Chapter 60, Prioritizing Activities

Chapter 60, Prioritizing Activities

“All right, John, the first thing I want to do is transfer the 131 million credits on this account to my friend's account. What’s your normal fee for that?” Anton asked.

“Normally, I take 5%, but 131 million credits? That’s like, wait a second,” John pulled up his fingers and began to count.

“You know what,” Anton said, interrupting his train of thought, “Why not just make it an even 10% or 13.1 million credits for you and 117.9 million credits for me.”

It’s my money, Anton said from Baltar’s mouth, “I’m quite sure.”

“If you're sure, please put your hand on this tablet,” John said as he pulled out another tablet and placed it in front of Anton’s Manifested body.

Anton placed his hand on the tablet while John manipulated something on a third tablet he had in his hand for a few minutes before he looked up and said, “All set.”

“Good,” Anton said simultaneously from both bodies as he pulled his hands off the tablets they were touching. Through Baltar, Anton wandered around the shop while Anton looked at John and continued, “So recently, I was part of a SYSTEM Event in another Realm, A Battle Royale as it were. During that event, I estimate that there were at least five million participants.”

“Five million?” John said wonderingly.

“Five million. Now, I didn’t kill or end all of them because everyone had an opportunity to surrender. If you were killed or surrendered, any loot they earned while on the planet, which included all weapons, armor, and items, were added to the victor’s Event Storage location, which we can pull stuff out of but not put back into.”

Baltar looked thoughtful for a moment before it clicked: “You have a lot of stuff to sell, but if you pull it out, you won’t have any place to put it back in?”

“Exactly.”

“What is that, like 20 million items or so?” John asked.

“Let me put it this way: I was able to level my Identify and Personal Storage Skills to level 80, which is the maximum level mortals can level their skills to. I Identified 885,600 items, which are now sitting in both my Personal Storage and a secondary Storage Skill I have.”

“Did you say 885,600 magical items?” John said with a cross between excitement and dread in his eyes.

“What’s wrong?” Anton asked.

“I might not be able to buy everything you’re selling. I’m wealthy, but not that wealthy.”

“I didn’t think I’d get one lump sum. Besides, I need some things which are probably going to be expensive in their own right.”

“What kind of things.”

“Spell Scrolls, Spell Books, and access to some of the best Magical Trainers this world has to offer.”

“You could get those with the 117 million credits you just received from Baltar,” John said with a smirk.

“Also, if there are ways to increase spell levels or skill levels for skills I already have, I’d be very interested in acquiring enough to level at least 20 skills to level 80.”

John looked thoughtful. With what you just told me, you will definitely be able to cover the cost. The issue will be availability. I will need to travel to the Hub and speak with my contacts there to see how much I could acquire.” John paused for a second before he suddenly looked up, “Wait! You said you were in a Battle Royale. Do you have Mythical, Legendary, and artifact-level items in your inventory?”

“Of course, but I’m not talking about those items. I may be able to use them for something else.”

“Do you have any items that would be useful for a merchant?” John asked excitedly.

“Honestly, I don’t know,” Anton said truthfully. Maybe. The first thing I want to do, though, is hand over the times I have in my Personal Storage areas and then move all the lesser items out of the Event Storage that was supplied by the SYSTEM so I can move the rarer items out of the Event Storage and take a proper look at them.”

“Okay, I can work with that. How much space do you think we need?”

“Let me check,” Anton said as he pulled up his Personal Storage and his Maggen’s Exceptional Storage skills, which had both reached level…80. When had they reached level 80? Well, he had been meditating to get meditate to level 100. Anton quickly checked his skill list and noted that only two skills that he possessed broke the level 80 mark. Specter and Mediation. All of his other skills were either level 80 or under. Most weren’t above level 40.

Anton pulled up the description of both storage skills and checked the area they could now hold. Each stated that it could hold up to 1,035 cubic feet. Anton turned back to John as he explained, “In my personal storage skills, I currently have approximately 2,070 Cubic feet of weapons, armor, and items. Neither is entirely full. My Event Storage probably has at least ten times that amount.

John’s eyes went wide with shock as he stuttered, “An…and you want to sell it all to me?”

“If you think you can handle that kind of volume,” Anton said.

