In the depths of the dusty hidden passageways of the Bveria kingdom, Aluderon was constructing his scheme with his brother; Elyce. In the dusted and smudged mirror was a faint reflection of his brother and a smaller being in the distance.
“So, our plan has been put into fruition?” Aluderon asked Elyce.
“Yes brother, it went accordingly! Cobble has proven he is more than worthy to join our cause. He killed his own family without even a second thought.” Elyce said gleefully.
Aluderon raised an eyebrow, surprised that a dwarf was capable of such things. Dwarves are sworn to loyalty amongst one another especially if they are blood. Aluderon pondered what else this dwarf could do that would benefit them. He knew of the dwarves’ relevance due to his father’s name alone.
“Cobble is your name right? What a pitiful name for one with such power.”
“Aye sir.” answered Cobble as his fuzzy appearance stepped closer to the mirror.
Aluderon clicked his tongue and chuckled for a bit.
“You mean to tell me, your father, regarded as ‘Bilgard the great’, named you after a mere stone?”
Silence befell Elyce and Cobble as Aluderon’s chuckling turned into hysterical laughter. Aluderon attempted to compose himself but found it difficult. Taking a breath, he ran his fingers through his powdered wavy hair.
“May I ask the origin of why he named you such a thing?”
“Why must yee know? Haven’t yee got enough kicks from me name?” Cobble replied, a hint of aggravation in his voice.
“Oh you dwarves with your manner of speaking and your short tempers…it’s befitting of your stature.”
Both Elyce and Aluderon, as if silently cued, laughed in unison with one another. Cobble was the only one not joining them in their fiendish laughter. Stewing at how he was treated, Cobble cleared his throat and spoke up.
“Yee brother and you certainly have one ‘ting in common…pissin’ me off.”
“Oh come now Cobble, surely you find the fun in all this!” Elyce teased by twirling his fingers into Cobble’s beard. Cobble quickly shoved Elyce’s hand away and muttered under his breath.
“Brother, when was the last time we laughed like this? Ages ago? Man, where has the time gone?” Aluderon said cheerfully at the fun they were having at Cobble’s expense.
Aluderon cleared his throat and tried to collect himself once more.
“Since my brother has faith in you Cobble, I trust you will be able to to assist me in Bveria?”
Cobble seemed unsure of what he meant and questioned Aluderon’s motives.
“Aye, what do yee mean help ya in Bveria? I am not against this, but I need to know what I’m doin’?”
Aluderon smiled devilishly and didn’t shy away from such a question.
“Glad you asked Cobble…I am sure you’re aware that Elyce kidnapped my soon to be wife’s infant brother? And unknown to most, her entire line as far as we know is dead…”
Elyce’s expression couldn’t be seen in the fuzzy reflection of the mirror, but by the sound of his voice, Aluderon could sense that Elyce couldn’t contain his excitement.
“You mean…that sack of disease is dead!?”
“If you mean the queen brother, yes she is…no longer with us…”
Cobble seemed shocked by the mere power Aluderon obtained overnight.
“So that means-...”
“Yes dwarf, with the Avourel line gone…that means I am next in line. I just need that princess around for a bit before she ‘suddenly passes’ and I can be a free man. Not only that, but be the true ruler of Bveria. That’s where you two come in. I need you both to spread some news in the underworld for me. Make those fiends believe I am on their side, so when we need them…I can use them.”
A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.
Elyce thrilled, giggling to himself and Cobble scoffing at the mere thought of this idea.
“Aye, so we be your lackeys, are yee?”
“Lackey’s? No…I would see you more as assistants. Very powerful assistants.” Aluderon spoke with confidence.
“Tch, whatever yee say elf.” Cobble scoffed.
“I already have some…elven warriors here who I have casually converted to my side already. I promised them positions of power and they have fallen for it. These brutes are so obsessed with their own muscles, they make it so easy to manipulate.” Aluderon smirked, soaking in his new found power.
“Okay brother, we shall make our way to Creedhelm and inform those…mongrouls that you will protect them in return for some assistance.” Elyce giggled manically.
With this, the images slowly faded and now it was just a dull smudged mirror. Aluderon made his way up the cracked stone stairs. Thinking to himself how in a mere few moon cycles, he would have this kingdom in the palm of his hand. Smirking, making his way up what seemed like an endless flight of steps, Aluderon seemed to have intricately planned everything to go accordingly. Through the muck, dust, and grime, Aluderon slipped back into the castle with a hidden passageway that only he knew of. Once he found his way to the main hall of the castle, he figured his new found confidence needed even more of a boost. Noticing one of the elven maidens in the main hall, one who seemed to admire Aluderon from a far, he casually approached her.
The elven maidens’ pale face was soon a bright red as Aluderon’s breath hit the nape of her neck.
“Why don’t we move somewhere a bit more…lavish my dear.” Aluderon said slowly and seductively.
The elven maiden nodded with her ears also burning a radiating red. Aluderon found himself guiding the elven maiden to the throne room where he had met with the elven elders not that long ago. Aluderon made his way up the marbled stairs and at the top, they both embraced in a passionate kiss with one another. This soon led to Aluderon sitting upon the throne where he unzipped his undergarments and the elven maiden continued to kiss his perfectly chiseled chest. As the maiden untied his clothes, his throbbing member was awaiting her touch. She kissed her way down and her tongue was soon wrapped around his cock. Aluderon gripped the sides of the throne, with the feeling of quivering ecstasy soon taking over. He moaned silently and placed his strong hands on top of the maidens head, rustling his finger through her hair. Aluderon slowly began guiding her head in and out, to ensure the maiden was taking every inch. Aluderon was holding back because he wanted this powerful feeling to never end. He felt as though he was getting close, the pressure of her tongue around his erect member was starting to become intense with pressure. Aluderon suddenly pulled the maiden’s mouth rather abruptly away and with this he could no longer hold it in. He shuddered as he released onto the maidens face. His liquid began to dribble down her lips, which caused him to grab hold of a still erect member and began to make a back and forth motion. He flinched slightly as the last bit of his hot cum shot out onto the maiden’s thin pink lips.
