Vivienne's life is going exactly as she's planned. She has a great job, loving partner, and wonderful friends. But she's never been fully satisfied in her transition, despite the way the world treats her. After meeting a new friend during her 28th birthday party she suddenly gets a dangerous idea, one that could either fix all her issues, or completely destroy her life. The story is a wild emotional ride about a young trans woman living a life of hedonism in New York City, and the ramifications of her actions.