John stood quickly as he said, “Follow me.” He led Anton to the back of the room and a hallway with four doors. Instead of going to one of the doors, he stepped to the wall at the end of the hallway and touched a spot on the wall. There was a slight green glow, and the wall panel slid silently to the right. Beyond the panel was another door, “Once we step through here, we’ll be in an adjacent dimension, a pocket dimension that acts as my warehouse,” John said as he stepped through.

Anton followed with his actual body but left Baltar’s body in the shop. This was a perfect time to see what would happen if he moved out of range of one of the bodies he controlled. As soon as he stepped through the door, the portal behind him closed, and the information he’d received from Baltar was cut off, just as expected. Now, he had to see if he automatically connected to Baltar when he stepped back through or if the body was no longer usable.

Anton’s thoughts were interrupted by a new Notification.

WARNING! The City Node of Haven has been Claimed.

You have 60 minutes to return to the City Node and secure it. If you do not, the individual claiming the City Node will become the new Owner of Haven.

John looked up from his notification, “So, John, why did someone just take over the City Node of Haven after I stepped into another dimension?”

“Huh?”

“You heard me?”

“Well, some of the guilds in the city know about my warehouse and that it’s in another plane. If they saw you walk into my store, someone could have passed on that information.”

“And you had nothing to do with it?” Anton asked suspiciously.

“Am I upset that one of the guilds or people within the City is taking the city back from an unknown leader that just arrived? No. Am I more excited about making a deal with that unknown leader for the items that he’s bringing from another Realm? Absolutely.”

“So, for you, it’s all about the profit?” Anton asked.

“Yes.”

“Very well then, were you paid to bring me into your pocket dimension?”

“No. I wouldn’t do that. As you can see from looking around, I am a merchant. I stay out of your politics. Now, if we’re done talking about politics, can we continue?”

Anton wasn’t sure what to think, but John didn’t seem to be lying, so Anton nodded once.

“We should have enough room to unload the amount of goods you described,” John said as he swept his arms around to take in the area around him, which had individuals in the distance scurrying to and fro.”

“Wait, does this dimension have other exits?” Anton asked.

“Of course. My warehouse is connected to five other locations on the planet. Haven is the largest thought. This Warehouse is also connected to the Hub, but that is a one-way connection from the Hub to here. Only a Merchant can access the Hub. It’s just the way this skill I have works, which links the two locations. Those that do not have a warehouse are limited to selling and buying only what they can carry. As you can see, I can go there and sell quite a bit, but if I have the coin, I can purchase it and send it back to my warehouse, where it will be sorted and stored,” John explained.

“Is that a class skill?” Anton asked.

“It is. Also, it is a scarce skill. I’m not going to tell you what rarity, but let's say not many Merchants or Vendors have this skill.”

“John, are you trying to convince me that you are irreplaceable?” Anton asked with a grin.

“You seemed pretty pissed off there for a moment, so, yeah, I’m trying to make sure I am an irreplaceable resource.”

“Okay, I’ll bite; what does having this warehouse allow you to do that most other merchants and vendors can’t?”

“It allows me to provide a special service where I can purchase and sell items to my customers no matter where they are.”

“How do you do that?” Anton asked.

“We sell an item that will allow me to receive and send items into and out of your Personal Storage.”

“How much does something like that cost?” Anton asked.

“It depends on the weight limit, range, and number of uses per month.

“Number of uses?” Anton asked.

“That’s how many times per month you can place an order. I should note that turning in items for sale and receiving something on the same day counts as only one transaction. We limit the number of times the Portable Exchange can be utilized to once per day, so if you only turn stuff in for sale and don’t place an order that day, you’ve still used one of your Transactions for the month. Obviously, we only allow one action per day at maximum, which would cost about 300,000 Credits annually.

“And Weight? Anton asked.

“The chart for that area is much larger, but the smallest weight class is one pound, which costs 100,000. The largest that I can obtain is 8 million pounds, which would cost about 80 Trillion Credits,” John said.

“Let's keep to the cost of something I can reasonably afford, say 100 million credits.”

John pulled up his tablet and did some quick calculations, “If we were to limit each category by one-third of the proposed, we could get you one with a weight limit of 200 pounds, a range of 100,000 miles, and useable once per day of the month.”

“Well, circle back to that. Let's take a look at the gear in my two personal Inventories and see what that’ll get me. First, though, do you have the ability to create a SYSTEM-generated contract?”

