Fantom knew he was lost, but at least he knew the vegetation that grew here. There was a lot of fruit native to his home in this jungle. He could survive long enough until Inferno could find him and sunlight. Sunlight was a lightwing. Her tribe lives above the clouds on the highest mountain peaks, there a neutral tribe but don't get on their bad side. Fantom on the other talon lives on an island off the coast of the mainland no one ever came to the island because no one returned his tribe was very secretive they protected the island maybe too well sometimes because no one knows we even exist. They still think we were wiped out centuries ago by the flame wings. But I met one, in particular, that is different from the rest.
He flew as high as he could to get a better view of where exactly they were in the jungle. Scanning the area he spotted what looked to be a tree house high up in the canopy. He gently glided back down to sunlight and landed gracefully on a tree branch next to the sky dragon. “I think I saw some kind of a house we can camp at, about one hundred meters southeast of our position,” he said. Sunlight was a typical princess, you know, oh I want everything in the world kind of princess. “You don't need to be all formal about it, just tell me.” sunlight pointed out. Fantom was raised into war so he was constantly fighting, so it was his instinct to talk like a soldier, and it was hard not to because he was one.
He just stared at her for a long moment. “Let's move, we've already lost enough time waiting for you to finish your full course meal of fruits, and nuts,” he said waiting for a response. He didn't get one though, which was weird because she always had something to say. They silently flew to the hut and landed on a balcony on the back of it. Fantom looked inside first to see if anyone was in there. There was no one. It was a dark rounded room with vines growing up the sides and ferns on the floor, very unusual to him. They crept into the building falling fast asleep next to what looked like a chair, and a dining table.

The next morning they were awoken by a loud crash of what sounded like metal, falling off of something.
“What are you doing, dragonfly you could have killed yourself!!'' they heard in the distance. “Whoa, it's a blue dragon. And not like any other one of the others I've seen.” sunlight said enthusiastically. “Yeah, The others seem to have more of a slender body. The blue dragon seems to have more of a powerful, and bulky body type.” Fantom said formally. “Do you always have to say things so fancy.” “It's not fancy, it's formal. It's the way you should talk to a prince or a high-ranked lieutenant for instance. Which I am both!” Fantom was twelve years old but still wasn't old enough to be ranked general. You have to be at least fifteen for that. “Well, she might not be highly ranked. She might not even be in the army.”
“she has to be, look at the way she's talking in front of those other dragons. It's General-like.” sunlight duked, as soon she saw one of the dragons in line turn their head their way but then realized he was just looking at a butterfly. Fantom just went invisible as all Ghostwings can do. We're called Ghostwings because we look like ghosts. Pale white, with glowing red eyes, And we have a special weapon, Ghostwings develop a dagger-like blade that comes out of their wrists, after they turn ten it's been fully developed. It can retract after it's been used, or if you just don't want it out.
Fantom, still invisible, told sunlight to stay put while he crawled down to take a closer look at the new dragon. He was creeping along the bush line, scoping out the group she was training. He continued to circle them slowly, But just when he turned his head to look forward, he realized what he was just about to walk on. It was a field of traps and loud objects like dry leaves, and sticks.
He decided to go back to sunlight because he knew if he was gone too long she'd come looking for him. “What was it?.” Sunlight asked Fantom to give her a serious look and said “ We’re surrounded by traps so we gotta be careful when we get out of here.”
