Asoka open his eyes and saw a gigantic creature standing in the middle of a splitter mountain. the creature have stones for skin and standing on two legs, with its body resembling that of a fat male human. the gigantic creature then roared loudly, challenging Asoka to a fight.
'insolent fat stone! how dare you challenge me!' Asoka said in his mind.
Asoka started to charge at the gigantic creature, claws spread wide with the intention to stab the creature with it. but their distance was quite far and the splitter mountain made the terrain around it into a jagged stone field and fisures, which means that Asoka have to run across the stone field and fissures as fast as he can before he can even reach the gigantic creature.
Asoka, as a being with less brain power and more brawn power, decide to keep running as fast as he can and jumping over the stone field, dodging the fissures and skipping the stone whenever he need it. his speed was slowed significantly when he trying to cross the hard terrain, but his mind was focusing on one thing and that makes him ignore the weirdness of the place he was in.
it takes five minutes for Asoka to cross the stone field but finally he did it. he roared happily and quickly refocus his mind on facing the gigantic creature but when he put his eyes on the creature, he begin to question his own decision making.
the creature was almost three times bigger than him, huge and thick towering over Asoka like a father towering over a baby. for a few second, Asoka even felt helpless and weak in front of this gigantic creature.
but then rage started to burn in his heart. his mind started to be filled with hate, hate over the fact that he was probably helpless against this creature. this thought made Asoka hate the creature even more and that makes him want to kill the gigantic creature even more.
Asoka roared as loud as he can, challenging his gigantic opponent in defense and refusal, showing the creature that even when he was smaller Asoka was still a dangerous opponent.
the gigantic creature seems to understand Asoka intention and accepted his challenge. it started to step out from where he stand. each of its step made the ground tremble as its weight made the ground cracked in protest.
Asoka have to be honest that his heart was shaken. his heart and mind was filled with rage but even then he have to admit that his opponent size made his heart sank in fear. the gigantic creature soon arrive in front of Asoka but the beast was frozen in place, terrified and unsure what to do to win his fight.

back in Professor Sota Lab.
Profesor Sota look at the live news where he sent Asoka to fight a gigantic golem creature. Professor Sota know that Asoka was way stronger that what it look on the outside, so he sent Asoka with the expectation that the beast will overcome the size and kill the creature. showing how much superior Asoka was compared to the golem creature.
what Professor Sota didn't expect was for Asoka to act more like a beast instead of a monster. Asoka appear to be afraid and frozen in place, instead of fighting against his fear.
"what a pussy! i thought my Asoka can overcome his fear but it seems like i ask too much to him this time." said Profesor Sota as he move to another computer and started to type something on it.
"but don't worry my dear boy, your papa here have something to make you brave. hahahhaha"
Professor Sota then press the last button to send his command via the computer. he quickly run back to the live news on the television and smiled with a satisfaction. he smiled because now, his Asoka have returned to become a beast he was meant to be.

the gigantic stone beast has arrived in front of Asoka and was about to grab him up. it tried to show to Asoka that no matter how much it tried to resist, Asoka have to realize that their size was different. the bigger one will always be the stronger.
the gigantic stone beast's hand was already around Asoka and was about to grab him when something unexpected happen to Asoka. like a switch being flicked in his head, Asoka fearful demeanor suddenly changed into one of disdain and hate. Asoka suddenly jumped up and climb on the stone beast hand. he climbed up across the hand quickly run up to the stone beast head.
the stone beast didn't even panic, just look at Asoka with a curious eyes. then Asoka manage to reach the stone beast head and he quickly slapped the stone beast right on its ear, disturbing its balance and made it falter.
PANG! BOOMMM!
the gigantic stone beast was forced to rebalance his body while his head and pushed to the side. it roared angrily while trying to capture Asoka who stuck on its shoulder like a monkey. when the stone beast hand approach Asoka, he quickly climb into the stone beast back, circling around to its face and once again slapped the stone beast on its ear.
PANG! CRACK!
the second hit manage to leave a crack on the stone beast and made the gigantic creature panicked. it started to flail its hand wildly, trying to slap Asoka off its body and kill it. Asoka used its nimble and smaller body to the fullest by escaping the creature hands through the small gap around its body, moving here and there while repeatedly hit the stone beast body or head.
everything appear to be perfect for Asoka. it just gonna take a few more hit for Asoka to put the gigantic beast down for good. but then Asoka and the gigantic stone beast heard another roar that come from the sky. both of them look into the sky and found a winged lizard gliding toward them from the clouds above.
this new creature was thick, almost twice thicker than Asoka. its body was full of muscles with a pair of wings so wide it almost make the creature itself seems small.
This new creature roared loudly, challenging both Asoka and the stone creature from the sky as if it was the owner of the sky.
The stone creature about to respond the roar but before it can produce any sound, Asoka slap it head away so hard that the stone creature head twisted and fell off from its body.
Ignoring the recently dead stone creature, Asoka roared at the flying beast as if challenging it. The flying creature also responded with its own roared, unwilling to back down from their contest of dominance.
Their contest of dominance was cut short when the remaining of mountain fuji started to tremble dangerously. Asoka looked down and realize that a pool of magma slowly crept up from below, slowly eating the stone creature body and melt it into magma.
Asoka was about to roared at the magma when it suddenly covered with jelly like objects and then vanished a second later, leaving the flying creature alone with the remains of thr stone creature.
The flying creature then tried to pick up the gigantic body of the stone creature but failed miserably. With nothing else to do, the flying creature decide to fly back into the sky and return to wherever it comes from, disappear from sight a few seconds later.