“Of Course,” John said

“Good. I want a contract between you and me that states that you will not try to cheat or skimp out on me for the sale or trade of any items that I give to you during the next day. Even if our negotiation moves past the day, this contract will be good for any items we make a deal on today,” Anton explained.

“I can do that, so long as the modifications my skills make to the purchase and sale prices of all of your items and anything you wish to purchase from me do not count as cheating or skimping on the deal,” John said.

“I can agree to that.

John pulled a scroll from his inventory, placed his hand on it, and concentrated for a moment. The scroll glowed for a moment, and the blank scroll filled with words. He looked it over quickly and then handed it to Anton.

Anton looked over the contract. For the life of him, he couldn’t see anything in the contract that would bite him in the ass. He’d have to trust his Perception, Intelligence, and Luck. He smiled and signed the contract, which John also did a moment later.

“Okay, if you would just pull everything out of your two storage locations and place them on the floor in this area over here,” John said as he pointed to an area off to the side.”

“All right. It looks like there are 885,600 pieces of gear in my storage. Everything is Epic Rank or lower, though. I didn’t try to identify any of my Legendary or better gear.”

“Let’s see what you have then,” John said with a huge smile.

Anton opened his Personal Storage and Maggen’s Exceptional Storage and began depositing items on the ground. When he started, he’d place an item on the ground, and it would automatically move to a location on the floor, which seemed to have a sorting system. Gradually, he increased the number of items he was pulling from his inventory until he was dropping 1,000 items a turn.

Fifty minutes later, Anton received a new Notification.

You have lost control of the City of Haven.

You have been Exiled from the City of Haven

You have been Bloodhunted.

Anton paused for a moment as he looked at John, “What’s a Blood hunt?”

A look of shock overtook John’s face as he looked back at Anton, “I just saw that the City of Haven had a new Owner. Are you saying that you were Bloodhunted as well?”

“I was exiled and blood hunted,” Anton said.

“Well, being exiled is a common thing. Any City owner can do that. It simply means that if someone who is exiled enters the city's boundaries, they are automatically marked for all to see. There is also an automatic bounty of 1,000 credits to be given to the person that kills the exile.”

“Is that all?”

“The Bounty can be increased, though you won't know what it is until you enter the city again. As for the blood-hunted status, that is a specific status given by the skill of a very successful assassin. The leader of the Assassin’s Guild. In fact, this means that the new City Owner is probably the Assassin’s Guild Leader. They’ll be coming for you.

“It won’t matter.”

“Of course, it matters! I can’t do business with you if they find out.”

“All that’s changed is that now I have to go kill an Assassin and take control of the city back to get rid of this status. It’s a nonissue, really. Why do you think I didn’t rush out of here when I received the first message?”

“But…”

Anton pulled up the description of his Ability Immortal and pushed it onto a visible window for John to read, “Read that, please.”

Immortal – You are Immortal. You may not be permanently killed.

You may not be killed normally.

There was a lot more to the description, which explained how it tied in with his Race and how he came back from being disincorporated, but he didn’t share that. Instead, he just shared the fact that he was immortal. When he saw the look of realization in John’s eyes, he continued, “Now, as you can see, Even if the Assassin successfully attacks me with the worst possible poison or backstab attack he could come up with, I’m not worried. Now, can we continue?”

“And you’ll protect me if it comes to that?” John asked.

“Depending on the deal we come to after we’ve gone over everything, most likely, yes. Well, what I mean is that I’m not going to let the Assassin come after you, but I’m not going to be your bodyguard either, just to clarify.”

“That’s fair. Let’s continue,” John said.

Anton continued to pull items from his two inventories for the next hour and a half. When he was done, his inventory only carried enough food for a month if needed and camping supplies; he was going to trade in all of his various weapons and ammunition to see if he could come up with some better ordnance here since this place seemed to be both technological and magical. Besides, he really didn’t need them anymore.

When Anton was finished, John pulled out his tablet, touched a few keys, and pushed the information onto a visible screen in front of him.

Anton looked over the numbers, “I take it the Trade Value is the minimum you hope to make if you sell the items outright, and the Trade Value would be how much you would get for the items if you sold them at the Hub to other Merchants which is the amount you’ll give me for the goods?”

John smiled, “Usually, I have to explain how buying, Trading, and selling work, but you seem to have a good handle on it. Though the Trade Value is what I’m willing to pay you. I will make a little more than that at the Hub.”

