"BASTARD!" I yelled at him. Wait, did I just directly speak? I thought the seal ends at sundown today according to the status window? And that's not for another two hours!
"Why congratulations! You're strong dislike of me have allowed you to break through my seal!" He looks oddly proud for a second there, "Though to be honest, it was already so weaken anyone strong enough could've dispelled it."
"Why are you here?" I guess Little-Me is gone forever? Or have I merged with her? We certainly tends to agree a lot in the recent year.
"To answer the question you didn't ask, Yes, your outer self has fully merged into you." He subtly lands on the statue of the Goddess Freya behind the priestess.
I see, so that's what happened. It's a shame, I feel like... like I've lost a part of myself, a very important part of myself... oh how used to her presence I've gotten over the five years... I'll miss you, Little-Me, despite everything you screwed up before...
"Oh, I know what you're feeling. In fact, most of the naturally sympathetic peoples I've reincarnated like you feels the same way," He chuckles, then sighs, "Worry not, I've got a countermeasure in place, after so many of you people requested me to give them back their outer selves."
He extends an arm toward me, and I flinch as I try to move out of the way he's pointing at... me, of course.
A notification window pops up... which shouldn't be possible, since I disabled that function in settings years ago...
NoticeAdministrator Override, ID: #000000000, Codename: God,
Your setting has been overridden. You have been granted the unique skill, Copy, the ability to copy anything you understand fully, be it a physical object, spiritual object, or else. You are expected to complete your goal with excellence in return for this blessing. Remember that your goal in this world is not to become one of its average citizens, but to save it in your own way, whether by destroying all human life or conquering all of humanity's enemies or any other mean.
NoticeA message from God,
In case you don't understand what I meant before by 'No Holds Barred', like 23 billion others, I mean it literally. If taking the lives of others abhors you, rest assured that any life you take will immediately return to the stream of souls awaiting reincarnation.
"There, now you can make a copy of your outer self, if you want." He looks so satisfied with himself I want to smack his head in for some reason.
"You haven't answered my first question!" I shouted as I waved the notification windows away, I can read them in detail later, "Why are you here? Didn't you say you weren't going to interfere with matters in this world?"
"Oh relax, I'm just making the round, checking every soul I've reincarnated for this project, you know." His face slowly arches into a wide grin, "And you just happened to be slotted last, that's why it took me so long to get here."
God, how I hate your face! "Alright, you've confirmed I'm alive and well, so is there anything else you want?" Stop delaying this stupidly long ceremony! I wanna go home already! Do you even know how tiresome it is to hear the dronings of that old priest? Or stand upright in this heavy ceremonious dress?
Hell, Mother even got the maids to put some make-up on me today! This is the first time I've ever worn make up in this life... it feels weird, like a itchy second layer of skin you just can't scratch!
"Didn't I say relax? Besides, I'm known in this world as one of its Primordial Gods. Care to guess which one I am?" Primordial Gods? From what I've read in Encyclopedia on the Gods of Old, there are only four Primordial Gods who existed before the birth of the world... I guess that means Kruphix made the other three. The four are, in the order of seniority,
1. The "Triumvirate" Goddesses of Fate. The Three Fates, in other words. Clotho the spinner, who spins out the thread of life for everything, Lachesis the measurer, who choose how long each thread of life is, and by extension, how long one's life is, and Atropos the Inevitable, who cuts the thread of life at the end and choose the manner of death. It is said that not even the other Gods can go against the three sister Goddesses' wills... though obviously someone here's immune to that.
2. Ascathon, the God of Change. Patron God of Alchemy... which is basically changing the composition of matters, so that makes sense. I've read in the textbook that the 'clap' to invoke True Alchemy is an ability granted by the God... which means it's probably a form of prayer to him.
3. Freya, Goddess of Life and Creation. Definitely the most worshipped Goddess in this world, because her followers are the only ones able to use healing spells on others. Allegedly created all life on the planet according the the church's propaganda.
4. Kratos, God of Death and Destruction, according to the oldest record I could find. Mostly known as the God of War and Destruction, though, which still matches his nature. Definitely not a God I want to cross...
Hmm... I don't see how someone who's showed himself as a male god so far could be any of the two goddesses, so the triumvirate and Freya are out of the question. Don't ask me why the Three Fates are considered one Goddess, they just are.
That leaves Ascathon and Kratos... God of Death and Destruction doesn't seems likely seeing that he did send me here to reincarnate. That's definitely opposite of what Kratos does.
