Lucas was on his way home, then he encountered an accident that leads him to be reincarnated on another world as a dungeon core.
'Where am I? Am I dead? The last thing I remember was a truck was driving towards me and... am I in a hospital?' Lucas tried to open his eyes but to no results. Lucas tried to feel his senses but he felt only nothing? 'I can't feel my body, did the truck hit me so hard that it put me in a coma?' Lucas asked himself hoping that he was still alive.
After a while of doing nothing, a sudden flash of a screen lit up in front of Lucas.
'What is this? How is this possible.'Lucas then begins to read the text on the screen in front of him.'
"Congratulations! You were selected to be reincarnated as a dungeon core in this world. With your achievements in your previous life, the system has given you the ability to spawn automatons. The system wishes you luck on your new life and your journey ahead!"
Lucas was in a state of shock and denial. Lucas's life was better than the average person's, which is slightly successful in some regard. So Lucas still clings to some parts of his life and still wishes to come back.
"What?! Is this a prank? Hello, is someone out there?" Lucas then has a sudden thought. 'If what it says was real, then it explains why it was possible to do such a thing. Then in this world, there must be a system of some sort like a video game. If it's something like that, then I just have to finish the game or beat the system somehow so that I could return.'
Lucas, now filled with determination to win now assessing his situation more seriously.
'It says I am a dungeon core now, with all my knowledge of fiction plots. It must be a source of the power of the dungeon where heroes go to become powerful by defeating summons on the way. This means I am in danger right now!'
Lucas suddenly panicked about his situation. 'How do I summon!? ahhh summon!' A sudden burst of energy surged out of my Lucas's body or now core. [Summoning: Automata. 10.....20...30...60..70...100%] [Automata summoned. The system has detected that the player did not select dungeon type. The system has spawned default dungeon(cave), the dungeon has been created. You are now unable to change the dungeon type]
After reading the notification, Lucas was able to see his surroundings. 'Wow is so bright, are we in a cave? Wait it seems like the light was caused by me, well my body to be specific. Oh, there is my spawn.'
'wait so I could select a type of dungeon can I be. Well, that's a bummer but the cave is still a fine location for a dungeon so it's not a big deal.'
Automata could be seen in front of him. The structure of the automata was something like a wooden robot or droid. 'So this is an automaton? By its name it should be able to move by itself for automata was derived from Greek which means self-moving. A perfect robot.'
'Well, how could I make this automaton move then. Should I order it? Well let's try.' "Do one step forward" As Lucas told the automata, it moved one step forward. 'I see I see. Then what should I make it do then?' As Lucas thinks about the mechanics of dungeons from the books he has read, Lucas can't help notice a minimap in his vision. Under a minimap was 1/10, Lucas assumes this was the number of automatons he could spawn so he decided to spawn it all.

"Summon 9 Automatons" [Summoning 9 Automatons] [Summoning completed]
Once again 9 automatons could be seen in front of him forming a straight line except for one which was moved a step forward.
'Then what should I do next? As a dungeon core, I should order my spawns to protect me.' Lucas has noticed that the automatons have no weapons whatsoever. 'Can I spawn items? Well let's try'"Spawn Sword" ......"Summon Sword"......" Create Sword"...... [Unperformable action Detected]
'It seems like I cant spawn items, well it just told me I could spawn automatons, not items so it makes sense. So how could I protect myself from intruders then, I can arm my automatons with rocks cant I?'
'Wait, if the system detected that I was trying to perform actions then maybe I should do trial and error then. With this I could test my capabilities and...' [Player thought detected. Player capabilities such as follows. Summoning, Link, Posses, Dungeon Customization, And Command.]
'Oh, it looks like the system could read minds huh. I feel like I don't have privacy, well it doesn't matter. I am trapped in this world anyways. Let's try these skills out.
Lucas then proceeds to try and learn what his abilities are.
Summoning: Let the player spawns an entity assigned to it or entitled to.
Link: Player could see and hear what their summons see and hear. Can only be done one summon after another.
Posses: Players could enter and control their summons for a limited time.
Dungeon Customization: Players could improve their dungeon by upgrading or reforming it.
Command: Player could command summons indefinitely.
'Wow these are cool abilities huh, well for now let's try to explore the dungeon' "Explore Dungeon"
The Automatons one by one exited the cave chamber and started exploring the cave system. There was no need to explore the dungeon for Lucas to have a map of it but Lucas wanted to see it so maybe could think of an idea or a tactic perhaps.
As Automatons took a separate route one after another, Lucas could see the dungeon by using Link. After a while, the dungeon was now fully explored and a single automaton was in front of the entrance/exit of the dungeon.
'Wow, there is a forest outside. That's nice for hiding our dungeon but sooner or later someone gonna finds it. I hope there are humans in this world. Hopes aside, can we go out of the dungeon? If we could that will be a game-changer.'
"Automata, go and explore the exterior of the dungeon."
The automata then automatically walk outside the dungeon and started exploring. 'Wow, so this is what it feels like to be in a forest. I have never been in a forest like this in my life.'
As the automata kept exploring, Lucas have a sudden thought in mind. 'Wait lemme try using Posses.'
"Wow, it's nice having a body again. So if I could go outside, then I could go to civilizations and.... never mind. I am well my body is an automaton, I think people will be freaked out if they saw me, and besides, I could only use possess for a limited time. Thinking about it, how long could I use posses?."
Lucas looked around his view/heads-up display and saw a timer. It started with zero and ticking since he was around this body, the color of the text is green. presumably, Lucas could lose control when it reaches the color zero.
'Why can't the system just me put a limit and not make it complicated. So every time I use possess I have to worry how long I could use it? Well, maybe the system has a reason for it.
[Player thought detected. The play could improve the time it could use posses by using the ability frequently.] 'Ahhh, nice!'
"So that what it is huh."
After several minutes of exploring the exterior of the dungeon, Lucas could hear something.
"What as that?"
Lucas look around cautiously, as Lucas looked at his back. A large wolf pounce on him, scratching his back. "Ouch!, wait I don't feel anything. Oh shit, a wolf!." As Lucas was under the wolf, the wolf spared no time and started attacking Lucas.
Lucas struggled to stop the wolf, at least from destroying the automata. Lucas with all his imaginary strength, push the wolf away from him for a few meters and stood his ground.
Now, Lucas and the Wolf are facing each other.