“Go clean yourself up.” Aluderon demanded in a gentle manner.
The elven maiden nodded and covered her mouth as she began to depart from the throne room. Aluderon quickly put on his pants and a familiar voice echoed that caused him to huff with annoyance.
“May I speak with you viscount?” the elderly maiden, Nestor, asked.
“Ah yes, Nestor, how is my future wife?” Aluderon said as he began to put on his shirt and button his crimson cloak.
“That is precisely why I am here viscount…she is missing.” Nestor tried to act unsuspiciously.
Aluderon froze, his icy stare pierced Nestor and she attempted to avert her eyes from his gaze. He made his way down the steps and soon, his threatening posture towered over Nestor. Trying to keep her composure, she looked up at Aluderon and attempted to speak clearly.
“We can’t find the princess viscount…none of us can find Ellanora anywhere.”
Aluderon soon surprised Nestor with a grin that sent a shiver down her spine. Confused by his reaction, Nestor pressed on with her forged emotions.
“Viscount, we may need too hol-...” Nestor was soon interrupted by Aluderon’s quick wittedness.
“Hold off on the wedding? Do you really think I am that daft Nestor?”
Nestor tried to play this off as continued concern and ignored his comment.
“Sir, I am unsure what you mean? I am just suggesting this so you are not worried about the planning. We need to send out a search party to find her.”
Aluderon walked past Nestor, as if she were not even there. He pushed open the doors leading out into the main hall. Aluderon’s exhale was the only sound that broke the uncomfortable silence. Moments later, Aluderon bellowed which made Nestor step back a bit.
“GUARDS!!!”
The jingling of chainmail and heavy steel footsteps began to rapidly make their way toward where Aluderon and Nestor stood.
“Ms. Nestor, do you truly think I am to believe you know nothing about Ellanora suddenly disappearing? You two confide in one another on a daily basis. Don’t toy with me like this.”
Nestor, realizing her defeat, clenched her wrinkled fists together in frustration. She was aware this would probably be impossible and in the end was foolish for trying to trick Aluderon.
“Aluderon, you are not going to get away with this. The princess will fight and take back this kingdom. We all know about your plots and how disgusting you truly are. You are a fiend of the underworld, we all know that much. We will not let you ruin the Avourel name!”
The guards approached Aluderon, standing upright and awaiting the orders from the future ruler to the throne. Aluderon casually stood aside and furrowed his brows at Nestor, as if to mock her. Nestor was not intimidated by the guards despite how many there were and attempted to reason with them.
“Is this what you want? Truly, you want this monster to boss you around? He is going to kill us all! Without even a second thought, you will vanish! We need to rebel and fight! For the Avourel name!”
No one spoke a word and the silence was so powerful, it was as if time had froze. Nestor was unsure if this silence was due to what she said or if they were truly conflicted as to what they should do next. A lot of these elven knights were those that Nestor cared for and made sure their meals were prepared when they returned from long periods of battle. One of the knights grabbed Nestor, delicately, as if they were handling something fragile. Aluderon suddenly clapped at the knights willingly doing his bidding.
“Bravo men! I think you already know what I need you to do. If you haven’t figured it out, let me elaborate…take her to the dungeons. No food or water for her for a week. Hopefully she will just wither away within a few days. Now please, get her out of my sight.”
With this, the knights formed around the elven knight who grabbed Nestor. With this, they began to march out of the throne room. Nestor hung her head low and a sense of fear soon took over her body. Aluderon clapped his hands loudly as the knight paraded out to where the depths of the dungeons were. Other elven maidens who were cleaning in the main hall, noticed this unsettling procession as Aluderon watched and once again projected his voice loud enough for the next village over to hear.
“Maidens, let this be a listen to you all! Do not cross me or consequences will be dire! Obey me and you shall live long enough to eat and be comfortable all you like. Okay then, back to what you were doing.”
Aluderon said this so casually which left the maidens feeling indifferent. The cupped mouths and the averted gazes were all the maidens could muster. With this, Nestor was carried away and thrown into the dungeon. The lower depths of the castle were bitter in temperature, dim and filled with masses of cobwebs. The only life that was thriving in this abyss was various bugs that scurred about every direction. A torch that glistened in the stairwell by her cell served as her only source of light and heat. The knight that guided her down to these dungeons gently guided her in and locked the rusted keyhole that left a crumbly residue on the cracked stone floor. Before ascending up the steps, the elven knight turned to Nestor, eyes full of despair.
“We won’t just let you suffer, we know what you’ve done for us all these years, Nestor. I will have a knight sneak you some food. We will come up with something, for now we need to abide by Aluderon even if it is cruel.”
With this, neither one of them spoke to one another and the knight closed the door to the dungeons. Left in the dark, Nestor mumbled to herself, attempting to hold back tears as she spoke.
“It’s already too late. He is going to pick us off one by one until he is in full control. Ellanora…you are our only hope.”
