The Widow Makers, a notorious band of rebels, were born in the dark and grimy underbelly of the city. They were a motley crew of misfits and outcasts, united by a singular purpose - to bring down the corrupt corporations that ruled over them with an iron fist. Their ranks swelled with hundreds of members at one point, each with their own unique set of skills and a burning desire for justice.
But life as an outlaw was never easy. Many of their members fell to the relentless pursuit of bounty hunters and the corrupt law enforcement officers who saw them as nothing more than pests to be eradicated.
Now, only ten of them remained, five of whom were infamous enough to have bounties on their heads.

Madame Rock :
Clio Agathangelou, also known as Madame Rock or Rocky by her team, was born in the outskirts of the city to a family of hunters.
At the age of 3, her parents were killed in a hunting accident, leaving her orphaned. She was then picked up by a man named Hitch, who saw potential in the young girl and decided to take her under his wing.
Hitch was a renowned bounty hunter and he trained Clio to be his apprentice. He taught her everything she needed to know about tracking, hunting, and killing. As she grew older, Clio became more and more skilled and quickly gained a reputation as one of the best bounty hunters in the city.
For 20 years, Clio worked alongside Hitch, taking on some of the toughest assignments and bringing in the most dangerous criminals. She became his faithful hunter and he was like a father figure to her. Hitch not only taught her how to survive in the cruel world, but also tried to introduce her to music. He was a musician and tried to teach Clio how to play the guitar, but she was terrible at it.
Hitch would often joke with her, calling her "Madame Rock" because of her lack of musical talent. Clio embraced the nickname and eventually it became her official bounty hunter name. She became known as Madame Rock, the fierce and unstoppable hunter who always got her target.
However, everything changed for Clio when Hitch was killed by his own corporation's bigwigs. They claimed that he was too old for the job and knew too much, so they killed him and kept his data. Clio was devastated and vowed to bring havoc upon all those who were responsible for Hitch's death.
After a week of mourning, Clio was approached by Elma, the leader of The Widow Makers. Elma saw potential in Clio's skills and offered her a chance to join their organization. Initially hesitant, Clio soon realized that the Widow Makers shared her goal of exposing the corruption of the city's ruling corporations.
Now, Clio has been working with the Widow Makers for over 5 years, using both her own gun and the one that was once used by Hitch. She has become a crucial member of the team, known for her deadly accuracy and ability to take down even the toughest of targets. Though she still carries the weight of Hitch's death with her, Clio finds solace in the fact that she is now fighting against the very system that took away her mentor and father figure.

Ringo :
Ringo's past was shrouded in mystery, and even he didn't know much about his origins. He had been found in the wastelands, half-dead and covered in implants and cybernetic enhancements. It was clear that he had been a product of some failed experiment, but what exactly had been done to him was unclear.
Elma had taken pity on him, brought him into the Widow Makers and gave him his name, but he was not like any of the other members. Ringo was a man of few words, and he rarely showed any emotion. He was always calm and collected, even in the midst of chaos and danger.
If you discover this tale on Amazon, be aware that it has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road. Please report it.
Despite his lack of communication, Ringo was an incredible fighter. His cybernetic enhancements gave him superhuman strength and speed, and his swords were a deadly weapon in his hands. He seemed to enjoy the thrill of battle, and he never hesitated to take on any opponent, no matter how powerful they were.
Elma had spent years trying to hack into Ringo's system and figure out the extent of his cybernetic enhancements, but he remained an enigma. Even she didn't know how much of his body had been replaced with machines, or what kind of programming he had been subjected to.
Ringo was a wild card in the hand of the Widow Makers, and his motives were often unclear. But one thing was certain: when he drew his swords, the Widow Makers knew that nothing would be able to stop them.

La Gazelle :
Tafsut El Manar, known as La Gazelle, had a childhood that was vastly different from the other Widow Makers. Born and raised in the vast expanse of the Sahara Desert, she grew up with a fascination for the technological advancements that had not yet touched her homeland. Her curiosity led her to leave her home in search of a world that was vastly different from the one she knew.
Her journey brought her to the bustling city of Elysium, where she was first introduced to the world of cybernetic enhancements. She was mesmerized by the possibilities that these augmentations offered and quickly became obsessed with them. She spent countless hours studying the technology and learning how to integrate it into her own body, and over time, she replaced more and more of her body with high-tech implants. Her legs were the most impressive, as they had been transformed into powerful spring-loaded devices that allowed her to jump incredible heights and distances.
It's unclear how Tafsut came to be a member of the Widow Makers, but her skills were undeniable. She quickly became a valuable asset to the group, using her cybernetic enhancements to scout out enemy territory and provide valuable intel. Her quiet and stoic demeanor made her difficult to read, but her loyalty to the Widow Makers was never in question.
Tafsut possessed a mesmerizing beauty that set her apart from the rest of the gang. Her distinctive features included soft, cascading waves of chocolate hair, deep emerald eyes that seemed to penetrate the soul, neatly arched eyebrows that added an air of elegance to her wild beauty, and a sharply defined face with high cheekbones and a chiseled jawline. Her full, pink lips exuded sensuality and complemented her fierce appearance. The tribal tattoos that adorned her face were intricate and told stories of her heritage, and her skin was painted in a delicate shade of green that made her look almost otherworldly.
As a desert-dweller, Tafsut had a lean and agile physique, with toned muscles visible beneath her skin, she moved with a graceful, almost ethereal quality, as if floating across the ground, her movements fluid and effortless, like a gazelle in the desert's sand.

Lollypop :
Martin Smith, also known as Lollypop, was the odd one out in the group. He looked young and innocent with his round face, chubby cheeks, and playful smile, but he was far from it. His eyes, however, were his most striking feature - they were a mesmerizing shade of grey-blue that could easily put anyone under his spell.
He had a peculiar talent for hypnosis and would often use it to get what he wanted. However, he was also known to speak in riddles and often appeared lost in his thoughts. The other members of the group thought of him as useless and didn't understand why Elma had allowed him to join. But Elma saw something in him that the others didn't, and she believed that he would prove to be a valuable asset to the group in the future.
