The End and A New Beginning part 2.

“What the!” I said, as a giant human like silhouette appeared before me. His body was a deep black, yet I could make out what seemed to be stars and universes floating inside of him, as if he had many worlds inside of him.

“Whatever this thing is, is really pretty, is this perhaps god?”

“Am I dead? “

I looked at my hands, and to my surprise, there were there. I somehow still had my body.

“Excuse me Mr. giant space sir,” I said, raising my hand like a child before his teacher.

“What is it that your heart desires?” he said, his deep booming voice echoing thought out the black empty space I had somehow been transported to. It was as if we were floating in space.

‘Are you god?” I said,

‘Is that what you desire?” he said,

“What I desire, is this perhaps a test ?”

“No wait!” I said, trying to get my composure. Whatever this thing was, I could feel that it had a certain power to it that was truly out of this world, if you will.

“Is this a test of some sort?”

“Is that what you desire?”

“Is that all you can say?”

“Okay I get it,” I said,

“He’s some sort of genie of sorts, so I have to be careful. It looks like he’s waiting for my answer: What do I desire? “

I sat pondering what I desired.

“What is it that I desire? I could ask to redo my life and perhaps live it differently. That’s not a bad thing, and I’m sure this time I could truly live a life worthy of society, but is that what I really desire.”

Do I really want to redo my life and live successfully. Get a job, a wife, a family. That doesn’t sound too bad, but is it really what I want.

“This thing has the power to give me what I desire, right?”

“You will give what I desire, is that right?” I said as I stood up, and looked at him.

“Is that what you desire,” the floating space body said,

“So it will really give me what I desire.”

“I could live a life that’s filled with wonder and adventure, a life fit for a gamer.”

“Am I really going to ask this strange being for something as silly as that? Why not, is not every day you get a chance at something magical.”

I clenched my hand tightly, this was it. I knew what I wanted to ask it. I just hoped it wasn’t going to be a mistake.

“I wish to be reincarnated into a world like Magic and Warriors!” I yelled at the top of my lungs. I felt like a kid telling Santa clause what he wanted for Christmas. And honestly, I was thankful it was just me and this floating dark space figure for surely anyone else that heard me would laugh at me.

“Your desire is my command,” he said, moving his giant arm toward me,

“Wait I ---” I said, jumping back as I saw his hand coming toward me and swallowing me.
