The girl sitting in front of me was dressed in what I could only describe as cosplay. I knew the character and the situation caused me to burst out into hysterical laughter because sitting in front of me was Haruhi Suzumiya.

This seems to have caused her to give out a few chuckles of her own. After I finally settled down she spoke to me. “Glad your not one of those drying in denial types. You otakus always are an interesting lot. So lets get down to it. I’m God. Your dead. I can send you to the general heaven where you can meet back up with most of the people who have died, your own personal heaven or reincarnate you into a world of your choice. Before you ask, no you are not special. Everyone gets these choices after death. Yes I can give you a few wishes of your choice and yes you can keep your memories of the life you lived. Any questions?”

Raising my hand like a grade schooler, I got another chuckle from god before I asked “will I run into other reincarnators if I choose to reincarnate? I don’t want to run into some asshole reincarnate with some NTR powers or something. Also, how many wishes can I get?”

“Well, you wont run into any other reincarnators that are the same as you. The universe you are from is what I like to call Prime. Basically this world where I farm the power of ideas from. The humans here dream up stories and I make them into reality. When the humans get too advanced, I hit the reset button and the cycle starts again. If wish for or gain an ability to travel to other worlds, you could choose to enter an alternate universe with the kind if people you are think of are. Just remember that you can enter into their universes but they cant enter yours. For example, you if you choose a cannon route Naruto world, you can enter the other persons but they cannot enter yours. Both would be cannon but two entirely separate. As for wishes, its unlimited. Think of it this way. In Minecraft terms a personal heaven is creative mode and reincarnating is survival mode. There’s no point in limiting the number of wishes because you can always just choose your own personal and rule it as a god until you get tired.”

That actually made perfect sense. If that’s the case then. “Haruhi-sama, I know what wishes I want to make now.”

For some reason, this caused her to burst out laughing. “Don’t sama me Ren. Its not like your Japanese. Alright then, I have a solid idea of what you would like but its always best to make sure. Now, what are your wishes.”

I could only return her a sheepish smile before answering her. “I want all of the powers and abilities of Rimuru from Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime) without the slime body. I enjoy having a penis, I mean I want to be able to have children one day after all. Second, I want Kaleidoscope, also known as the second magic from Type-Moon. Can you also give me the control to use this power to do as I intend? I want to be able to travel freely between other worlds.”

I received a sigh from the goddess while she was smiling brightly at me. Damn she’s cute. Even though I want to, I wont make a wish like Satou Kazuma(Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!) or Keiichi Morisato(Ah! My Goddess). Wishing for a goddess is just tasteless, more guys need to learn form Yōji Itam(Gate - Thus the JSDF Fought There!). being chosen by a goddess is much better.

Aww crap, her smile grew even wider. Well she’s god after all, mind reading is well within the realm of possibility. Before I got too distracted she spoke. “After the fight with Yuuki, Rimuru gained the ability to use the Instantaneous Movement which lets him travel across Space-Time at will. Using this ability, Rimuru was able to travel to his old world where he saved his past self Mikami Satoru from death. He was also able to return from the place beyond time where he was exiled to by Yuuki. The ability as described is the ability to reach the desired point instantly across space and time. So basically, there’s no point to getting Kaleidoscope. If you still want it, I can give it to you.”

Well damn. I never got to finish the light novel after all. Getting back on track, I continue with my wishes. “I also want the Library of Heavens Path. It should be stocked with all the repositories of knowledge no matter what form its stored in from throughout the omniverse.”

Haruhi raised her hand to get my attention. “Ren, Library of Heavens Path isn’t a issue but one of the abilities of The Great Sage is All of Creation. Basically The Great Sage is connected to all the all of the worlds knowledge as long as its not hidden. I can just expand that to the omniverse. Would you prefer that?”

Wow, Rimuru is even more over powered then I had thought. I simply nodded back. As for the last ability, I want a wish fulfillment power. Not one like the crappy Type-Moon Holy Grail but one that actually takes my intent into account. I’m one of those gamers that’s not above using a cheat code once in a while. Better to have and not need then need but not have and all of that.”

Haruhi slammed her hand on her desk and then pointed at me. “Ha, I was waiting for that last wish. I knew it was coming. Perfect. Now then, how would you like to start your new life?.”

“This might be strange considering all the powers and stuff we have been talking about is from animes, manga’s and light novels but I want to start off in the Harry Potter world. I want to start at the same time as the sorcerer's stone book. Set my age to 11 and I want to be the lost heir of the house of Wyllt. That should give me a good background while at the same time not mess up cannon too much before I throw cannon out the door. Starting on the same day that Harry gets his invitation would be nice. If I get too much time at the start, I might not be able to hold myself back and try to save Harry from that abusive family.” I smiled brightly over to Haruhi. At last, it begins.

“Done. Oh yeah, one last thing. You will start off with The Great Sage but still have all the powers up to Ciel. Ciel is in love with Rimuru after all. I know you wouldn’t want those feelings transferred over to you. Don’t worry though, over time The Great Sage will evolve and get its own personality to match you better.” Haruhi just waved the whole thing off like it didn’t matter. “One last thing, feel free to visit and good luck.” With the snap of her fingers, a portal opened up under me and I fell.
