The woman held out his hand for a handshake over the counter.
Simon took her hand and shook it,
"I'm Simon. Nice to meet'ya."
Rosie smiles, "I've heard of you guys... From my co-workers that is. The new guild that's planning on ranking up in their first month... If you can even call it a month..."
Simon chuckled lightly.
"Yeah, though I guess that'll have to wait for next month... We can't risk losing... Not after they hurt Rocky we can't!" Simon accepted this month's rank up as a loss. Winning the guild war was far more important then losing this fight.
Rosie blanked cluelessly.
"What do you mean? If you beat the Raven Sword, a guild ranked higher than you. I'd say your rank up would be guarenteed."
Simon laughed happily.
"I guess that means we'll kill two birds with one stone! Sorry Rocky, I guess my little sacrifice isn't truly a sacrifice."
Rocky didn't seem to mind, it was actually in quite a good mood.
"Kwee~." It said, reasuringly.
Rosie looked happily over the group.
"So, where are your other members?"
Simon looked confused.
"Other members? Well, I guess we have Owen...I think he can get in the fight along with us..."
Rosie looked confused... "What about other members?"
"What other members? That's all of us."
Rosie froze for a second before yelling out a response.
"WHAT?!?!?!" Sara cleared her throat. "I apologise- but what?!?! How do you expect to beat a guild that has 20 members and possibly 5 strong pets!"
Simon shrugged the question off.
"Kristina and I will manage, Owen will surely help out as well. Plus I'm sure Rocky's got every avarage pet beat!"
"Yeah, "
"Kwee!"
They all replied in a cheerful way. Rosie couldn't help but smile at their child-like mindset...but she also felt relieved. She knew that whilst they may not be the smartest bunch they certaintly have the heart to be adventurers.
"I know that you'll guys go all out...but I truly ask that you beat the Raven Sword so that they'll be gone for good... They have a lot of authority they tend to abuse... Not only that but- No, nevermind... I won't put any more pressure on you guys... I wish you a good luck with the guild war..." Rosie said, ending their converstation. Simon and the rest left the office. They thought they oughta be getting ready for the fight since they have neither anything better to do nor much time for the training. Only 7 days remain before the decisive battle between the two guilds begin. Owen will not be able to join them until he heals up which will take about two more days.
Kristina, Rocky and Simon all begun their training, figuring out special moves that may be wise to use against the other guild. Simon was taking a small break from training when he noticed Rocky's increase in stats. It seems his stats may not have been high from the get-go but he can get stronger way faster than anything Simon has seen. Even though Rocky wasn't exactly on their level yet- it was clear he was getting stronger. Simon noticing this knew that he will certaintly prove to be a great asset in their fight.
The two days passed and the guild explained to Owen.
"W-W-W-W-W-W-What?!?!?! We're going up against the town's best guild- With only 3 members?!?! And if we lose, we'll lose Simon? Just- how did this all happen so fast...I knew it was bad when I got chills on my back that one time..." Owen said in a panicked state.
"Honestly, I'm suprised. I thought you would handle this way worse."
"I'm not- okay with this...but it's not like we can back down... I don't want to back down- not anymore..." Owen said with a renowned confidence in his voice...he was still a bit panicked, but he is determined to pull his weight in the guild war.
The guild splits into two training groups, one with Simon and Owen, and the other with the heavy hitter duo- Rocky and Kristina.
Simon and Owen's training had been going smoothly and with 5 more days until the guild war, Simon suggests a winning technique that could be a game-changer against their numbers.
"You think you'd be able to shoot multiple arrows and targets at the same time...?" Simon asked Owen.
"I uh....don't really know about that...I can certaintly try..."
"Good, then try hitting that tree, that one, and that one. Whilst only pulling on your bow once."
Owen was a bit nervous, he tried to master this technique a while back but he never could manage... This time was no expection. He could manage to hit the one in the middle, but the side arrows completely missed.
"I-I don't know about this Simon..."
"Keep trying, we have a few more days."
Owen's training kept on with this.
Kristina and Rocky were focused on training what they were best at, hitting and taking hits. Rocky's stone hard body seemed tougher than ever before. His ressiliance against physical hits have been highly upgraded due to Kristina's heavy hitting. Of course the two are very careful to not hurt the other.
The two managed to figure out a combo attack that may help them give the edge against any hard opponent they may come across, in the guild war or out of it.
Simon focused on making his movements faster, and stronger. Alongside Owen's multiple target shot technique training, Owen also had the task to hit Simon in an open field. Which proved quite difficult but on the day right before the guild war he managed to pull off consequtive hits on Simon. Of course, the arrows weren't sharp nor real ones.

Unfortunately though it seems the multiple target shot is still beyond Owen's level. However the guild believes they are ready for the war.
On the day of the guild war, ergo evaulation day. The guild get a notification from O.L.A.F.
"Guild war request received...Opposing guild: The Raven Sword. Member count:20 Will you accept the request... Yes... or No..."
Simon touches the hovering yes button... he then enters his guild mates for battle alongside him. Immediately the guild is transported into an arena with a decent sized crowd... they didn't seem to come to watch one specific guild, more so to watch a good fight.
Simon looked around, noticing the Raven Claw guild in its entirety on the other side of arena.
"Ladies and Gentleman! Are you ready for this guild battle?!?!?"
The crowd remains silent...it seems they are worried how the fight seems quite one sided.
The commentator clears his throat. "Khrm... eh- Today's fight will be between The Raven Sword and The Soaring Lions! Get ready for the show to begin!"
The crowd responses in a half-hearted way with some cheering for the fight whilst some are still a bit taken back by what is actually happening...
"Now...without further ado... Let the fight... BEGIN!!!"
