"Ufuu..." I mumbled as my body hit the ground.
"W-w-wake u-up!" A small timid girl shouted.
It's been a while~
I think classes are starting, isn't it?
I've been sleeping peacefully for a good 3 days, without eating, too.
"Food?" I mumbled, asking my roommate as I looked up her skirt from the ground I was still lying on.
"U-um, y-yea I....its on th-the t-table." She stuttered, pointing to the table not far away.
Pushing my body up with my hands, I slowly crawled to the table with slow motions.
Walking is no good~ I'm hungry~
"Wha timfe?" I asked the girl that sat in front of me, my words muffled from the food that stuck in my mouth.
"D-don't wori..worry, t-there's lo-lots of...of time left." Retrieving my uniform, she placed it in my hands "P-pico."
Onii-chan gave me that name, although I said mother will give me one in the future, he insisted on doing so and thus termed me as 'pico'.
Finishing my food, I took of my pajamas and stepped into the skirt, pulling it up as the girl buttoned my shirt, putting on various unnecessarily fancy black armor and stockings, I left with her to the yard for the sword classes.
After escorting me off, she left.
Walking over to the groups of students, it was evident to see the various groups that was formed through their houses, the small amount of black wearing students dispersed around the field while the other other houses were more united.
Striding to a boy who had a book in his hand, I carefully examined him as I sniffed his scent, finding it familar.
But before I could conclude on his identity, a muscular man appeared and started to instruct the children to gather.
"Alright, I don't care what house you all belong in, get into two equal lines now." He said and all the kids rushed to file up making sure that there were both equal amounts of children on each side as the man looked on.
"Look at the person before you, I want you to beat him or her down throughly in the span of 5 minutes, those that lost will have matched among themselves, those with the last 10 positions will be whipped 5 times each."
Turning to face my right, I looked indifferently at a guy, slightly unable to digest the burly man's words.
Taking a wooden sword form a muscular older child, it looked on as the first child of the row was taken into a space cordoned off by a white marking that formed a circular shape.
However, there were even more circles then expected, pairs and pairs of children were brought to them and their spars were looked on by the seniors.
After a short while, I walked to an empty circle with the confident and rather smug looking boy who belonged to the same house that I was in.
The he, who looked on with indifference and the I who was yawning slightly, seemed rather mismatched.
"Heh, here I come." He said with a smirk, brandishing his wooden sword, he charged my way, aiming at my sides.

But before his dull wooden blade could reach my side, it found itself blocked by my own sword.
Though I found strength in myself to parry, I did not bother on counter attacking out of indolence.
"T-that was an accident!" He shouted unhappily, and then continued "I'll go serious on you now!"
......how troublesome.
He pounced my way with a annoyingly energetic shout and aimed at the side of my neck.
Haaa, humans are boring. Well, except for Oniichan.
Slightly moving to the right, I lethargically avoided his attack and used that moment to push him from behind, and the he who was dumbfounded from my movements could not stop midair and crashed magnificently on the dirt out of the ring.
"Yaaawnn."
I'm sleepy~
I don't like it here, it's too noisy and people here are too energetic.
I want to go back to Oniichan.
Thinking of such things, I slowly walked out of the ring and followed a senior to a group of students which I competed with.
After several rounds, I was now against the weird child.
After bowing in respect of his opponent, he who stood not the far side of the ring showed no intention of moving.
Perhaps were it another opponent he would have been attacked within seconds, but for the languid me, we merely did nothing but have a staring contest.
Without blinking, I looked at his bright blue eyes.
But a few second passed and he still did nothing, slightly wearied, I sat down, my gaze still locked onto his eyes.
After even more unblinking moments, he suddenly bursted out laughing.
"Weirdo!" He shouted, clutching his sides, seemingly unable to stop guffawing.
But unexpectedly in the next moment before I could react, he appeared in front of my eyes with a extremely cold look as his sword hit my gut, sending me flying backwards.
Unable to process all that had happened, I could only look at him weirdly, trying to understand how the previously laughing boy could have suddenly created such a cold expression.
With a charming smile, he walked over and pulled me up "I'm sorry, I seemed to have attacked with too much strength, forgive me."
Yet again, his abrupt and drastic change completely destroyed my remaining sleepiness and I could only silently accept his hand.
"I'm Theodore." He introduced, with a smile.
Stumbling unsteadily from the first attack I have ever received in my life, I replied with "Pico."
Time seemed to pass quickly as I attempted to subdue the confusion in my mind, before I knew it, it was already time for breakfast.
Though she already prepared food for me at dawn after my exciting 3 days of sleep, I was still capable of eating, and so, I headed to the cafeteria, my originally confused mood converted to hunger and sleepiness.
But still, what a weird human.
Ah~ The thingy there looks delicious!~
