The sisters.

As mother and daughter made their way to the throne room, a familiar pair of sisters exited the temple of dreams. Solarie let out a loud yawn, while Lunarette lit a candle in Nemulis' honor, shooting a disapproving glare at her sister for her lack of reverence. Though Lunarette silently mouthed a quick prayer, thanking Nemulis for granting them access to the dreamworld, both sisters felt a lingering sense of awkwardness as they departed. They hadn't had the chance to inform Yume of their plan, leaving an uncomfortable silence to hang between them as they descended the mountaintop where the temple stood.

Climbing down a particularly treacherous hill, Solarie was the first to break the silence. "Well, that was a whole lot of nothing," she remarked in a rude tone. "You should have listened to me. We should have waited to tell her during the lessons. But no... She needed to know the idea first!" Lunarette felt a surge of anger rise within her, but she managed to maintain her composure, responding with elegance and restraint. "Perhaps it's also my fault that you nearly called the queen a bitch? right in the face of her daughter?.." she countered, keeping her tone calm despite her frustration. "But she is one!" Solarie retorted, sounding less like a powerful guardian and more like a frustrated child.

Their argument was a familiar routine, a reflection of the strained relationship they had maintained since Caelum's departure years ago. Yet, despite their disagreements, their love for each other remained evident, particularly in their shared desire to fulfill Yume's dreams. Finally figuring out a plan to do so had brought them both hope

Their descent continued with playful bickering, the tension dissipating into laughter as they reached the bottom of the cliff. "You really are the worst," Lunarette teased in response to one of Solarie's jokes, prompting a snide smile from her sister. "But are you sure Yume is ready for your plan?" Lunarette questioned. "Arcaturus is dangerous, and if anything were to happen to her, We would never hear the end of it.”

"She'll be fine. She's her mother's daughter, after all. And she's got the strongest fighter in the universe behind her," Solarie boasted, puffing herself up with pride. "Oh, and you, of course," she added, smirking at her sister. "Invaders fear me more than they fear you," Lunarette retorted, sparking another argument between them. So engrossed were they in their squabble that they almost failed to notice the rift in reality that manifested before them.

Cloaked in moonlight and wielding fiery magic, Lunarette and Solarie stood ready to defend themselves as an enormous, eldritch creature emerged from the rift. Towering over them, the creature wore armor made of the void itself, with tentacles dripping a mysterious purple liquid. "Speak before I send you back to the void," Solarie threatened, her voice tense with hostility. The creature remained silent, its eyeless face unnerving.

"Cavari," it spoke, its voice echoing with a multitude of others. It said nothing else, as it simply stood there unmoving. Confusion clouded the sisters' minds as they tried to comprehend the creature's words and purpose. Before they could react, another voice echoed in their minds, commanding their presence at Queen Stella's behest.

"Solarie Centurion. Lunarette Centurion. Queen Stella of the Purple Moon commands you to journey to the astral palace this instant." it said.

“But we cant just leave this…thing here!” Solarie protested. But she knew that when the queen called, nobody in the galaxy could resist. “Cavari. Palace.” The creature said, prompting a suprised reaction from both sisters. Did it also hear the calling?

“if this...Cavari you seek is at the palace, you may join us.” Lunarette said. "Do you understand me?" The creature nodded. "Good, let us depart. But know this..we will be watching you." And so, the trio exited the cosmic border, and made their way to the purple moon, woefully unprepared for the reunion that will happen shortly.