“Yes, as you can see by looking over the Inventory, I have already identified the items…” Anton started to say.

“Not an issue. As soon as any item is placed inside the warehouse, it’s Identified and sorted and the SYSTEM Value is checked,” John said.

“Really?”

“Yes, Really. Why?”

“I haven’t identified any of the other items in my Event Storage. There were quite a few.”

“Do you want to unload all of the items so you won’t have to worry about them?” John asked.

“If it will automatically Identify them. However, any items that are considered Psychic or use Psychic Energy to power them are not for sale until I’ve at least looked them over.”

“Does that include Legendary, Mythic, Relic, or Divine items?”

“If they're Magical, they do me no good, so yes. They’re for sale. Wait, Qualify that. I have a friend. If there’s a really good healing staff, I’ll keep that as well, but other than those items, yeah, everything is for sale.

“Alright, let me link the Warehouse to you. You should receive a prompt.

Would you like to give John Aldman access to your Event Storage? Yes or No?

Anton chose “Yes.”

Anton's vision was drawn back to the Display Window, which showed a broad breakdown of the items he’d just given to John.

“Well, that’s a lot,” Anton mused.

“It is. Now let me sort this by the number of Psychic Energy-powered items available. I’m going to shorten the explanations of the ones I find.” John offered.

Anton looked at John, “Set the Divine Bracelet of Telekinesis; I’m keeping that one.”

Anton looked at the book and had this uncanny urge to assimilate it. That would be alright, wouldn’t it? Especially with his new ability to utilize magical spells, he learned? That thought gave him the idea to try to find other items he could assimilate. He found some Boots of Silent Striding that would be nice to try assimilating if they weren’t only Master Rank. This reminded him that he needed spells, so he had John set aside any spell books, no matter what rarity they were. He wasn’t going to keep them all because there were a lot of repeated spells, but the higher rarity ones would be harder to get hold of, so he might hold on to those.

Everything else, including the few Psychic Items he found, didn’t really look like they’d help him, so he decided to sell them. There was a Divine Staff of Healing that he also set aside. It was dedicated to “The God of Healing,” but as he’d found out, items could be rededicated, so he had John put that one aside, too. He’d give it to Amelia when he saw her again.

He also kept ten each of the Rare Magical Longswords, Short Swords, Daggers, Bows and Quivers. He also kept ten of each type of armor he’d acquired: Leather, Chain, and Plate. He could give those to Caitlyn to give out to everyone back on Earth or to an ally if he ran across someone who could use it. Next, he went through everything and held onto four weeks' worth of rations and enough water skins so that one person could survive for seven days. He also held onto two tents and four sleeping bags just in case he ran into someone who needed them. He could keep more, but he didn’t see the point. With the Portable Exchange he was thinking of buying, He should be able to buy anything they might need wherever he was.

Anton looked at John, “Okay, what’s the total?”

“Well, I could give you a breakdown, but I’ll just give you the total. If you keep the Bracers of Telekinesis, the Staff of Healing, The Tome of Spells, and all the spell books you found, approximately 100 in each rarity class, that comes out to 9,131,538 items you want to trade with me. The amount I’m supposed to pay you is 87,053,594,513,108,400 Credits. I do not have close to that amount.

“What if I purchased the best Portable Exchange you have?

John looked thoughtful as he tapped his tablet. When he was done, he continued, “The best Portable Exchange comes with its own Storage Area, which is quite large since it can hold up to 800 million pounds. Additionally, it has a range of 100 billion miles within the same universe, but it can access the Astral, which allows it to bypass most range requirements. So, Realistically it can reach most places within the multiverse where the SYSTEM has sway. Outside of the SYSTEM, well, we’re not sure about that. Also, you can utilize it once per day, but the most expensive model allows you to, in an emergency, pay a fee if you need to use it more than once in a single day.

“What’s the fee?” Anton asked.

“Variable, but between 1,000 and 100,000 credits, depending on the request,” John answered.

“Sounds fair.”

John nodded and then continued with his original thought: “The weight class and the range are one-time costs, but the uses per month are an annual fee.”

“That’s fine; let's pay that fee for the next 10,000 years.”

John looked flustered, “That’s three billion credits! Are you sure you want to do that?”

“Quite sure, so now what’s the cost?” Anton asked.

“The Portable Exchange will cost 90,003,000,000,000 Credits.”

