It was now the third day in this world for Lucas but he seems to be cool with it. He spent his entire day watching his automatons train in one in one combat which each other with wooden sticks to avoid destroying each other.
The process was unexpectedly bare fruit, after all of their training they could now maneuver strikes or slashes more properly and efficiently. If the automaton yesterday vs the automaton now would have fought, the current automaton has higher chances of winning. But they still need more training to even be on par with a human knight.
So he decided to continue the training session for an entire week, and but before that, they barricaded the entrance of the cave/dungeon. Even though it could be easily broken by a simple push, it could still help not attract attention to anyone who stumbles to see it.
Now, Lucas was getting bored watching his automaton train. He sometimes took over some of them to train himself just to get out of boredom. But he could not continue for a significant amount of time for it is tiring for the mind and it is getting more boring the more he does it.
So he took control of the automaton who went outside to explore, it was still alive miraculously. Lucas spent most of his time walking the dense forest while gazing at the beauty of it. As Lucas explores the dense forest, there were some strange sounds and Lucas has started to notice.
As curiosity arose Lucas decided to follow the sounds, as they come closer and closer the sounds became clearer and clearer. It sounded like goblins and some roars from a giant unknown monster. They slowly and carefully looked for the goblins and after strolling for a while Lucas now spotted them.
Lucas silently watched as he hide in the trees and the bushes that surrounds them. But after close observation, Lucas noticed that the goblins have been losing to the giant ogre. As a result of it, there were plentiful dead goblins in the ground that have been decimated.
After knowing this, Lucas has thought of a silly idea. Killing the ogre but seems impossible. Lucas was unable to defeat a giant wolf, how about a giant ogre? But the situation now was different from then. Lucas will not fight the ogre as he has no chance of winning but Lucas will kill it.
The ogre was distracted at the goblins that Lucas thinks he could sneak around them and dealt a deathly blow from behind. But the idea was still outrageous but Lucas has nothing to fear and lose, except for an automaton of course if he somehow gets destroyed.
Seeking this opportunity he still needs a weapon, but there are many of them in the ground from the dead goblins. So he silently brought one and sneak around the ogre. After sneaking around, Lucas waited and observe the fight against the goblins.

The goblins were decimated one by one, the brute force of the strike of the ogre could smash one of them to a pile of meat. As the fight progresses the goblin's numbers started to dwindle until there is one of them left. The last remaining goblin has been crippled from the strike of the ogre making it unable to use its legs to escape. But the goblin prevailed and continued its attempts to escape by crawling using its bare hands.
The scene was so frightening but Lucas did not bother, seeing the ogre will now deal a final blow to the goblin. Lucas rushed towards the ogre's back and slashed the back of the knee on its right leg making the ogre stumble due to the pain and force to bend the knee. After stumbling the body was falling after getting outbalanced but it was able to push the ground with its hands preventing its body fall to the ground.
Because of this, Lucas now decided to grab this opportunity and climbed its back and thrust the blade with two hands unto its head. As Lucas thrust the blade, blood was splattered across the place but Lucas did not care or even noticed it. The ogre falls to the ground with no strength supporting it as it has lost its ability to control its body.
Blood was spilling onto the ground but for Lucas, it doesn't matter. The ogre was killed by him and the last remaining surviving goblin saw this and was scared of him. So it tried to run away from Lucas but it was inevitable for it could not escape while being crippled.
Lucas comes closer towards the goblin, but he had noticed that the other goblins have ropes with them. Lucas decided to capture the goblin and bring it back to the dungeon. For reasons unknown but for sure it's not good for the goblin for Lucas despised them so much.
He then got the rope and tied the hands of the goblins, but another problem arose. If Lucas will bring the goblin back to the dungeon then how will the goblin travel there. It is crippled for god's sake. Then he decided that he will carry it on its back, well the automaton will carry it back.
[Experience gained 5,100]
[Leveled up to 14]
[You could now summon up to 38 automatons]
The following notifications made Lucas shocked, the ogre gave him a total of 5,000 experience points. It was more than the 41 goblins gave him, it was such a fortune to be able to take down an ogre. If the ogre gave Lucas an absurd amount of experience points then its body will give him tremendous amounts of mana when absorb plus the bodies of the dead goblins.
But unfortunately, the automaton could not carry them, not even if he ordered all of the automatons to carry them. It will be impossible due to its size but also the terrain. It was disappointing thinking about it.
But for another second, Lucas received something due to him leveling up to level 10.
