"Status Window! "
Just as I said this, a floating screen appeared before me which reminded me of the video games I used to play
Name - Jared Miller
Level - 1
HP - 200/200
MP - 150/150
Strength - 100
Stamina - 80
Agility - 50
Dexterity - 50
Luck - 99999999
Skill points - 10
Unique skills
* Enhanced senses (A)
* Merger (S)
* Indomitable (S)
* Blessed one (EX)
As I saw this, I couldn't helped but be surprised. My luck stats was actually maxed out and I even had 1 A rank skill, 2 S rank skills and even 1 EX rank skill, this status window is so broken that I can't help but laugh.
"Hmm.... even though as a former pro gamer I can't figure out my skills just by looking at their names"
Just as I was thinking this, I heard the same voice in my brain once again.
"Players can see the details about their skills using SKILLS INSPECTION"
As for me, all of this is so similar to a video game that I named this strange voice SYSTEM. And used Skills Inspection on all of my skills one by one.
*Enhanced senses (A) - Enhance all six senses of the player by 90% and can sense hidden treasures, hidden dungeons, and hidden routes If the player is in a certain range.
* Merger (S) - Can merge two or more compatiable items, skills, and monsters to raise their rank or create something entirely new.
* Indomitable (S) - Full status recovery whenever player's health falls below 10%.
Restrictions - Can only be used once a day
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
* Blessed one (EX) - Luckiest man of the world. No matter whatever the player do and wherever the player is, Luck will always accompany player.
Increase the chances of encounters with Unique and Legendary items and skills by 90%.
"Ha.... haha"
I can't help but laugh. Let alone status window but these skills itself is so broken.
"Is this the effect of LUCK? "
"I am getting more and more familiar with my current situation but what should I do now?"
I was wondering but suddenly remember that system said something like quests.
"Quest Log! "
As I said this a message in red colored floating window appeared before me.
*TUTORIAL QUEST is beginning! "
Each player must hunt 50 goblins
Time limit - 5 hours
Quest Reward - Activation of teleportation portals through out the world and Removal of Restrictions on player movement areas.
Quest Failure - Player will not be able to use any activated teleportation portal for the next 50 years.
*Teleportation Portals - There are numerous teleportation portals through out the world which connect every possible location of this world. Without teleportation portals, going from one continent to other is not possible.
"Teleportation portals huh.. it seems like something really important. But what does it mean by 'Each player' and 'Restrictions on player movement areas'? I don't really get it but it seems like I have to hunt 50 goblins somehow and that too before 5 hours"
but wait...
"How could I hunt goblins? Setting aside the fact I don't really know where to find goblins, Now that I think about it all my skills are good and all but I don't have any offensive skills and no weapons too."
Neither skills nor weapons, just how the hell am I supposed to hunt goblins like this. With luck?
Damn is this all it counts to? I thought I could finally experience some luck but...
Just as I was drowning in despair I heard system's voice once again.
"Through *Enhanced Sense player 'Jared Miller' has discovered The low ranked Maze of Despair left uncleared for previous 50 years. "
