When the Atomic Bombs were first dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the United States became known as the Global Power and Order. Anything the United States wanted, it got. But, that thinking process was challenged by the Soviet Union. Over a span of 50 years, proxy wars were splattered across the globe. 

In 1962, just months after the Cuban Missile Crisis, the United States created Tempa Cooperations. This company at a foresight, created and developed technology for the United States. But behind the curtains, this company betted on wars, and funded sides. All to gain a profit. 

But when the Soviet Union collapsed, the United States lost its ability to enter wars without question. Tempa's stock crashed. Due to the impact of Tempa, the United States sponsored a war in the nation known as Yugoslavia. This saw the rise of Tempa once again, and the United States was back creating a profit.

For the next 70 years, America repeated the process. War. When the Tempa company had a network upon networks upon networks, Tempa soon had more money than the globe combined. Tempa had to create a headquarters. But not just any headquarters. They had to build a city.

Due to New Yorks crime, and over population, Tempa started construction on York-Two. In 2060, it was finished. Immediately, over a span of 5 years, more than 40 million people lived in the city. 

But, while York-Two seemed like a Utopia, it was quite the opposite. Hell. The city soon became the capital of the United States, and Tempa soon controlled the Government. But, York-Two soon became what New York was. A place of crime and dread. York-One was even worse. A no-mans land. 

Now, the year 2090, anything made in America has the Tempa logo. York-Two was only the epicenter. America itself, was now hell.
