B.1 INFO DUMP II - Spell Ranks & Mage Ranks

SPELL RANKS

BASIC CLASS

Basic Class Spells have a lot to do with your affinity to said elements or abilities. Basic spells are usually basic in name but things can change if you were blessed or gifted buy any of the gods. Here's an example to make things easier to understand:

Basic Class Fireball - 120 damage/ 60 mana cost

Gift Class Fireball    - 220 damage/ 40 mana cost

~GIFT~ OF A GOD

Gifts from said gods are usually stronger than any of the spells you can pick up and learn. Most of the time these

Gifts are specific type spells and limited to that spell only, example:

"Academy's Flame Thrower"                      - 260 damage/ 80 mana cost

"Serafino's Gift of The Flame Thrower" - 320 damage/ 65 mana cost

AFFINITY BOOSTERS

This specific gift was a boosted flamethrower spell, but this spell is a specific spell and does not increase your affinity or increase damage based on your affinity. There are only two ways to boost damage/affinity, that is to be Gifted with direct control of said elements and to attain "Elemental Material" to your specific affinity, Example:

"Academy's Flame Thrower" + "Basic Class Elemental Fire Stone"

260 + 80  = 340 damage/ 80 + 20 = 100 mana cost

"Academy's Flame Thrower" + "Serafino's Gift of Fire"

260 + 140 = 400 damage/ 80 + 15 =  95 mana cost

Serafino's Gift that was used in the above example, is a natural booster for damage/affinity, While the Fire Stone is something you need to have equipped in order for it to work and not as potent as a Gift. Attaining any of the gods affinity booster Gifts is very rare.

HIGH CLASS

High Class Spells have a lot to do with your control of elements and spells. High spells are usually stronger than basic spells and any Gifted Spells, but the same applies here with Blessed Spells being stronger than normal High Spells. Here's an example to make things easier to understand:

High Class Fireball      - 220 damage/ 90 mana cost

Blessed Class Fireball - 320 damage/ 70 mana cost

~BLESSING~ OF A GOD

Blessings from said gods are usually stronger than any of the spells you can pick up and learn. Most of the time

these Blessings are specific type spells and limited to that spell only, example:

"Academy's Inferno Field"                  - 360 damage/ 120 mana cost

"Serafino's Blessing of Inferno Field" - 420 damage/  95 mana cost

AFFINITY BOOSTERS

This specific blessing was a boosted Inferno Field spell, but this spell is a specific spell and does not increase your affinity or increase damage based on your affinity. There are only two ways to boost damage/affinity, that is to be blessed with direct control of said elements and to attain "Elemental Material" to your specific affinity, Example:

"Academy's Inferno Field" + "High Class Elemental Fire Stone"

360 + 160 = 520 damage/ 120 + 40 = 160 mana cost

"Academy's Inferno Field" + "Serafino's Blessing of Fire"

360 + 280 = 640 damage/ 120 + 30 = 150 mana cost

Serafino's Blessing that was used in the above example, is a natural booster for damage/affinity, While the Fire Stone is something you need to have equipped in order for it to work and not as potent as a Blessing. Attaining any of the gods affinity booster Blessings is very rare and only heroes of history got such blessings from gods.

MASTER CLASS

Master Class Spells have a lot to do with you ability to push yourself and think outside the box. Master spells are usually stronger than high spells and any Blessed Spells, but the same applies here with Spirit Spells being stronger than normal Master Spells. Here's an example to make things easier to understand:

Master Class Fireball - 320 damage/ 130 mana cost

Spirit Class Fireball    - 420 damage/ 105 mana cost

Spirits are specific type spells and limited to that spell only, example:

"Academy's Inferno Storm"                               - 460 area damage/ 180 mana cost

"Serafino's Pheonix of The Inferno Storm" - 520 area damage/ 140 mana cost

AFFINITY BOOSTERS

460 + 320 =  780 area damage/ 180 + 80 = 260 mana cost

"Academy's Inferno Storm" + "Serafino's Pheonix of Fire"

460 + 560 = 1020 area damage/ 180 + 60 = 240 mana cost

Serafino's Spirit that was used in the above example, is a natural booster for damage/affinity, While the Fire Stone is something you need to have equipped in order for it to work and not as potent as a Spirit. Attaining any of the gods affinity booster Spirits is very rare and only heroes of history got such spirits from gods.

A-POC CLASS

A-POC literally means apocalyptic. These Spells or any like it have all but disappeared from the world, thus not much is known about such dreadful spells. The only thing scholars can find out about such spells is from one old scroll talking about an event that happened tens of thousands of years ago, of a being whom let loose a Demon, which he sacrificed the world to summon. Only one name surfaced from this scroll.......DAKAROW.....

MAGE RANKS

SEER

A seer is, a person whom  has mana and can see mana but has no ability to use it. Seers usually consists of young children and those whom had little potential in being a mage. Children when born are not able to see mana until the age of 4 years old and this does vary depending on the child. The population who are seers are close to 59% of the inhabitants

MEDIUM

A medium is, a person who can start manipulating their mana within themselves. Mediums usually consists of young children between the ages of 8 - 10 years of age but it does vary depending on the child. There are many who never made it past this point because of their little potential in being a mage. The population of those whom are Mediums is 21% of the inhabitants.

MAGE

A mage, can start using magic of Basic Class. Mages have the ability to use their mana in physical form. Mages usually are young youths of the age of 11 - 18 years old, by this point it takes a very gifted individual to become a sage, most who become mages all decide they need to attend the

"The University of Magic & Intellect" to further themselves and become sages. The population of those whom are Mages is about 9% of the inhabitants.        

SAGE

A sage is able to use magic of Gifted Class and High Class. Sages have the ability to use Higher Class Spells. If blessed with a gift spell a sage is able to use the spell. Those whom become sages varies between the ages of 16 - 25 years old, by this point it takes a very gifted individual to become a archimage. Most are never able to reach archimage while in school, those who do are considered as Geniuses. The world population of those whom are sages is about 6% of the inhabitants.

ARCHIMAGE

A archimage can use magic of Blessed Class and Master Class. Most who reach archimage left school long ago and rarely are their those who can become archimages while in school. The youngest to become a archimage was at the age of 21 and he was considered a genius at the school. The oldest to become an archimage was at the age of 42 years old a wanderer of sorts. Becoming a Warlock is almost an impossible feet. The world population of those whom have reached the level of archimage is 4.9%.

WARLOCK

A warlock can use Spirited Class and all classes of magic below it. Only 10 are considered as warlocks and they were the founders of "The University of Magic & Intellect". They are the highest order in the mage lands. Legends say that 1 warlock has the power of 100,000 elite troops meaning one man can take over a kingdom in the matter of moments. The world population of warlocks is 0.01%.

All this information is going to be loosely referenced. I submitted it to give all of you a idea of what is considered strong or not. Mainly to give you perspective on my story.
