Chapter 4.1 searching for a class!

I looked to my surrounding, it was a dark village, and there was shady character everywhere.
'Tch, that damn AI! How could he make me a female, i'll pay him back someday!
But now, i must create a new plan for myself, since i'm locked to a new race.'
And so, i logged out from the game.

'Damn' it!'' I know it won't do anything, but i can't help but to vent my frustration.
I looked beside me, sis was there, inside the capsule.
'it seems that sis have started playing.' I thought to myself.
'Now that i think about it, since she asked my starting place, she probably started there too right?
I wonder what should i do, as my character looks like her.... i guess i can only hope she won't notice it, which is impossible.'
I goes to my room, turned on my laptop, and searched doppelganger in the RR site.
After searching a bit, this is the information that i got;
It seems that doppelganger are actually exist there, but it is very rare, and can only be found at the demon versailles.
But sometimes, they also appeared in a quiet and deserted place in the world versailles.
They, like in stories, can change into any type of life form they see, their power stayed the same though(boo!)xD.
And what piqued my interest is, that the fact they pray to the one and only trickster god; Loki.
Which is coincidentally the only npc that i have good familiarity with (currently).
Their power is just as said in the character creation process, high affinity and resistance to black/darkness magic, though can't handle and very vulnerable to holy magic.
They are also good at fighting, but is actually not really strong.
Their good/main stats is: Agility, Strength, Wisdom, and Luck
Their bad/secondary stats is: Vitality, Stamina, Intelligence, and Leadership
'Vitality and stamina is secondary, so a tanker is out.
Since intelligence is secondary, a mage is out. Since doppelganger suck at holy magic, healer and priest is also out, well, not that i'll pick it anyway since i'm going for playing solo anyway.
I guess the only thing left is something like a rogue or archer..... i wonder what's best for me, a doppelganger......'

'I guess i'll just read some RR ff for now.'

'That was pretty interesting, i wont be surprised to know that it's in the top 50 after some week. Anyway, i guess i'll use my power in the dark gamer's to search some information'
My rank in dark gamer's is the one and only SSS-Rank, and i have thousand of points to get top secret information.
"Hmm....., there's some interesting information, but none of them is useful for me right now."
'I wonder what sould i do?'
*Knock* *Knock*
Suddenly, there was the sound of my door was being knocked.
"What is it?"
I asked the one outside the door, which is probably my sister.
"Uhh..... can i come in?"
She asked.
"Mm? Course' just make yourself comfortable."
I answered.
Then she come in, sat in the floor, taking a deep long breath, and asked me;
"Ken, what do you think about me?"
She asked.
'Huh? It's not normal for sis to ask something like that, i wonder what happened?'
"Er..... In what way are you talking about?"
I decided to ask, just in case.
"As a male and female relationship!"
She answered me without flinching one bit.
'The heck!? What's wrong with sis!?'
"Err... well, i think youre cute?"
I stated my answer hesitantly.
"That's not what i meant! Just answer this! If i wasn't your sister, would you like me, or hate me!"
"........." i was so shocked, that we shared a long, peaceful, quiet time.
'.... Guess i should just say it normally and escape now'
After some time passes, i finally found the right word;
*Gulp* "I think i'll choose like rather than hate if i have to chose between the two."
After i said that, her face were down, as if she were sad.
"O-okay, i-i'm sorry i've disturbed you."
She said with a shaky voice, and leave the room just like that.
'I wonder if i did something wrong?' I thinked to myself.
"..............."
'Damn it!'
'....I shouldn't think about her now. I should continue searching information.'

After searching a bit more, i finally found something interesting, the page title was;
"The Secret Class that you can get from God."
And after reading the content, i can't help but to smile for once.
'This could be it.... though i may fail, this could be the best way to use my race characteristic in the game!'
I was excited at the idea of my class.
'But to do that, i need something that i still dont have...'
I looked at my laptop.
'Well, i guess that's the use of being a dark gamer!'
After searching about the information about the thing i needed, I finally logged in into the game.

