The atmosphere in the room is tense to say the least. The story that they just read out loud did a number on their mental health and sanity. And now they are all just silent. They need time to accept this gruesome tragedy and start talking about... it.

But they have no other choice. This story is the key to uncovering Sachrist's intentions. And there's just one more thing they need to figure out-- what exactly is going on with the Barrier. If they understand what the goal of the Barrier is, then they will learn how to stop Sachrist.

And out of all of them, Aniik is the only one in the room who can put the pieces together. We're all depending on you, Aniik!

Hellva deeply sighs and then speaks up.

Hellva- This is the end of Sachrist's backstory... There are a lot of things we can grasp from there, but I'd prefer not to get into much detail about some things. It's just too cruel...

Aoi- Although he's done inexcusable things, I kinda feel bad for Sachrist...

Akane- I get where you're coming from... That's messed up...

Aniik sighs and gets the attention of everyone.

Aniik- Messed up or not, we need to extract the information we need to understand Sachrist's intentions. We don't have time to waste mourning over how a monster became a monster!

Hellva- I agree.

Aniik- So Sachrist... His only desire was to keep his sister, Hisami alive. But whatever he tried, didn't work. The Pandonomicon states that she killed herself in the end...

Akane- If all he wanted was to save his sister, what role does the formation of the Barrier play? This 180 of his character makes no sense... Sure, I believe he was in Zein's debt, but I don't think Sachrist would discard his dream life with his sister like that and suddenly decide to help the Angels "save" the World.

Aniik thinks really hard about it.

"Hisami's death."

"His only desire to keep her alive"

"The peculiar change of character"

"and the formation of the Barrier."

Aniik- These facts must be linked in some way. But how?

Nobody has an answer.

Aniik- There's got to be something that we're forgetting...

The moment she says that, Aniik realises something really important. A peculiar event that she completely forgot about; Yonuro's Vision.

Aniik covers her wide open mouth with her right hand.

Aniik- No. It can't be...

Hellva- Can't be what? What's going on, Aniik?

Aniik- I think I figured it out. Yonuro's Vision wasn't a mere dream, just like she thought. It was in fact real. All of it. And the reason why Sachrist never commented on it is simple. He wanted it to remain a secret. That's becasue the mysterious person Yonuro saw in her dream was in reality... Sachrist.

Aniik explains the dream to the others in fine detail just like Yonuro described it to her previously.

"The circular room, structured in the same way as Sachrist's watchtower-like Shrine. The words he recited that made up a long, powerful Incantation, and finally, the being that came forth from the 3 spiral-shaped sarcophagus, a symbol that represents life itself..."

Aniik- It all aligns with the time when the Barrier started breaking, the time the rifts started multiplying. The hidden reason behind the Barrier must have been to complete this incantation. This ritual that summoned that being. And when he completed his goal, he had no need for the Barrier no more, so he discarded it...

Hellva- THEN THAT MEANS...

Aniik gulps and exposes the truth.

Aniik- Yes... In reality, Sachrist's goal has never changed. It has always been one and the same; to save his sister. So this being that came forth from the sarcophagus was......... his dead sister, Hisami.

Everyone widens their eyes. It's all starting to get pretty clear. Sachrist's goal has always been to... live his life together with his sister...

Aniik- And that's where the Barrier comes into play... To achieve his goal, Sachrist fooled everyone, just like he did us. The World was never going to crumble. But He made the World an enemy. He made everyone believe in this World Extinction from the convergence of the worlds. He did all that so that he could fool everyone into creating the Barrier.

The Barrier's job wasn't only to separate the worlds, but I believe it was mostly used as a power generator. Think about it. Collecting the Holy Energy of 4 Angels day after day for 400 years. That's an inconceivably huge amount of energy.

Hellva- We all know that reviving the dead is impossible. But what if... This tremendous amount of energy could be used to transcend death...

Aniik- Yes... That is the only way that Hisami was brought back to life... It was all made possible only because of the Barrier...

Akane and Aoi are mindblown. They could have never conceptualised in their heads such a crazy idea as Sachrist's master plan. But for Aniik to end up exposing it by connecting the dots with logic and facts, that's a thing to be mindblown about all on its own.

Aniik searches for other clues to support her theory. Although she doesn't want to believe it, everything she can think about supports this theory. It's the undeniable truth...

