Peter got out of the building and decided to go visit his workshop building. After thirty minutes of transit Peter stood in front of his building breathing it all in. A security guard came out seeing him loitering around.
"Sorry, you can't stay here. Please leave immediately." Peter looked at the guys through and through. 'When did Eric hired security?' Peter smiled at the guard and asked, "Is this not the workshop of Black Flame?" "Are you here for your interview? Why are you not dressed appropriately then? Please go ahead and stand by the side gate."
Peter thanked the guard and noticed the few people standing towards the side gate. He quickly joined them.
"Hey, are you also in the guild? I'm Steady Hand. Tier 3 blacksmith." "Tier 3, you must be really good then." Peter wasn't aware of the many members of his guild. "Yeah, I'm hoping to get a good deal this time. Well, at least I should be able to meet the big boss right?" 'Yeah, they never truly met me yet.' "Well, you should be able to." "What level are you?" "Me? I'm a tier 3 blacksmith too. Just got promoted recently."
Steady Hand was a cheerful guy. He kept talking about how he was able to craft the best bear pelt armour in the guild so far. He said Eric selected him himself yesterday for the interview. "So, what exactly are you trying to get from the contract? You are a tier 3 now right. Why don't you create your own guild?", Peter asked him.
"I'm not sure if I can compete with others. I put so much effort into the crafting so my combat class is too weak. I doubt if I can compete with those guild crafters if I go out on my own." Suddenly an attendee cane out the side gate allowing others to enter the building. "Sorry for the delay guys, we were waiting to sort a few things out." She gave a half-hearted apology.
Peter was let in along with the others. After he got in he went to the third floor looking for Eric. Peter found him talking with a few in his office. He went ahead and tried to open the door only to get shouted at by one of the other fellows.
"You can't come in here", the guy tried to block his path and shove him back outside.
"Sorry" Peter decided to wait a bit and stepped back. Hearing the familiar voice, Eric turned around and exclaimed, "Boss!" He came out quickly to greet Peter.
Peter was quickly introduced to the two new members of the guild and they had an awkward moment between them. "Peter this is great. We were trying to recruit another batch if crafters. Think you could join us?" Asked Peter excitedly. Hearing this Peter smiled lightly and followed the three behind to the conference room. The attendee standing outside had a dubious look on her face seeing one of the recruits walking with the boss.
Eric asked the girl to send them in one by one. The interview was dull as Eric recruited everyone as all of them already agreed to join beforehand. During the entire process, Peter just sat on his executive's chair and made sure to keep a charming smile on his face, which was very hard.
Peter was relieved to find more and more gamers willing to join his team. Due to the recent fame caused by Anya, more folks were rushing to join this up and coming guild. With the single kill, Devil Bane became the highest level character in the game reaching over level 60.
Peter had to deal with a very pissed of Alex as he lost one of his most powerful players overnight. After a much needed short break, Peter went back to his game and got ready to work on his alchemy job.
You have become a tier 3 blacksmith. You can now recruit 5 apprentices.
'I will pick one later.' Deciding to leave the rest for later, Peter left for Hedgesnow to start working on his Alchemist job. Hedges ow was extremely crowded these days due to the extreme fame that came with the resident guild, Black Flame. The town was overcrowded as everyone was rushing to figure out a way to join these new rising stars.
With the rate the guild has grown the sharks who were planning to swallow the guild has switched tactics to forming allies. With a strong ally like Rising Sun, Peter wasn't scared about the future of his guild. Eric had already requested Peter for establishing an elite combat team which Peter planned to make true soon. With the girls in, it wasn't too far a dream.
He went back to his office only to see Annie waiting for his return. "I sorted all the herbs we have. Would you like to take a look?" Peter went through the list to find a decent variety of rare and uncommon herbs. Although the stronger recipes required hand-picked materials, Peter could still make the lower tier potions in bulk to speed grind his levels. He took note of the herbs he had and left for the Alder's office to ask for a few recipes.
Although the potions that he could make were decent in the public eye, Peter and his friends had long outgrown them making it worthless. "What are you still doing here? I thought I asked you to level your alchemy up?" Alder asked in an annoyed tone.
"About that, do you have any recipes that I can practice with?" Peter shot straight to the point. "Recipes? Didn't you upgrade to a rare job? Did you not check your job bonuses yet? Just go home and try on your own. I'm busy here." She shouted at Peter and shut the door in his face.

'What's so great about a rare job class?' Thinking so, Peter checked the job profile to get overwhelmed by another set of notification. They were too many to count as Peter skimmed thorough them and moved to the job profile.

'Great, I can make pills. How do I do that when I don't have any recipes for it?' Peter secretly cursed at Alder and walked back to his office. 'Hope the template is at least a bit more helpful.' He reached the warehouse and took a few herbs from Annie to try his luck.
Once he sat down to clean the herbs, a template window opened up with descriptions on properties and methods to refine the materials.
As he was about to start he received a call from Eric. "Hey, boss, I just met a master tailor. He is willing to join the guild but he has a few demands. Should I send him over?"
"A master tailor, don't we have any tailors in the guild?", asked Peter. "We do but this guy is ranked in the fame leaderboard. I think it would be a great addition." "What are his demands?" Peter too needed a good tailor for his next armour.
"Well, he wants you to make him a tailoring kit. It's a tool kit for tailors. Also, he wants a high position in the guild. He asked to be a guild leader but I think he will settle with an elder. He doesn't need any remuneration but he needs us to let his brothers join as well."
"That's a lot of demands. I don't mind others joining the guild but we can only have three guild leaders at the moment. We will have to own territories to increase our guild size. I'm not sure if we could accommodate them all. Try and make him understand the situation."
After a short pause, Peter said, "tell him, if he can make something that can match my work I will give him the remaining guild leader position." Peter sent a screenshot of one of the spare weapons he created I've to Eric.
"Ok boss. I will try my best." "Also, if he persists to see me, then sent him over to the warehouse." Peter hung the call and concentrated back on the herbs in front of him. "Annie, if someone comes over looking for me sent him to the waiting area outside and let me know immediately." Screamed Peter who also received a scream back, "Sure, Boss."
As Peter was about to start he received a call again. "What is it, Eric? Well, boss, he said likes what he saw and says he's confident he can match your products if you make him strong tailoring sets like them. He was willing to sign a yearly contract to stay with the guild. So what should I do now?" "Tell him I will make one as soon as I figure out how." "Ok boss."
'Wait, that makes sense.' Peter closed the template and went towards the anvil. 'I should probably upgrade my crafting tools as well.' Peter took out his hammer and opened his blueprint for it. Instead of remaking the item, he wanted to try and make a new hammer. He polished the model and made sure that there were no mistakes that he could find.
Once he was confident in his new hammer Peter started heating the furnace. Unlike the other items that he created the template wasn't suitable to make one's class items. He figured out the right temperature and started working on the molten metal slowly trying to get the required shape. Once the outline was done, he could easily grind and polish out any irregularities.
After almost an hour of working on the metal piece, Peter was finally able to complete the item.
