The next day Regit wakes up fully recovered

First starts inspecting the potions by tasting and smelling, Gets the material and starts making the potions, starts grinding some herbs mixing with oil and water adding some chemical, end up making his first Potion, Of course the first potion he makes is Poison,

Again starts making them and after 30 attempts finally make a potion of capable of using, Makes a healing Potion

Healing Potion Affect : 5% health increase

After some time makes all of the Potion and medicines on the table exactly the same as it is

And on the left side of the room there was a board which had a whole working program written on it for Regit saying

"Push up=20 4 sets, Pull up=20 4 sets, Squats=20 4 sets , treadmill Running=5 mile 2 times, Weight lifting=x weights (will increase according to progress), Any many other exercise

This was a whole plan for Regit to complete in SIX months

The first Day of Regit actual boding training

Regit "AH AHA AHA AHA, I AM SURELY GOING TO DIE BEFORE THE SIX MONTHS ARE COMPLETED"

After eating They both wen to sleep

The First Month of his training was the most difficult for him, But you could already see some changes coming to Regit's body