For instance, when Sachrist said he had a job to do, that was actually to go and check in on Hisami, not to prepare the Barrier for a restart.

Aniik can't help but feel her heart pierced from this betrayal. Sachrist has fooled everyone, especially Ramael. Aniik feels so bad for her, since she was always his most avid supporter.

Aniik- This fucking egotistical bastard... You can fool the World whole, destroy the lives of the Lingerians who you despise, but you can't play with my friends' hearts and trust to get what you want. I will never forgive this... Get ready, Sachrist... Now that we all know what you're up to, we're going to stop you.

The twin sisters have decided on their view on Sachrist.

"This man is an imhumane monster, the worst being that has ever existed. Consider the Demonic Council your allies, Aniik. When the time comes, we shall aid you however we can."

Hellva- Hey, you two aren't the leaders around here! I am the head of the Demonic Council!

Akane / Aoi- What? Do you disagree?

Hellva- Of course not! I have a personal hatred towards Sachrist for what he did to my Pandonomicon. I have all the more of a reason to assist the Angels in taking him down.

"Just don't get so carried away! You should respect people older than you, especially when they are your superiors!"

Aoi and Akane slightly laugh and consider Hellva's reaction as a boomer thing to say. Close to their age as she is, Aniik understands their logic and grins.

But now her time is almost over. It is almost afternoon and Aniik needs to leave. After confirming Yonuro's suspicions and finding out Sachrist's goal regarding the revival of his sister, Aniik thanks the other Demonic Lords for their cooperation and gets ready to leave.

Hellva- We are the ones to be thanking you Aniik. Without your experience and keen mind, we wouldn't have figured this out. We owe you one!

Aniik- Thank you for your kind words, Hellva. May our roads of life cross again in the future. Farewell, everyone!

They all wave back at Aniik who's midway teleporting back to the hotel where Yonuro is currently staying at.

When she gets back, Aniik tells her the truth in its entirety. Yonuro is shocked by this tragic revelation. She wants to get revenge on Sachrist on Ramael's behalf so badly.

"We will bring justice and stop this monster..." Yonuro says.

Aniik deeply nods and they get ready for their final act. They both teleport to the hyberboop system near the South and East Holy Shrine. Their goal is simple. They need to inform the other two Angels about this. Since the situation is already chaotic and unclear as it is, Yulim and Kallian are pursuaded.

They all have a single enemy, the Accursed Angel, Sachrist!

"Ra' Men. May these blessed words heal this tortured soul..."

Aniik opens her eyes and sees Yonuro with her own two eyes. She is injured. Pretty badly, too. Just like herself...

Aniik- Ah.... Where am I...?

Yonuro- The battle is over. Unfortunately, Sachrist won... But don't worry, he has won a mere battle, not the entire War! Our counterattack is now commencing!

Behind Aniik slowly gather the other Angels who were previously unconscious by Sachrist.

Aniik- Guys...!

Kallian- Thank god you are okay, Aniik!

Yulim- Do not lose hope just yet! As long as we are alive, we can still fight! And as long as we can fight, we can still defeat Sachrist!

Yonuro holds out her hand and helps Aniik stand on her feat again. Aniik clenches her hand into a fist and makes a long desicive nod.

Aniik- We'll show you the combined strength of us mere mortals, you devilish monster. Get ready, Sachrist!

After explaining the gist of Sachrist's goal to Ramael, the Angels, lead by Aniik and Yonuro, get ready to pay Hisami a visit. Yes, their next destination is the Shrine where it all began, Sachrist's Holy Shrine of the West.

Even though they all look pretty determined to win, that would be a completely different case if they knew what is actually going on. Learning about Hisami's location was taken into account in Sachrist's final plan. He actually wanted them to learn about her, so as to trick them and keep them away from his hidden goal.

As we speak, Sachrist is fighting the Demonic Council head on. He has already defeated Aoi and Akane and is ready to fight Hellva in a final 1 vs 1 battle which will determine the World's future.

After wiping her blood off her mouth, Hellva shouts.

Hellva- Your schemes end here, Sachrist!

Sachrist- Hah! Entertain me, Hellva!

Sachrist and Hellva dance around the room while fighting for their lives in an old-fashioned duel of life and death.

Without knowing about any of this, Yonuro, Aniik, Ramael, Kallian and Yulim all move towards Sachrist's Holy Shrine with serious facial expressions...