That leaves Ascathon, the God of Change... I see, so that's why I went through a Gate of Truth to get to this world, because he is the patron God of Alchemy here... Yup, it must be him!
"Ascathon!"
*Sighs* "Perhaps I should have made a few dozen more Primordial Gods, you guessed that one too easily... "System, make a note for me: Create a hundred primordial gods at least in the future. File it under the 'Note to Self' section."
Huh, I guess he really is limiting himself. That or he lied to me about being the One True God... "Well? Let's get the show moving, people! Aren't you here to give me my blessing as Ascathon anyways?"
"Who said it's just me?" That grin again! What is he doing now?
Then three more figures descended around me... Oh. They're the other three Primordial Gods.
Kratos... looks like himself; covered in blood, but since there's no wound on him, it must be his enemy's blood. Floating by his sides are the twin Blades of Chaos hangs by his side, also bloodied. He also has a fitting, ferocious look on his face... and rotten teeth. Yikes, he stinks!
Freya looks exactly like her status behind the Priest... oh, never mind, she just merged into the statue. That's nice, but what for? It does look like the statue came alive as she enters it though. She looks... Well, like this, just smaller. Without the Earth Dragon mount, of course, and more human size version:

Last but not least are the Triumvirate, the three sister Goddesses of Fate. Each of them looks a bit different, though they are all supposedly have hidden wings connected to the back of their waist area:

Clotho looks like she's just starting into teenage years, Lachesis looks like a gentle beauty with permanently shut eyes, and Atropos looks like a cool beauty that can freeze your pants off... she's also the only one to have black hair. I must say, their horns looks quite like tiaras, neat!
"Now then, let's get the show on the road, shall we?" Kruphix- No, Ascathon in this world- remarks to no one in particular. Then, with a resounding snap of his fingers, time unfreezes. When did he freeze everybody else? I was so engaged that I didn't even notice that detail!
"Child of Prophecy, I have come before you today to give you my blessings," Freya speaks up first, her hair flustering gently behind her, as if in a slow wind. Then she motions one of the larger vases around her to float toward me, stopping just on top of my head. It tips over slightly, and a golden liquid drips down onto my watching face. *ding!*

NoticeYou have been Blessed by the Goddess Freya, Goddess of Life and Creation!
You have gained passive skill: Blessing of Freya ! While in her grace, all healing magic used by you or others on you doubles in strength, speed, and radius. You gain a bonus from nature, giving you +5% in all stats when surrounded by plant life. All plants in your immediate radius passively gains more vitality. Can also be focused or expanded in effect through mana manipulation. You have been granted: Art stat! +100 Art stat per the Goddess' blessing! Gain a deeper understanding of the Artistic beauties of the world to gain more Art stats!
"May you always be well." Her alive-statue body turns back into stone and stands back on her pedestal, as her presence fades from the Church. The Priest seems to be in shock. Hehehe, I can shove a... corn, in it, and he wouldn't have time to close his mouth hehehe...
Then the God of Death and Destruction steps up, before promptly stabbing his blade of chaos through my chest. A gasp runs through the watching crowd behind me, but I don't feel any pain. In fact, it tickles, slightly. *ding*
NoticeYou have been blessed by Kratos, God of Death and Destruction.
Although you are blessed by Freya, and by extension is his enemy, Kratos has nevertheless chosen to give you his blessings. You have gained passive skill: Intimidating Presence . All enemies in your surrounding will feel intimidated when facing you. Chances to cause nausea, puking, uncontrolled bowel movements, and paralysis increases as this skill ranks and levels up, as well as in closer proximity. You have been granted: Rage stat, that can be used in berserker mode. Can be stored for later usage. You have gained: Kratos' Rage The ultimate berserker mood, granted only to those chosen personally by Kratos. Grants pain nullification, greatly increased regeneration, and bluffs stats in proportion to the amount of Rage consumed. Your sanity will be locked in the Inner Mind for the duration of this skill, until you manage to take control of your body or runs out of Rage stat. You have gained: Unblockable! When executed, you and your attacks become unblockable.
I reads through the long notification window as Kratos stands there with a wide grin on his face, satisfied. Then he draws back his Blade of Chaos, nods once, then shots up toward and passing through the ceiling, presumedly to get back to the battlefield. Holy sh*t! Three skills and a bonus stat just from Kratos! This ceremony is awesome!
