James and River kiss each other in the bed.                 Jack sits in his office and looks at the

                                                                                            computer.

In the old building

River lies on the bed. She is wearing a black bra and black panties. James is wearing a green boxer and kisses her. His phone rings.

"I have to answer that," James says and gets up from the bed.

He takes the phone on the locker and answers: "Yes?"

"Sir, Mandy has arrived," says the guard. "She's on the third floor in the main room."

"Okay, I'll meet her," James says, and hangs up.

"I have to go back to work," James says to River while he is wearing jeans. "But I promise you that once all this is over we will have enough money and time to do what we want."

"enough money?" Says River. "Twenty million dollars seem to me a little too much money."

"It's not twenty million dollars, honey," James says, putting on a shirt. "I got a five million dollar in advance and with this money I pay to all my employees, and after we will kill David Palmer they'll pay me the rest of the money, fifteen million dollars."

"It's still a lot of money," says River.

In Jack's office

A man with short light brown hair gets into Jack's office.

"Hey Jack, I know now is not exactly the right time to say that, but happy birthday," says the man.

"Thank you, Gail," says Jack. "I thought that you will arrive at noon."

"I heard that the alert level at CTU went up, so I went back earlier from the vacation," says Gail.

"Are you up to date on what happened today?"

"Yes, I was briefed a few minutes ago."

On the third floor of the old building

8:18:48, 8:18:49, 8:18:50, 8:18:51

James goes up to the third floor. He goes to the main room and opens the door. The central room is a bit dark and has several screens. Next to the door are Mandy and Sean. Next to them sits a man with a laptop on the table in front of him.

James goes over to Mandy and asks, "Did you instruct Sean on the journalist Miller?"

"I told him some important details he should know about," says Mandy.

"Well, Later you'll tell Sean more details about Miller," James says. "Now give me Miller's ID and badge."

Mandy takes Mueller's ID card and press card from her pocket and hands it to James.

There are several details on the press card. On the top of the card it's written: journalist Jerry Miller and Near the upper corner on the left is a picture of him.

"Now transfer the money to my bank account," says Mandy.

"Ben, give her the money," James says to the man sitting next to them.

"What is your bank account number?" Asks Ben.

"4126794," says Mandy.

On a computer, Ben writes the account number and approves the money transfer.

"I transferred the money to your account," says Ben.

"I'll check it out," says Mandy, opening her laptop. She types in her username and password and signs into her bank account. Her bank account is in one of the banks in Zurich. On the top of the screen there is an approval that the million dollars transferred to her account.

"Okay," Mandy says, closing her laptop. She puts it in her bag and says "I'll go now."

"I paid you, but it doesn't mean you're done here," James says. "You still have to tell Sean more details about Miller."

"I've already told him some important details about Miller," says Mandy.

"I want more details like what his behavior patterns are, what his hobbies are, what he likes to do," says James. "I need Sean to act just like him."

"I can't do it now, I have to go."

"For what have you been with Miller for half a year if you hardly tell me anything about him?" James asks.

Sean turns to James and says: "It's okay, she told me enough information."

"But she knows Miller very well and she can tell us almost anything about him," James says.

"I don't need to know more details," Sean says. "I will only be in the auditorium of speech for less than half an hour and I will not start serious conversations with the other journalists, Mandy did her job, let her go."

"Okay, you can go," James says to Mandy.

Mandy leaves the room.

"You'd better know how Miller behaves," says James to Sean. "Because that was your last chance to find out."

James leaves the room.