Professor Sato was furious!
He was angry at Asoka who cannot use all of his power just because the enemy was bigger. He was also angry because the stone skin of that last creature could be a valuable addition to Asoka body composition.
Now it all went to waste because of the new flying creature and Professor Sota know where it comes from.
"That bastard Laurel and Clarisa! They condemn me when i offer my idea back then, but now they made the same creature like me! " Said Professor Sota furiously.
"And to make it worse, they made it with a pair of wings! It was supposed to be Asoka main design, dammit! "
Professor Sota spent the rest of the day by cursing and shouting randomly, kicking a few unnecessary stuff that happen to be on the ground. Completely ignoring Asoka that for the first time since a while to remain wake up when he was in his cage.
ROAAAARRR!!!
"SHUT UP! YOU DISGUSTING BEAST! I MADE YOU! AND YOU OBEY ME! ME! " Shout Professor Sota while pressing several button.
Soon Asoka went back to sleep and Professor Sota leave his lab with a stomp. His anger remain hot until he have to knock himself out to sleep that night.

On the other side of the world
Laurel and Clarisa was talking with their monster, Sota, personal pilot. Sota was a puppet beast who cannot move even a single twitch of its muscles without a pilot in its mind.
"So, tell us what happen back then? " Said Clarisa with a mobile tablet in her hand.
"Well, for most part i just pilot it like we always do in training. " The pilot started. " But then things started going weird when i arrived on the battle site. "
"First, i didn't made Sota roared. That beast somehow roared by himself and i literally don't know what happen. Second, Sota also refused to move when it was roared with that skinny beast. It was as if they tried to gauge each other power and find out who was the most dominant beast between them. " Explain the pilot.
"Thank you, that was a good explanation. We can learn a lot from that. Is there anything else that you can tell us? " Asked Clarisa again.
"Yeah, i think i want to stay away from piloting Sota for a while. Controling that Beast with a device that connecting our mind together suddenly feels so wrong. It was as if Sota tried to control my mind while i control its body. " Said the pilot again with fear clearly shown in his eyes.
"We understand, thank you for telling this to us. " Clarisa said as she gestures the pilot to leave.
Once the pilot was out and they can close their room, Laurel looked at Clarisa they both have dread in their eyes.
"We failed, Clarisa. " Said Laurel.
"Apparently we did failed. " Answered Clarisa.
"What should we do now? We can't just run away! That beast we named Sato still have its consciousness intact and it might hunt us down If it ever succeed taking over its pilot! " Said Laurel in panic.
"We can find a way to put its mind down. We will find the way. If that Sato can do it, so do we. " Said Clarisa trying to pull Laurel up from his panic to no avail.
Laurel who fall into panicking state have to take several minutes in silent, trying to calm himself down. Clarisa, who was usually there to calm Laurel, was unable to do much because she herself was also afraid.
After several minutes in silence, Laurel finally raise his head up and quickly gives order to Clarisa.
"No time to fear! We have to move fast. Quick, find the data on mind control and anything related to controlling a body. No matter how unethical that is, we need to find it all. "
"Then what are you gonna do? " Asked Clarisa.
"I will try to put that beast mind down and turn it into a submissive vegetables that will never think of fighting back ever again. No matter how diabolical it is. "
