[MistDemon entered the chat.]
Mist Demon? Now that was quite the spooky name. It even showed that he was kind of dangerous. Did he get to choose his nickname too? I decided to be the first one to write, and try to get to know my new "Ally". Hopefully, my wish worked to my advantage.
[BeastMaster64: Hi]
[MistDemon: Who are you?]
Oh. He was quite promiscuous. There is not even a polite greeting, just right to information gathering. He must be cautious. Does he also have a transparent screen as I do? Yeah, if a screen like that appeared randomly, anyone would be suspicious.
I was walking toward the Kyoshi Village, and many thoughts went through my head. In the end, I decided how to act with MistDemon.
[BeastMaster64: My name is Sokka, also known as the Greatest Warrior in the Southern Water Tribe.]
I was honest with the man and tried to portray myself in a brutish manner. That way he won't keep his guard up and tell me his real identity.
**
Our initial conversations went for a while and I told him everything about myself. Or at least the Sokka that existed in this world. The Gamer Interface and my reincarnation weren't things I would ever say to anyone. Plus, I knew what to reveal and what to not reveal. But I had to be semi-truthful here and show a lot more because the person on the other side was very paranoid.
[MistDemon: Then did you also find the scroll?]
Just when I was about to arrive in Kyoshi Village, he said something that revealed even a little about himself. By the scroll, he probably meant the way he was communicating with me.
[BeastMaster64: No, I communicate to you through an ancient stone tablet passed through the leader of my people for generations.]
"Sokka, are you coming to today's training?" asked Suki suddenly. She was in her Kyoshi warrior gear and had appeared next to me stealthily. I could see it in her face that she had tried to get a rise out of me, but it had sadly failed for her.
[BeastMaster64: Sorry, I have to go. Something needs my attention.]
Writing that with just my thoughts, I closed the interface and got ready to talk with Suki. "Sorry, I had to help my sister with waterbending and I… *cough*" I coughed awkwardly. "Got lost in the road of life."
This made Suki chuckle. "Really?~" she asked teasingly, and at the same time softly hitting me with her elbow on the ribs. "Well, you shouldn't miss training. It already feels empty there without you."
Suddenly I decided to check the new title that I had gotten after slaying Unagi. Since my conversations with Suki just went on autopilot. She wasn't a very interesting girl after I got to know her. So our conversations weren't something I needed to think about too hard.

Immediately I equipped this new title, it was the best one I had gotten until now. As expected, killing monsters was the Gamer way. Especially since I could kill giant monsters, the Waterbending Skill was quite good at that.
Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
A big body just meant they were a bigger target and as long as I could level up my waterbending, then I would be able to kill big monsters easily. When I train in waterbending, then I will equip the appropriate title so I can get the maximum results.
As we arrived in the village I immediately got another notification, and this was a quest.
========

"Sorry, I just remembered something," I said suddenly, jumping atop a tree and trying to look around the island.
No, I couldn't see anything, I needed to find a tree that was higher than the others and try to find the assailants before they even touched the village. Being on a journey with the Avatar was bound to give me a lot of quests and rewards.

On the shores of Kyoshi village, a Fire nation ship had landed, and a dozen lizard rhinos came out. They were mighty beasts with stone-like skin and overwhelming physical power. Zuko was on top of one of them, with Iroh right next to him, on his own rhino.
Though the old General seemed to have a hard time controlling the beast. "Oh, calm down there. Did that tea I gave you before make you mad?"
Zuko was irritated at his uncle's behavior like he was most of the time these days. He couldn't believe a man like this used to be the one who almost conquered Ba Sing Se and was known as the greatest military leader of his generation.
"Uncle, there was no need for you to come," Zuko insisted, trying to get his uncle to go away. "You could have stayed on the ship, drank tea, and kept guard."
"Prince Zuko," Iroh addressed his nephew by his royal title. As he always did when they were in front of the soldiers. "One should never be afraid to try something new, as life gets boring staying within the limits of what you already know."
"Ugh," Zuko winced but didn't say anything. He knew trying to win against his uncle in a battle of words was impossible, he would just be left confused and contemplating life. "Okay, then hurry up uncle."
They rode along, and the other soldiers on the lizard rhinos made sure to keep a close eye on Iroh so he wouldn't fall off.
"Listen to your uncle, young prince," a voice suddenly said from the trees. "Iroh is the kind of man a lot of people wish they had as an uncle. I sure do."
"Ah~ c'mon now, young warrior. You are making a humble old man like me feel embarrassed." Iroh said with a smile on his face.
The warrior atop the tree was Sokka, he was wearing casual clothes with a blue tank-top. The thing that stood out most from last time was that Sokka had put down his hair and wasn't like a wolf's tail any longer.
"Hah!" Zuko breathed out, immediately shooting fire at Sokka. The prince smirked, since his opponent was on a tree, he had nowhere to dodge and knew that he didn't have the agility to dodge either.
But surprisingly, Sokka moved like a spider, walking on all fours along the tree's trunk and dodging the fire that hit the tree and starting a small burst of flames.
"Oy, be careful, young prince. You might just burn down the forest otherwise." Sokka said, taking out his metal spear and cutting the branch with the flames on it into pieces. The attack was so fast that even the flames were cut into parts and disintegrated.
Iroh narrowed his eyes, but the smile didn't leave his face. "Your talent with the spear is something truly unprecedented."
"Is that so?" Sokka tilted his head curiously while dangling upside-down from a branch. He had the metal spear in his hand, and he strangely seemed very balanced. They had only last met some days ago, but the change had been so big that Sokka seemed like a whole different person. He looked at Iroh and asked.
"What about you old man? Would I be able to beat you, even if I became the best spear user?" Sokka asked, he seemed amused by something.
"Of course, I'm just an old man. At my age, even a two-year-old kid could beat me. Hahaha," Iroh laughed good-heartedly.
"Yeah… Why don't I believe that at all? You should be less humble, old man." Sokka turned his body and his feet landed to the side of the branch, facing them. He kicked off, and with incredible power, and shot forward like an arrow.
A wall of fire stopped him halfway, if he charged any more, he would be burned horribly. He was midair, and there it was impossible to change direction.
At least that was what most people assumed as Sokka dug his spear on the ground.
Clang!
He stopped himself midway, he was only a hair's length from being caught in the fire.
