"Yeah yeah." I muttered.
"See! I told you that there would be a day when I could be the one taking care of you! " Sean said proudly.
He took the same teaspoon and the same red container, he poured some of the red liquid on the spoon and held it towards me.
"Ahhhhhh, say ahhhhhh...."
I stuck out my tongue and snatched the spoon, I drank the liquid myself, without hesitation.
"Here." I threw the spoon back to Sean.
He caught it, and stared at me for some seconds before questioning, "How did you survive that?"
"I just survive, I got used to it, I've been drinking this thing for the pass few years." I said, "I have a full box of them in the basement."
"You have a basement?" Sean asked.
I nodded, "Yeah, but you don't wanna go down there."
He tilted his head at me, "Why?"
"Because Timmy and his family lives down there." I said.
"Who..wha?" Sean said, "You have a boy living in your basement?"
I shaked my head, "No no no."
"Timmy is a spider, when I first met him, which was about....10 years ago , he was the size of my palm." I laughed, showing him my hand.
"A year later, he was the size of my arm." I said.
Sean gulped, "So how big is he now?"
I tapped my chin.
"About the size of my bed." I smiled.
Queen size bed - w -
Sean glanced at the door to my basement.
"He has a family?"
I nodded, "About 40 small spiders, they're friendly to me, since I am friends with his pops."
If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
"They would go out and hunt at night, I don't mind." I laughed.
The poor boy shivered and fell on the ground, but then he got up as quickly as he could, " So they would come out of that door, and jump out of the windows?"
I shaked my head, " The tunnel Sean, the tunnel."
"AND NOW YOU HAVE A TUNNEL?! To where...?" Sean asked.
"Now now, don't ask these out of topic questions, just don't go down there if you like living." I said, waving my hands.
He nodded, "But what if they reproduce?"
"Then there will be an army of spiders down there." I said casually.
Sean banged his head on the walls, "So you allow more than 100 spiders to live in your house."
I nodded, "Yeah, just like how I allowed you in my house when you declined me for being friends."
"yeah, but that's a different situation." Sean huffed.
"Let's just not talk about this." I smiled.
The main reason why I allowed spiders in the house, is because....
Julie hates spiders, she absolutely hates them.
I made a contract with Timmy for only staying in the basement.
He would help me fight if I need to, but I will help defend his family if he need me to.
A deal's a deal, I helped Timmy for about 3 times now, good for me.
**************
"Drink it." Sean said.
"I'll skip." I said.
"Just drink it." He said, pushing the cup towards me.
"I don't like milk." I groaned.
"You can't say that, everyone needs at least a cup of milk a week....?" He said.
"Who made that up?"
"Me."
"That still doesn't explain why I should drink the milk."
"Because it's good for you."
"No."
"What?"
"I'm fine just drinking and eating vitamins, that's not white."
Sean groaned, "You can't deny everything that's white." He said.
"I didn't deny your last name." I said.
He rolled his eyes, "Seeeee, your pillow is white."
"You are colorblind, that's grey." I said.
"The stuff inside is white." He grinned.
I stood still and glared at the pillow, "Do me a favor and throw all the pillows away."
"Even the walls are white."
"They are light grey." I said, collecting the pillows.
"Why don't you give the pillows to Timmy?" Sean said, looking at the pillows.
"You help me throw them down there then." I said.
"I'll pass." He said quickly.
"It's been a year since I've last seen Timmy." I said.
"I should introduce you to him." I smiled.
"Ehhhhhh, no thank you." Sean shaked his head, and backing away from the door I'm about to open.
I unlocked the door, there was no light, it was complete darkness inside, except the light coming from our side,
"Timmy! " I whispered, walking down the stairs.
There was clicking and zipping sounds.
A hairy foot emerged from the shadows, followed by a large hairy face with 8 glowing red eyes.
The spider I named as Timmy crawled towards me.
" I want to introduce someone to you! " I smiled.
"NO NO NO!!! " I heard Sean yell from above.
"Sean." I said.
The spiders made no movements until Sean poked his head through the door.
They hissed, threatening to attack.
"Whup, I guess they don't like you." I said, "Wait here, imma grab y'all some food."
************
I threw a stack of raw pork chops towards the spiders, they fed on them savagely like there's no tomorrow.
I left the basement and locked the door.
Sean looked horrified by the tearing and ripping sounds the spiders are making.
"I'll....skip lunch today." He said, skipping towards the guest room.
