Chapter 3- Two Worlds

Tzura was from #28 city, one of the small cities in the centre of the Kingdom of Sayence. All her relatives saved money to pay the train to the Capital City of Daudis, and also the money she would spent in the academy. She would probably need to look for a part-time job as well since the royal capital was not a cheap place.

The possibility of failure never even crossed her mind. After all the effort and sacrifice her family suffered for her, she couldn`t allow herself to fail the practical exam by any means.

The estimed time for the arrival to the Royal Capital was in 7 hours. Even though the distance it had to travel was huge. The train was the sixth generation of Super-trains that traveled as fast as 1750km/h, relying on the superconductivity with magnets, discovered 2 centuries ago. Of course the train was not always travelling at max speed, the average speed at which those trains travelled was around 1200 and 1300 km/h.

Tzura was walking on the train corridors when suddenly after crossing a luxurius-looking gate, she felt like she was transported to another world, a world with no hunger, no pain, no efforts, where everything you desired was there.

The walls of the corridor were all cloated in silver and gold, the individual wagons were massive and had special windows for privacy so that outsiders couldn`t look inside, but you could still see what was happening outside the wagon.

As she continued to walk in the long corridor she even saw several swimming pools, training grounds, even a first rate restaurant where the water was more valuable than the money that Tzura and her family saved for years.

After exploring that another world for almost half and hour, Tzura sighed, that was definetely not a world made for her. She turned towards the direction of the normal class wagons. When she suddenly crashed with a man that was running without paying attention to the nearby passengers.

Because of the force of the impact, the both of them fell to their knees. As she got up and was thinking of a response to the apology of the man...

"Hey, you peasant. You should be careful and pay attention while walking through the corridors. Do you know who I AM? If i had dislocated an arm or something..." He said with a threatening attitude and his fiery gaze locked on Tzura.

“Yes, I know who you are. You are an idiot who can`t even watch where he is stepping and also an ignorant that cannot even apologize properly.” Shouted Tzura with a harsh voice, but after the words left her mouth, she started to actually consider her situation and it was rather bad. She had just offended a rich kid with a powerful background. She had to apologize quickly or it would be bad.

Seeing the face of regret of Tzura, the rich youth roared “What did you say peasant?” He got closer to her while spitting saliva as he spoke. “Hmm, On a closer look your face is not half-bad and your body is quite decent as well...I will give you the honor to redeem your foolish act, I will allow you to make me forget about this incident...in my private wagon.” Said the youth slowly, with a lascivous smile on his lips. He pulled her arms towards his private wagons whithout waiting for any answer.

The eyes of the young girl were filled with despair, if she wanted she could trash this guy easily, after all, she was confident to pass the practical exam of the Royal Academy, but she could not lay her hands on this pig, she felt truly powerless as she was being dragged through the corridor like a broken doll, a toy of the upper-class.

When they were only a few steps away of the private wagon, another youth appeared from the wagon next to the one they were heading. He had black hair, a handsome face and what was more striking, were those eyes, those gentle ash-colored eyes.

When the eyes of Tzura met with those ash-colored eyes she could feel warmth and peace and the despair dissapeared. She wasn`t sure why, but she was pretty confident that she had nothing to fear.

It was a strange but sure certainty, almost a fact.

The black-haired youth frowned when he saw the pleading expression of the young girl and the hope in her eyes. It was almost like those pleading eyes made the youth act before even thinking. He went and grabbed Tzura`s hand tightly.

The rich guy who was dragging her was first speechless, but then a vein popped on his forehead and as he was about to start complaining. The black-haired guy stared him. It was not those warm eyes from before, they were cold eyes like an endless land of ice. Like countless ice needles shooting towards the arrogant guy. Before he realised it, the rich kid already started running to his wagon at full speed while crying and wetting his pants.

“Let`s go.”

Said the black-haired with a commanding but gentle voice to the girl, as he turned around.
