After Landar finishes speaking and the silence stops because everybody started going to their own rooms.
Ion and I go to our room to discuss what sort of weapons and other things we should give to the Humans of this world.
I sit on the couch while Ion lands on the table.
"I don't want to give them very modern weapons. We still need to have a secret up our sleeve after all. But if I don't give them decent weapons it will be hard for us to not die." I immediatly start thinking about the equipment I need to give out.
"How about some from 1990 to 2035, before the really powerful weapons were invented? The weapons in that time were easy to make and effective for their time. They also aren't anywhere near as powerful as the true modern weapons the military of our time uses." Ion immediatly comes up with a good idea.
"True, but the amount of variations on rifles and such is too great to choose from." I state another problem.
"Then we use the most common for that time, from the country what was known as the United States of America at the time. I have most of their weapon blueprints before 2020 saved within my memory." Ion solves my problem instantly.
I think for a little bit and then agree with Ion's plans.
"We still need to teach them how to make the cartridge, bullet, powder, primer and so on. Otherwise the weapons will be useless if they don't have enough ammunition for it.
Unauthorized usage: this narrative is on Amazon without the author's consent. Report any sightings.
We also can't tell them that 'Oops, we know how to make flying iron boxes but not weapons which you have already seen' now can we... I guess our only option is to just show them how to make these types of guns and maybe a few older vehicles as well. Nothing too close to our time though, it'd turn dangerous and fast." Me and Ion keep talking for a while after that.
We eventually come out from our room and find Landar shouting out orders to servants and others.
"Landar." I say his name and he turns towards me. "We have something very important to tell you. Me and Ion made blueprints for a few weapons and we also have a list of materials needed to create them. I don't know if these exist here but I also added a short descriptions of all of them on this page.
If you find them all, you can start creating this weapon and the needed ammunition to shoot it. Have some of your blacksmiths look at this and see if they can forge these if they have the materials."
I hand a few papers over to Landar which hold all the necessary information for a few weapons me and Ion decided to give and how to create ammo for it as well.
Landar immediatly walks off towards the blacksmiths probably leaving us with nothing to do except wait.
(Guess he didn't want to know if we could give him better weapons, now did he? Oh well. It's lucky for us that he didn't question it.)
--- Meanwhile, at the front line ---
"Burn down the gates!" Somebody shouts and instantly a whole volley of flaming arrows hits a wooden gate for a castle, setting it aflame.
"Water! Bring the Water! Soldiers, get ready! They are going to attack!" Orders can be heard shouted from inside the castle.
"Fire the Ballistae and the Catapults! Tear down those walls!" More orders are being shouted on the battlefield by unknown leaders.
A few seconds later, the walls crumble and fall apart and a massive assault begins to take over the castle.
A few minutes later, the castle is entirely taken over and in the courtyard a pile of corpses rises, at the top a broken flag which has been set aflame.
The massive army leaves the castle behind, continuing their march.