Then it's Ascathon turn, and by that I mean Kruphix's turn... "I have come today as the you patron god to give you my blessings. Use it well, my chosen one."
No notification pops up after Kruphix finishes his little line. Pity, I would've gladly take more blessings. Greedy little one, aren't you? Get out of my head Kruphix!
Then the Three Fate sisters steps up and speaks in unison, "Child, we have come to grant you our blessing; a blessing no one before, and no one henceforth, shall receive but you. Let it be known, you alone shall not be bound by the Stings of Destiny." *ding!*
NoticeYou have been blessed by the Triumvirate Goddesses! The three sister Goddesses of Fate have declared you as the only champion to ever receive their blessing! You have gained title: Unbounded! While in the grace of the three sister Goddesses, you cannot be bounded by any mean! You have gained active skill: Song of Moirae A skill that bypasses the boundaries of destiny and time, allowing you to beseech the three Goddesses to pause temporally in their callings and sing the song for you. While ongoing, you gains the maximum powers you can ever achieve at any point in this life, regardless of your choices in life. Can only be used once per decade, though it can be stacked for later usage.
Holy sweet mother of god! The Song of Moirae is beyond just regular OP! It's... just beyond any other skill in this world, I'll bet! Any power from the peak of my powers? That means if I'm destined to become a God, I can temporally use the power befitting of a God? That is just plain awesome! Though the usage restriction that balances it out is not.
Kukukukukukukuku, this is even better than Kratos's Rage or that Unblockable whatever! Mwuahahahaha I have my trump card now! There is nothing in the world that can stop me! Except... time. That's the only drawback it has, and I have no idea how long the Song of Moirae will last either...
Finally, the three sister Goddesses fades away in a burst of light, then it's Ascathon's turn to leave. He turns, opens a Gate of Truth, and leaps in. What is he? Mad? That place is hell!
A profound silence spreads through the crowd gathered in the cathedral. Some even fainted. I guess that was too shocking for some of them. Ha! Wimps!
It gets quite uncomfortable as it stretches on. Not even the Priest seems to know what to do now.
"Well, that was a pleasant surprise!" Ah, Mother saves the day! Good thing, I was about to interrupt the silence myself hehe. The Priest seems half recovered from his shock and guides me down the elevated platform toward my parents. Father still looks like he saw a ghost... or four Primordial Gods in person.
Hmm, now that I think about it, there hasn't been a lot of Gods coming down in person to the mortal realms in all records. I can count on my hands the separate occasions a God has descended, though they are mostly Lesser Gods, or just a twelve-winged angelic destroyer passing down God's verdict on the world. There's a First for everything, I suppose.
The Priest made some feeble attempts to finish up the ceremony, though it seems he forgot the ending speech he had prepared before. He also skipped those poor kids lined up behind me, pity. Seeing Gods in person, not one, but four, does that to you. And they're not just Lesser Gods, or even the Greater Gods, but the Primordial Gods who ranks supreme in the world. Well, there goes my chance of remaining anonymous...
Everyone in the cathedral seems to be a bit dazed as we files up the church's front door. It won't take long for the information to spread, I grimaces as I reflects on today's events, "We better make it back to the mansion before the crowds get here." I informs my parents.
Mother nods, and urged our carriage driver to go as fast as he can down the winding roads, his horses frothing at the mouth. The silence from earlier perpetrates the air again in the carriage, mostly from the stilled Father.
We rushed into the mansion as the guards hastily opens the front gate for the carriage, before shutting it securely behind them. It won't take long for what happened to spread among the people, especially in this dense city. I just hope the gates hold, if a crowd of them wants to take a peek at the rumored girl. Bless be those high walls, for shielding most of the cities' eyes from me. Now what to do about the maids?
...This sure is troublesome, I can't stop the gossips anymore than I can stop Mother; I can't.
I sighs inwardly as I realize my powerlessness against the rumor mill, even as I gained all these blessings I have received today. Well, I suppose it's time to seclude myself in my suite. I can make a slot for the maids to pass the foods and drinks through, and another one for the chamberpots.
That's right, it's time to get the business started. I've waited five long years for this moment, and I can't stand the terrible hygiene standard of this world anymore! Magic devices may be convenient, but they're too rare to benefit the average people. What they need, is the industrial revolution. But before that, I have my little agricultural and culinary revolution planned out... hehehehe, prepare yourself people! A new age is coming, and you betcha the Great ME is spearheading it!
