls into silence, not even the insects can be heard anymore. There are no longer any at the higher levels. They are all lower down, perhaps they have already reached the Ocean.
Who knows if there are still any insects in the cosmos?
Sigh.
[Dungeon path]
I emerge from the darkness onto the veranda.
Ci-cin, Ci-cin, Ci-cin…

My hair is flying everywhere.
I look at the storm. It is getting closer.
It's very slow and thousands of thousands of miles away. But it's disturbing. I have the feeling that it is alive.
It approaches slowly and steadily and with it the lightning increases. Just at that moment, two fall nearby.
They also increase and move closer to the house.
My eye falls on a glimmer in the sand. The corals.
More and more, more and more invasive.
They too go calmly. They are in no hurry. But they are unstoppable. It doesn't matter whether you destroy them or not, new ones always grow and permeate the underground.
I enter the house and look at the chessboard. The pieces themselves have become seedlings. I no longer feel anything about looking and I don't worry too much.
Something has happened and I have to make my move.
This is certain. But it's not a chess game I have to play against, not at all. In a game of chess, the stakes are purely intellectual, entertainment.
This is not the case here, nor is the existence of the living and the dead. My existence and what my father and my descendants left me are at stake.
Something will happen soon. I feel that. Only by looking at my blades, gifts from unprepared heroes, do I understand how unprepared I am too to face the forces that inhabit the universe.
I'm an [Empress], not a [Heroine].
But it does not matter.
It doesn't matter because I'm a [Bakenekro] and the Underwasteland is my home.
The home that I will defend with all my resources.