“If you deduct that from what you would pay me?” Anton asked leadingly.

John tapped his tablet and then looked up with a sigh, “ I would still owe you 86,992,951,513,108,400 Credits.”

Anton nodded, “That does seem like a lot.”

“I want to make a deal with you, but I can’t afford to purchase all of your goods.”

“Okay, what if I were to invest in your business.?

“We’re not that big yet,” John said as Anton’s intentions clicked in his brain, “Ah, I think I understand. As my business partner, what would you want your duties and responsibilities to be? “

“I want 49.9% of the business, the Portable Exchange, and 1 Trillion Credits for now. Do you have one Trillion Credits?” Anton asked.

“I do. The business is currently worth about 759 Trillion, so getting one trillion won’t be a problem. Still, your investment in the business would let you purchase it outright.”

“I know, but I do not want to own a merchant business. I need someone else to do that so I don’t have to remain here. Besides, with me exiled and Bloodhunted, could you officially recognize me until I’ve cleared that up?”

“John grinned, “Well, no.”

“All right, then. Let’s get that contract written up, and then give me the items I’m keeping and the one Trillion Credits, and we’ll call it good.”

“All right, here are the items you wanted to keep,” John said as he pointed to a spot on the floor where everything Anton wanted to keep started appearing. A new piece of parchment appeared in John’s hand and was immediately filled out. “This contract lists every item that you’re turning over to me. You can go through it if you like, but our first contract still holds, and purposely trying to leave something off the list would violate that contract. Besides, I’m making out like a bandit with this deal. While you pick that up and add it to your inventory, I need to go to the HUB and purchase the Portable Exchange you want from the Merchant. I don’t keep one that expensive in my warehouse.”

Anton nodded as he took the contract from John and read it over. It was ingenious how the contract listed every item in a ten-line scrolling text that he quickly went through. With his Perception and Intelligence, he quickly verified that every item listed came from him and that none of the items he wanted to keep were on the list. When he was done, John had returned and he signed the contract and handed it back, “The contract looks good, and our partnership is even listed. I would ask that you keep at least one Trillion Credits available for me. Besides, the Trillion credits you’re going to give me. You can use the rest as you see fit unless you lose more than half of the assets and credits I’m providing you today. At that point, you need to contact me through the Portable Exchange, and I’ll go deal with whatever issue you seem to be having.”

“I think I can manage that,” John said as he handed Anton a silver ring.

Anton placed the ring on his finger and received a generic Notification.

Congratulations! You have found A Portal Exchange.

Anton opened his status and noted that the ring had created another Tab within his Status Screen. From there he could control the inventory the ring provided and also send and receive messages from John. Anton closed his Status screen and moved all the stuff on the ground that he was keeping, which included 100 Legendary, Legendary Mythic, 100 Ascendent, and 100 Divine-ranked spells into his Personal Storage. There were quite a few repeats, but, hey, they were Divine and Ascendent-level spells.

When he reached the Tome of Spells, he reviewed his Assimilation Skill. It would destroy the item, but it could lead to something exciting. Decisions, Decisions.

Anton waited until John transferred the one trillion credits to him before he asked, “Hey, John, do you have an empty room in this warehouse for volatile items?”

“Volatile Items, You know, items that go boom.”

John scratched his head before pointing to an area down a lane that was suddenly bathed in green light, “What do you have that might blow up?”

Anton smiled, “Me.”

“What?”

“I’m about to absorb this Tome of Spells. It’s a Divine level Artifact. I think it might be a good thing to make sure that any safety measures you have are in place.”

“You know, we’ve only been partners for about five minutes, and I am already questioning the intelligence of that decision.”

Anton laughed, “I like it when my business partners understand their shortcomings,” Anton said as he moved down into the green box.

“Give me a minute to surround you with barriers and also move this area into a more remote location of the Warehouse.”

“Do what you gotta do,” Anton said as everything around him shifted, and he found himself in an area with nothing visible for quite a distance. Just how big was this warehouse?

A voice spoke from a point directly in front of him, though no one was there, “Anton, Defenses are in place between you and the rest of the warehouse. Proceed with whatever you’re going to do,” John said.

Anton opened his Status and checked the text of Assimilate concerning magical items.

Second - You may absorb magical items. The amount of Psychic Energy added is variable but follows these basic rules.

