As Sylvius and Tox wander aimlessly to the West of the pond, they notice very perculiar sights, like the Inverted Mountains, and the Fields of Hope in the distance. Unlike normal fields, they're yellow. "Wow...These locations are HUGE! And so...Unique!" Sylvius's voice is always filled with child-like curiousity and amazement that never fails to make Tox smile, even if for a fleeting moment. In the distance, ahead of the two, they happen to sight a mass of colors moving in the thick undergrowth of the forest that lies ahead. The trees have black bark, and purple and pink leaves. Sylvius, ecstatic as usual, grabs Tox. She jumps a little, gasping even. "Did you SEE that?! It was so pretty!" He's speaking so fast that Tox can hardly understand him. "S-Slow down, please, I-I can't understand-." He cuts her off. "I-It was like a rainbow-I gotta find it!" And he takes off again towards the mass. She knows he's going to get hurt if he rushes into things blindly, so, like her mother, she races behind, pushing through bushes and tree limbs that dangle from up high, all the while calling for Sylvius. A name pops up in her view, just like when she left the house at the beginning. This time, it says, "Welcome to Neraphi Forest." Under it says "Level 10." Tox does not understand what any of that means yet again, but based on her current level, she realizes Sylvius is making a big mistake, but it's far too late. While Tox is deep in thought, Sylvius stops abruptly, almost making Tox run into him. Sylvius spots the moving rainbow the two saw earlier, and he approaches it, Tox following behind him. "H-Hey, Why'd you run off so quickly! We shouldn't even be...-" Her voice fades as quickly as her once frantic mind, now still. Sylvius is obviously not afraid of it, but Tox knows this could be bad for both of them. "Sylvius, wait-!" Before she can finish a sentence, the slime of many colors turns towards them, and makes a squelching noise. Suddenly, everything goes black for the two, and they're now standing 10 feet away from the slime, side by side. Tox tries moving, but can't. She looks over to tell Sylvius, but she notices he now has a sword, ready to attack. "Woah! I got a sword!" Tox notices she is unarmed. "W-I don't have a weapon!" Before the two can make sense of what happened, the slime turns into a sword, which slashes at Tox. It hits her in the side, due to being unable to move. Tox yelps in pain, and in her view, she watches her HP drop from 100 to 43. The cut was deep, causing her to bleed. Tears roll down her face in pain, and the name above the slime gives away why it's so strong. "The Slime Of Many." In Sylvius's and Tox's eyes, a menu appears, showing: Fight, Item, Run, or Other. Before Tox can say anything, Sylvius yells a command. "FIGHT!" And, the system obeys him.
