- Adventurer Entry Test I -
I'm walking on the dirt road where there are some stones imbued on it on it's center which used like as a road divider or path guidance. I'm enjoying the smell and the breeze of the morning which felt like in a suburb area or mountain path back in my previous world.
For some reason, it suprised me that I can read this world's languages excellently. In which, I literally don't know how and why I know them. It's not like I'm trying to figuring it out somehow. It doesn't matter much to know it anyway though. As long as it helps, 'Blaze me, why not? lol'.
Carriages pulled by horses (which made me
quite confused with this being. The horse is literally like, you know? a horse! I thougt they will be unicorn or something in this fantasy world.), villagers in many different races living together well doing their activities, tiny children of any race-.
'Wait, thay kid.. a human kitty!!', I got hyped in my own thougts when I saw a little cat beast-men playing around with her friends with different races mixed in.
It didn't take a long time for me to proceed. I was just getting amazed a little by THAT cute little being which making me wanna cuddle her up, pats her head, diving in my face on her fur, tickling her belly and ea-rs-.. umm, nevermind.
Where was we? Oh okay. Until getting amazed by thay little girl's cute appearance. 'Ahem!'
Left and right, the buildings were made by woods. None of them were built by stones. Trees, flowers, and any natural elements except dangerous animals, blended in with this village without being thrown down. Even the village felt really nice because of the shadows from those big and high trees leaves covering us up from above.
I walked my way to the dry market/wet market/commercial/workshop area. A big tree rounded with small stones as its fences, centered like a landmark in this district. This area is divided by this tree as its center. Such a very neat arrangement for this wide village. Almost like a major city or a country I think?
My destination placed on commercial area, Luna'a Branch Adventurer Guild, Winter Rose. I stopped at the front of the building, looking at its Emblem.
They're all made from colored woods except the Rose. A shield as its primary background. A rose on the very front, made from chromed glass like material. Betwren them, a Rapier facing down. Its hilt fit perfectly above the shield upper part, and the rose positioned vertically following the Rapier's blade. The shield has a flag like emblem carved on it, colored in blue and red as its background divided accordingly half and half. but I'm not quite sure about the emblem picture. A tiger? Phanter? Cat?
Cat? Sigh.. I remembered that little girl again. I really wanna pet her, but I don't wanna make a rucus.
While I'm standing there, suddenly a boy flew outside from the tavern-like door of my destination. Since He's still a boy, I couldn't let him fall on the dirt. I dashed in speed to catch him with my arma before he fell.
'Dugg!', the sounds felt when my body and his met.
The flying velocity is quite high, is he bullied? I can see his right eye is swollen.
"Are you okay?", I asked while looking at him.
"Ugh.. I'm okay. Thank you.", He thanked me with not even taking a look at my face.
His face is turned down, anger filled him. A small sword/dagger sheathed in skin hooked on his right belt. He really looks alike a beginner in any fantasy MMORPG game by the outfit.
Shortly after, a strong looking Human male came out from the tavern with his buddy while carrying a little girl on his shoulder. A huge greatsword on his back, while his buddy having a shield on his back and a mace hooked on his right belt.
He made a body movement like about to throw the little girl with his other arm which was not holding the little girl reaching for the little girl's back. I realized it, instinctively activating my shadow step, dashed forward in great speed, and drawing my Blade out pointed at his neck and stopped.
"Throw her, and you lose your head.", I said to threaten him.
He's shocked stopped his movement. His buddy as well. With my intention to kill gaze directed at him for more insurance so that he will not throw the girl.
"...A-ah okay.", He answered.
"H-hei.. Adventurers are not permitted to kill eachother unless it's requested by the guild, girl. Ha-hahah.", His buddy said.
"Ye-.. Yeah, that's true. You can't harm me.", He began to continue his actions.
"She's not a part of any guild.", Someone said thay from my right.
Both of those jerks and me are shocked. Mostly me, shocked. I could not sense his presence at all! I turned my head to the right to see whose talking. I saw the guy who's trying to checked on my blade walking straight right to us with his plain expression face.
"...A very beautiful blade, indeed.", He said while looking at my blade which pointed at that guy's neck.
"So I can kill these jerks, right?", I asked him, ignoring his admirations.
"...Yes, I do not mind.", He replied without looking back at me.
"E-eh?!", The guy's getting nervous.
I pulled my sword lifting it higher. I let out a tremendously intimidating aura (A passive from warrior class which increases Strength attribute) at him intentionally for making him having a cold feet to restrict his mocement while I'm lifting up my blade.
"...I-..I yield! P-please, Please! I'll do it! I'll do it! Forgive me, little girl-dono!!", He gave up, begging for mercy and brought the girl forward.
"Put her down nicely, and never show your face on me ever again.", I asked while reducing my intimidation aura significantly while pulling down my blade and sheathed it back to its scabbard which hooked up on my left side belt.