Basic or Common Rarity Magic Item: 10 PE

Scarce Rarity Magic Item: 20

Rare Rarity Magic Items: 30

Advanced Rarity Magic Items: 100 PE

Master Rarity Magic Items: 200 PE

Epic Rarity Magic Items: 1,000 PE

Legendary Items and Higher: Assimilation of Legendary or higher rarity Magic Items cannot be predicted.

Anton dropped into Mediation for a moment and focused his mind on assimilating the Tome of Spells and each of the spells loaded within it. Specifically, he wanted to be able to utilize his ability, “Master of Magic,” to convert the abilities of the Tome into a skill that he would then combine with Assimilation or cast with Psychic Energy.

Anton placed all of his items and gear into his Personal Storage except the Tome of Spells. He concentrated on the Tome and activated Assimilation.

Anton considered what he was about to do for a moment and then asked himself, "What was the worst that could happen?"

Anton activated Assimilation.

Anton felt pain as his manifest body took a colossal amount of damage, but he didn’t explode, which was a nice change. Once he was sure he wasn’t going to explode after a minute or so, he opened his Status and pulled up his Event Log.

Memory Assimilation

Memories may be absorbed in two ways once the target's body has been touched where the brain of the target is contained. This ability may leave a temporary or permanent effect as the user desires.

Temporary - Every 10 Psychic Energy allows you to absorb and review one minute of your target's memories, starting with the most recent. 600 Psychic Energy (PE) will review the last hour, 14,400 PE for one day, 100,800 PE for one Week, 432,000 for one Month, and 5,256,000 PE for a year.

The Target will lose access to the assimilated memories for the amount of time assimilated, at which point the memories will be available to the target as usual.

Permanent – Unlike the Temporary version of this use of Assimilation, the part of the target body that stores memories is destroyed as the memories are absorbed. The assimilation of the brain helps fuel the process, reducing the cost and allowing you to reach farther into the target's past.

Starting with the target's most recent memories. For each 100 Psychic Energy (PE) spent, you assimilate one year of the target's memories and remove one point of intelligence. When intelligence reaches 1, Wisdom is reduced. When Wisdom reaches 1, Willpower is diminished; when all three attributes, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Willpower, have reached 1, the target is a vegetable. If all memories of the target are absorbed, An amount of PE equal to the age of the target multiplied by 100, the brain is wholly assimilated, and the target dies.

NOTE: This attack will not destroy the True Soul or the memories stored therein. Creatures that exist on a purely spiritual level are not affected by this use of assimilation, though temporarily reviewing memories may still be possible if you can physically touch the target.

Spell Absorption

Activation Cost: One Action

You may choose to Absorb any spell cast at you and store it within you.

You may only hold a maximum of 10 spells at once.

Spells absorbed may be recast or assimilated and learned as a Psychic Energy Spell of the same type.

If Absorbed, The Assimilation will take a number of days equal to the Rarity level. A Common Spell will take one day. A Divine Spell will take ten days. The Slot any spell in the process of assimilation takes up is not freed up until the spell is fully assimilated.

Spells Assimilated are learned at the Rarity and Spell level at which they were cast. When cast, they will utilize your attributes to modify their base effects.

Spells that are absorbed and not assimilated are cast as if from the original caster. Once cast, the spell may not be assimilated and is lost, freeing up that spell slot to absorb another spell.

Note: You must be aware of the spell to absorb it. Spells that strike without warning may NOT be absorbed.

Note: Yes, Spell Absorption may be utilized to absorb Magical Barriers.

WARNING! Assimilation of Artifact Energy Exceeds maximum Psychic Energy containment level.

WARNING! Assimilation of Artifact Divine Energy has inflicted 124,065 points of damage on your Manifested Body.

Hit Points Remaining: 35,065 of 159,065

He’d lost over 88% of his health, BUT…he hadn’t exploded. That was a step in the right direction. First things first, he needed to heal, so he might as well use one of the skills he’d picked up a while ago, Quickened Health. With the new way his body healed, he was only healing 8 HP every turn, which meant that it was going to be at least 25 hours before he was fully healed. He still had a lot of hit points compared to everyone else, but he definitely needed to get them back as fast as he could. If he dedicated one action a turn to healing, he should be fully healed within three and a half hours.

Anton activated Quickened Healing and went to work while he waited for John to either come to check on him or bring him back.