After i logged on, rushed to 'that' church right away.
"Pardon me sir, but can you help this new traveler a bit?" I asked a father of the church.
"Oh, of course i can. What have brought you here, the church of Loki, young traveler?" He asked me.
"I want to know more about Loki, the god of trickster. Thought i have no money, do you know any people, place, or things i can learn it from?" I bowed and asked him.
He then seemed to think about it a bit, before decided on something and said;
"Can you please wait here a bit? i may have something that can help you with your problem."
"Of course!" I answered.
After that, he goes inside a room which looks like a warehouse.
And so, waited for thirty minutes.....
one hour....
One hour and a half....
Two hour.....
Two hour and a half, and he finally come back.
He comes out carrying a book, and was surprised that i was still here.
"You... why are you still here?" He asked me.
"Well, you did tell me to wait since you will get something to help my problem, right?" I answered his question.
"Y-yes i did, but why would you believe it? Most people would think what i say and leave after thirty minute or one hour."
"Well, i didn't really think of that, after all, you're a father right?"
"W-well, i guess that is true...
Anyway, the thing i want to give you is this book." He handed me a thick book.
"Thank you!" I said truthfully.
"Not at all, all i did to you was to give you a book that you deserve." He answered me.
"Well then, i will take my leave, and once again, thank you very much!" I said, and started running.
"See you again young girl! I'll always welcome you with open arm if you want to become a follower of Loki!" said the father with a happy face.
"........."
After that, i moved to the back alley, where there was no one around.
'Yes! I was able to get it for free!
That damn old man! Why the heck did he take two and half an hour to do it!
I checked the other, and they end around one and half an hour until two hour!
Why the heck did that took two and half an hour this time, when i was trying it!'
Yes, all i did up to now is as i planned, though the time for waiting is not.
The book that i got, was actually a quest item from a quest of rank D, that you can actually get from any church.
For doing so, you must have high familiarity with the father/sister there, or do thing as i did, which is to ask for it carefully (which is actually very hard, as different church have different father).
'I wonder, did i get some infamy from tricking that father?'
And so, i checked my notice.

charm and beauty. Thought one normally need those two stats to be high, because of your race circumstance you are able to get this stats.

Anyway, after that, i readed the book and memorized everything (which is as easy as taking a candy from a baby for me), getting a point in intelligence.
'Alright, i guess i can do it now'
I made a rune from the dark gamer's site with a charcoal, which you can get anywhere. And put the book in the middle.
Then i started my canting.
"Oh thou who is locked, thou who is a trickster, answer thy call, and let thee see you!"
After that, everything around me become white, without sky, neither with ground.

I looked around, in front of me, there was a guy(?) With a long hair, locked by dozen of chain.
"Oh? It's pretty rare for me to get a guest here?" Said the man(?)

"What business do you have with me, even going to this kind of place?
And i also wondered how was you able to make rune for warping to this place.
You are an interesting one, young boy, or should i say young girl?" The man said, with a very dense and rough voice.

Well, i guess it's about time to tell the situation;
Everything i did up to now, was to warp to the tickster god; Loki's Space. To get here, you need to make a special rune, that can move you to the god's versailles for a bit. And you need a catalysm related to the god you want to meet, or else you would just be lost arund the god's versailles, which is thousand of times bigger than the world versailles. The catalysm used in my case is the book of loki i got from the church. And of course, i got the rune from the dark gamer's website. And you also need to have some familiarity with the god you are meeting, or else you will be kicked out of the god's versailles right away by the god you are meeting with.
"I'll cut to the chase already, i want you to give me 'that' class."
I said, not beating around the bush, while still a bit pissed of being called a young girl.
"Oh? I wonder where did you heard 'that'? "

"Meh, for god's sake, you're a goddamned trickster god. Why the heck should i believe you." I answered his(?) question.
Upon hearing that, Loki didn't seem shocked or was taken aback, but was amused.
"HAHAHA!!! a smart one, i see." He(?) once again laughed

"Well, i guess that's true! Ayway, here is the true trial."

"By the way, was there a girl that asked you if you like or hate her?" Loki asked me.
"Hmm? How the heck did you know?" I asked curiously.
"HAHAHA!!! Seems like my eyes was not wrong!" He(?) laughed again.

Why training, and not killing and tricking people you ask? Because i am sure that this is only a part of a chain quest. Where there is surely a need for power in some of them.
And so, i headed to the training center.
"Hmm? What is a flower doing right here?"
Asked a guy that seems to be the instructor.
"I want to train using all kind of weapon, sir!"
I answered.
"Why? Can you not just let the men protect you?" Asked the instructor again.
"Honorable instructor, my body maybe is of a women, but my heart is of an adventurer. So i want to train here to be strong for my travel." I answered him with a silver tongue
"I see, well, this place accept anyone who is willing to be strong, so you can do as you please."
"Thank you!"
*Ting!

'Oh, so it's just like charm stats, huh?'
I picked a sword, and moved to the closest one.
'Oh well, time to grind!'
And so, in the dark town creeping with evil, there was a legend about a girl as beautiful as a flower, and fight as strong as a demon.

So, how was it? Since i was stuck at many point, i not really confident about this chapter.
About why did the sister act strange, i will explain it in the next chapter.
By the way, Hero Awakening is the name of an ff i tried to create when i was little.
Though it is very bad, in the end, i can't delete it. So it's still creeping on my memory card. Maybe i'll try making it again after ending this.