Then he put down the fainted girl nice and slow. Both of them bowed their head to me before running on their legs after.
That demon guy bent down and picked her up on his right shoulder.
"...Next time compress your aura for more specific directed targets, so they don't wildly spread...", He said that to me while standing up carrying the little girl on his shoulder and walked to the boy's position who sat on the dirt.
He bent down again, picking up the boy to his left shoulder. From there, I realized. Those 2 were fainted because of my wildly spread aura. I suddenly feeling guilty and standing there with my face down realizing my mistake.
"...Come inside.", He said to me with his expression-less face while passing me with carrying those two.
I followed him obediently from behind. The tavern was empty. I can feel some wave hitting my whole body gently when I walk through the Tavern-like door.
No one was there at the moment. The tavern chairs and tables are as well empty. I wondered why.
"...The guild employees and the master were being called to the Elder's place.", He said.
"Umu, I see.", I responded.
We keep on walking until we reach receptionist desk.
"...Wait here.", he said while pointing at the front of the desk.
I obediently followed his instruction while he went in to the receiptionist area through the half sided door. He went fuether inside to the door behind the desk with those 2 on his shoulders. Then, he came out from there without them. He bent down at the desk like he was reaching for something. He pulled out a form from there, putting it down on the desk while pulling the chair for him to sit down.
"...Here, fill it.", He requested.
"..Okay.", I answered.
He really kept his words for jusy saying the needed things like showing no interest at all. Well, I kept on following his instructions anyway. I began filling the spoken documents.

I filled the document as mentioned above. I gave it back to him afterward.
"Here..umm..?", I passed the document to him while wondering for his name.
"..Kyou.", He answered while taking the document from my hand.
"...Kyou-san, then.", I responded.
"...No, just kyou.", He implied while looking at my document.
"...Ok, Kyou. I'm Irumi. Let's get along well.", I greeted him while bowing my head at him a little down.
"...Umu. Likewise.", He responded as he stood up.
He went back inside to the door behind the desk while rolling up my given document. Shortly after, he went out with a silver-plating-like card and a fortune teller crystal ball? I didn't use my appraisal on them.
He puts the card inside the slot from below the ball and put them on the desk.
"..Here, channel your mana with your hand and place it here.", He explained while pointing at it.
I obediently followed his instructions and began channelling my mana to the crystal ball.
"..Hmm, Okay. Thay's enough.", He instructed.
He pulled out the card from it.
"...Cut your finger and drop a drop of it on this card.", He instruced.
"Umu.", I responded as I called out a throwing dagger which I recently made.
He just stood there watching me from behind the desk. I hold the dagger with my left hand. I canceled my right hand gloves and it vanished to my inventory. He's still just looking at me with that plain facial expression.
I cut the end of my right index finger and dropped it on the card. Suddenly the front background of the card changing to creamed color like, which commonly found in paperworks, and words poped out from it.

The informations shown on the card. He puts or back in the slot below the crystal ball. He channelled his mana on it. Pulled it back out after and giving them to me. Nothing changed from that.
"...", I am looking at it on my hand silently and look at him after.
"...What?.", He asked.
"Umm.., Am I an adventurer now?", I asked back.
"...No, Not yet.", He replied.
"Oh I see. What's next?", I asked again.
"...I have channelled my mana on it. I am your instructor. I will test you. If I recognize you, I will drop my blood on it like you did. For the rank, you need the guild master's approval to claim it.", He said while channelling a magic and pulled out 3 sheathed blades from it.
"I see.", I responded.
"...You are, Single wielder, correct?", He asked.
"Yes.", I answered.
"...Save your card and blade, we'll be using this blades.", He said while putting down 1 blade on the shelves.
"Yes.", I replied and saved my blade and card to my inventory.
I pick the blade on the desk with my left hand, hooking its scabbard to my left side belt after.
"...Next time, draw a dark magic circle simbolized for spatial magic to disguise your inventory.", He said while coming out from the desk.
"...Yes.", I snapped and shocked by his advise.
"...Wait here, I will call an employee to look after those 2.", He instructed.
"Yes.", I replied.
He walked straight out from the tavern-like door. I move to the chairs in the lobby taking a seat there silently waiting for his return obediently.
After sometime, A wild busty and tall human girl in uniform showed up!!
She wears some office-like uniform. Her hair is long and brown. Braided in one single pigtail which long enough almost touching the floor. Her breasts...Sigh.
Why am I still a planky. I gloomed there with hands on my chests comparing to hers.
"Irumi...chan? Yes?", She called for me.
Due to my sudden gloomy thougts I didn't realize that she's already next to me. I snapped back to reality.
"Y-Yes..I am.", I replied while looking at her face with my hands still on my chests.
"I'm Sena. Winter Rose's receiptionist at your service!", She introduced herself while reaching out her right hand.
"Irumi, Nice to meet you.", I replied and stood up to respond to her handshake.
"Umu, likewise!", She shaked the hands in cheerfull attitude. I smiled.
"Oh! Kyou-dono is waiting for you at the training field by the way.", She implied.
"Ah! I see. Thank you.", I responded.
"No worries! I'm gonna look after those village adventurers. Good luck on your test!", She blinked at me in cheerful attitude then running to the room behind the receiptionist desk.
I walked out from there, walking to the Southern far-end of the village to militia district to meet Kyou to receive my test.
While walking, I pulled the blade out a little to have a look at it. I can see the edges of the blade are dull. Training purposed blades for you then! I sheathed it back in and start running in normal way to the southern militia district.
